とにかく立地が良かった。街歩きに疲れたら、気軽に休憩に戻れました。部屋は確かに狭いが、スーツケースを- 開けられるスペースはあったし、清潔で快適でした。朝食は美味しかったし、スタッフも親切。初めてのフィレ- ンツェで宿選びはとても迷いましたが、ここにして大正解でした。 |

Duomoの目の前にあり、部屋の窓から滞在中毎日Duomoを楽しむ事が出来ました。スタッフも家族的で- 親切にして頂きました。お部屋も大変きれいで清潔でした。 お部屋までのエレベーターがないので重いスーツケースの上げ下ろしが少し大変でした。が、スタッフの方が手- 伝ってくれました。 |

スタッフの方々は みなさん親切な応対で居心地の良いホテルです 以前 利用したことがあり 気に入って今年も利用させていただきました チェックインのとき このホテルの利用は初めてか聞かれ 1度泊まったことがあると言うと 以前とは違う部屋に泊まらせてくれて・・・ 部屋からクーポラが見えるのですが 違う角度から見ることが出来て 嬉しかったです |

ドゥオーモの目の前というロケーションは、観光にもショッピングにも便利。 部屋は清潔だが、設備は古くてやや狭い。場所がよいので仕方ないと思うが。 |

場所が最高です。窓からドーモが目の前に見えました。この値段で、バスタブも完備。冬は湯をためて風呂に入- りたかったので、助かりました。スタッフも文句なしです。 |

目の前がドゥモで、部屋の窓からもドゥモを眺められ、最高のロケーションでした。部屋も改装されたばかりな- のかモダンなインテリアで、バスルームも広くてきれいでした。朝食は種類は多くないですが、オーダーしてか- ら淹れてくれるカプチーノがすごくおいしかったです。ホテルスタッフはみなさんとても親切で、感じもよかっ- たです。とてもいいホテルでした！ |

部屋の窓からduomoが眺められて素敵です。また、どこへ行くにも便利な場所が最高でした。毎朝朝食時に- はいれたてのカプチーノを出してくれとてもhappyでした。バスルームが広くてバスタブ付き、新しそうだ- し、清潔で快適した。シャワーも固定のものじゃなく使いやすかったです。 エレベーターはありますがフロントまでで、フロントから１階上の部屋にいくにはエレベーターがなく階段のみ- で毎回ベビーカーを運ぶのが大変でした |

This hotel is located just alongside the Duomo and every sightseeing spot is within a 10 minutes walking distance. I was really lucky to be allocated a room with a magnificent view of the Duomo from the bed. The reception is on the 4th floor and the capacity of the lift is limited to 2 persons only. This is not a complaint but just a note for group tourists. |

Room had a balcony with great view of the Duomo. Room was clean, well kept and modern. Bathroom was a nice size for a single room. Certainly met my expectations overall. Location is right in the center of everything. Actually the noise level outside was less than expected given the location. It was difficult to control the room temperature. Very warm, which seems to be a trend with all the hotels we stayed at in Italy on this trip. You could leave the balcony door open but the balcony is connected to others and not totally secure. |

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Garaging the car was efficient too. It was expensive but we expected that. The decor generally was tired. Little but important things while you are travelling were missing e.g. a box of tissues. There was a bar but they had run out of wine and Campari to be precise.The breakfast was dreadful: Watered down orange juice!! Very poor choice |

Excellent central location. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Police / ambulance sirens during the night - not unusual for a central location! |

The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and the location just perfect. The breakfast was also very good. Our room was quite small but sufficient for a weekend stay; if you're planning a longer stay, make sure you get one of the larger rooms. |

They are in a perfect location right next to Duomo and so convenient as you can pop back in the hotel so many times during the day. |

From the moment we walked in to the hotel the staff were great. I had asked for a room with ether a bath tab or a view and I got both, the rooms were very clean and new. We had a geart time. Also it was a great breakfast. No option for pay TV or international TV. |
