Definately "no frills" - a very basic, but clean and friendly hotel. Nothing but a bedroom and a bathroom, but this suited us as we were visiting family in Naples and only slept & showered at the hotel. |

nothing as such... it was a regular guest house kind of a place... family run.. it is located in a residential building and it looks pretty gloomy to enter.. |

The location is convenient, the personnel very friendly, the quality- price correlation good. I also liked the display of books in different languages (presumably left by the hotel guests) in the hall. Brilliant idea, I wish I had brought some of my books that I do not need. The bathroom lacks shelves where one could put toiletries, in the shower cabin there is nowhere to put a piece of soap even. But that was not too big an inconvenience. What bothered us really was an extremely noisy neighbour, who turned on the volume of his/her tv so high that if I knew Italian I could have actually followed the programmes. So, beware of room 102 (the person was not a guest) |

Staff were very friendly and helpful smell coming from bathroom drainage. there was no 'gooseneck' in piping to prevent smell coming back. |

location is great-in the historical centre of Napoli, very close to catacombs, surrounded by old churches, allows you to feel the true "taste" of Napoli; pizza napoletana is a must! on the other hand, the hotel itself is very nice, the reception and the rooms are clean and well furbished and decorated, although the entrance in the building can make you a little worry - just step inside trustfully. |

Although the exterior is quite old (it's an old building), the interior has been refurbished and is modern and comfortable. The rooms are clean and large, and are very comfortable. The bathrooms are also modern and very clean. Staff were very helpful and informative. Very good value for money, especially given its central location. The signage is not very good, especially when you arrive late in the night. Also, there are two flights of stairs that lead to the hotel, and this can be difficult to manage with luggage. |

The friendly staff & large room with an impressive high ceiling This is very much a budget hotel accessed through a courtyard & up a number of stairs. There is no lift & payment is required on check-in. There are none of the usual hotel extras eg mini bar etc. Whilst the bedding had been washed & pressed the pillow cases remained stained. |

mooie ruime kamer. erg gunstige ligging tov historisch centrum. hotel ligt op de eerste etage en er is geen lift maar dat had ik ook niet echt verwacht in deze prijsklasse. Verder alleen maar lof. |

Un accueil simple et correct, un calme inattendu en plein centre ville, le cadre même de l'hôtel qui n'est pas anonyme. Quelques petits défauts liés à la salle de bains (mauvaise évacuation de la douche, absence d'étagères, ...). L'absence de petit-déjeuner ne nous a pas génés. |
