Room was horrible. Nothing worked. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. I decided to change hotels after only 1 night there. |

The staff was very kind and respectful. Just the air conditioning was not very good, but I didn't complain about that. |

The Staff was very helpful all of them. always helping to get the best bus and pointing the right directions. Fair breakfast. Vey Very good location... close to a nice park, colosseum, metro and bus, and a supermarket.( 3 blocks from hotel to the right ) they charge for the safe. Room is small there was a small leak in the shower but we didn´t bother... |

Nice hotel, quiet, convenient location, comfortable room, very clean, good breakfast Problem with the air-conditioning - it kept going on during the night and waking us up - staff did not try very hard to fix it for us, so the problem continued throughout our 3 nights there. |

We like the location - close to the Colosseum and easy walking distance from the historic centre - the room, the breakfast and the friendly staff, the patio, and the kittens! |

It was very close to the Coloseum and Domus Aurea which was great. I stayed in a single room and had requested a smoking room. Even though I know it is not guaranteed, it was like the request had not even been looked at. The hotel had a bar, but they never opened it. The breakfast was ok but believe me, not great for people who like to have healthier foods, like fruit. Very little choice. |

beds are awful. Way too soft and bad for my back. Rooms are small. Bathroom was the best part. Location was good.(in finnish) sängyt huonot, hetekat missä pehmeä joustinpatja päällä. Huoneet pieniä. Kylpyhuone siisti. Sijainti hyvä. beds must change. Sängyt paremmiksi. |
