Breakfast was really good. The breakfast room and the garden. We have an amazing time during breakfast. And the location was awesome. Just right beside the train station and we can walk to the city centre, save us alot of money on the costly boat rides. Nothing much. Maybe they should change sheets everyday. |

ground floor room a plus, good ac, internet with printer for a fee in lobby, good breakfast in garden with coffee machine, will arrange porters to bus or train station if needed no English tv channels but this was a relief actually |

Very good location, railway and vaporetto station (Ferrovia) just a few steps away. Good breakfast (compared to the other Italian breakfasts). If you have a chance select a room with aircondition in the summertime. You can not leave the window open at the evening/night as there are a lot of mosquitos. |

The mattress and pillows were not very high quality, otherwise was very nice. Was a good value at 95 Euro for 4 people. Internet access did not work on my personal computer so I think the wireless connection could be better. The front desk had 2 women and one was very helpful the other seemed indifferent. Not unfriendly but not friendly either. |

I like it a lot, it was very nice, the staff are very kind, the bathroom is very clean and classy, I love it, it turns out that our trip was great Perhaps a small and classy old fashioned style of elevator would be nice for addition,thanks |

This is 2 star hotel which is very close to the Venice Rail Road terminal. The shower itself was very very tiny and the bathroom was narrow. The breakfast was included in the room price. There were eggs, croissants, breads, yogurts, cereals, juice, milk, ham, and cheese. There were no fruits and vegetables. We have chosen the Hotel Stella Alpina just for its location. I would only recommend this hotel if you just want the railroad station location. |

Best low cost value for family staying in the city. Easy access from the train and close to parking area. Quite area. Friendly staff. Internet is now cheaper at 3 euro for and hour or 5 euro for 3 hours. This is definitly a 2 star hotel. Our quad room did have a bathroom with a tub but no shower and the tub had some rust inside. |

It's conveniently located right next to S. Lucia Railway Station and a vaporetto stop. The receptionist was friendly enough, but had no common sense and got my nationality wrong, which I was not very pleased about. The bathroom was spacious, but basic. There was no shower curtain, and the shower head was hang extremely low, making it impossible to take a proper shower in comfort. |

location to train station the room was very tired. cupboard doorknobs were hanging off or off altogether. shower shelf was hanging off. deadlock on door did not work. we were told it would be fixed within a couple of hours - we were there a couple of days and it was not fixed.- there was a charge for internet use although the site said it was free. |

The only good thing about the hotel was the location. We were warned that Venice was going to be expensive but this hotel was ñot value for money. I must say there was one receptionist that was really helpful. There is no running water in the morning for a shower because we were told it was the pump. Plus because we were on the third floor. No lift by the way. If you stay in the shared bathroom like we did on our last night the shower smelt like sewage and mould. |

Everything went fine. Hotel Stella Alpina is well situated next to the train station in Venice. Breakfast was okay - bread and croissants, coffee and juice. Allthough the price was quite high - but the location (close to the central Venice) is of course more expensive. |

Very convenient location (near the bus and train station, but in quiet surroundings). Possibility to leave your baggage in a deposit room (not in a reception hall). Strange smell in the bathroom (it seems that the walls of the bathroom were recently painted, and the smell was not gone yet). |

The room where I stayed was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the railway station and the boat station. Ideal place to stay for budget travellers. The hotel could consider having a better display board at the entrance of the lane. They may consider going for a lighter colour floor covering on their rennovation whenever it is done. |
