The staff is so helpful and friendly.. The room is so clean and really value for money..

The bathroom did not sparkle. The gentleman working there was nice enough, but not particularly helpful in a few different ways, right when a tired family was arriving and he could have been more so. The aesthetic is certainly nothing to write home about.
The location is right on the via Duomo, close to the church. The gentleman at the desk was friendly.

The man at reception was a little rude and condescending. Our toilet would only flush if you messed around with it for ages, and the shower was non-draining. The room was relatively clean but we kept finding half-eaten biscuits in drawers. It was okay for the price we paid.
Good location, the room was large and spacious.

Shower stall was moldy and they tried to replace the broken doors with a shower curtain that let water all over the bathroom. It was extremely noisy, even with the windows shut (lots of dogs barking, people yelling)
Location was convenient and price was right. Room was fairly clean and we felt safe.

good location, friendly staff.

Bathrooms are old. Some rooms are dark as they look out onto an alley.
Chess board in the lobby! Interesting neighborhood. Our room was a decent size-which is particularly helpful for a family of 4.
