I enjoyed by seaside view from my room with a balcony. The staff at reception was by and large helpful, daytime better service available. There was a pool and spa services available although I did not have the opportunity to partake since I was quite busy with other activities around the island. Close to numerous buses and close to port. My son had a black shirt which had excessive lint attached to it, housekeeping managed to iron and get rid of most of the lint for a fee in quick time. No complimentary internet available. Internet available was quite expensive and slow. Breakfast options were minimal if you have pork and lactose intolerance. |

Location was second to none looking over the Piazza Duamo. Rooms was bright and clean bathroom was spotless. Views from window. I would reccomend the hotel. Car parking was extra although it was stated clearly on the website. |

Superb location/unbelievable view to the Duomo. Very helpful staff and proximity to all major attractions/shopping center were also a plus.Overall, a great value for money hotel. Sometimes, there was a strange smell outside of the hotel and inside the rooms, however I think this is not a fault of the hotel, rather than a common problem in Florence. |

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as good as other hotels we stayed at. Elavator, is very old and slow, with minimal capacity. |

The staff was extremely helpful in assisting with seeing the sites. The location is perfect for seeing all the sites Florence has to offer Buffet breakfast was a slight disappointment for the price of the room. |

The hotel is situated just in front of Duomo and very central. I will recommend it to my family and friends. Just the entrance. |

The hotel is very central. I found breakfast limited especially for people with dietary needs, although the hotel was advised beforehand. |

Since we were only in Florence for a few days the situation was fantastic. We were able to walk to all major attractions. The management were very helpful and the facilities were great. |

Nice size room for 3 people along with the bathroom. Great location across from the Duomo. And it was quiet at night. |

The best thing is location. Right next to the Duomo and central to the whole city. The staff was friendly, but not 4 star-like. The rooms appeared to be recently renovated and well kept. The included breakfast was satisfactory and in line with most European breakfasts, but don't expect anything warm except a nice cappucino. The hotel is on the 4th floor of a building next to the Duomo. You must walk through a wierd entryway and take the elevator to the 4th floor to get there. Also, rooms are small, but probably normal. The showers are very small. If you are large, forget about bending over to wash your feet. And there is hardly enough elbow room to wash your hair. |
