The convenience... Excellent hotel. Lovely staff. Will recommend anyone to stay there. Will definitely go and stay there again. In the heart of the city!!!! Hair dryers could have been better |

Excellent central location. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Police / ambulance sirens during the night - not unusual for a central location! |

The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and the location just perfect. The breakfast was also very good. Our room was quite small but sufficient for a weekend stay; if you're planning a longer stay, make sure you get one of the larger rooms. |

They are in a perfect location right next to Duomo and so convenient as you can pop back in the hotel so many times during the day. |

From the moment we walked in to the hotel the staff were great. I had asked for a room with ether a bath tab or a view and I got both, the rooms were very clean and new. We had a geart time. Also it was a great breakfast. No option for pay TV or international TV. |

The location of the hotel was the best. 15 minute walk to everything! The room was a little small, but every hotel in europe is some kind of small and I have seen worse. |

More than anything else, I was very impressed with the warmth and pleasantness of the hotel personnel, without any exception. There is no question that I will always stay at Duomo when I visit Firenze. Indeed I am looking forward to stay with you next summer. No, everything was really fine. I even enjoyed the old style elevator which reminded me my childhood. |

The hotel probably has one of the best locations in florence which is right across the dumo. The rooms as well as the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. |

The location is great, close to Duomo church. The hotel staff are helpful. It would be better if the hotel is offering free computer and internet access. |

The hotel was in perfect location. Close to all the places you want to see in Florence, restaurants all over the place. Shopping is very convenient. The shower is a bit too small. But all in all it's always clean. |

The situation of the hotel is excellent and rooms are very nice with a view towards Duomo. It takes only view minutes to walk to all the sights at the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite small, but it was ok. |

The room preparation and fittings were very good and we had a view of the Duomo from both windows. This hotel occupies the top floor o he building not the whole lot and is only accessible via a two person lift of 4 flights of stairs. No room service, no daytime or evening meals, very poor breakfast provision and the terrace is less than a metre wide - was suggested by one member of staff that we had looked at a different hotel website whenwe asked to take breakfast on the terrace! |
