Close to point of interest and metro Price for its location Well furnitured
Way too small bathroom Humidity on walls Bad odor from the bathroom Exposed wall electricity sockets Mediocre breakfast Wifi speeds of a snail
Nice little courtyard. Great location - quiet neighbourhood near Colosseum. Friendly staff.
Air conditioning didn't work properly.
amazing location, awesome free breakfast, free wifi, helpful staff
Big bathrooms, Spacious rooms, Wifi works everywhere. Decent breakfast options. Walls not thin. Staff helpful with our requests.
Walk from the station through a slightly run down area near the station entrance. The hotel itself is on a nicer part of the street. Only Italian tv channels.
Great restaurants near by! Really close to the colosseo!
Personal very good, position excelent.
No remote for the aircondition and the breakfast can be more diverse.
Safe and good parking within premises. Helpful concierge.
Not easy to find decent eating places close by. Did not like hand held shower over bath. Prefer walk in shower also for safety.
Loved the location 5 minutes from the collesium. Great breakfast, room was lovely, clean bathroom hot shower and air conditioning that worked very well.
Wifi was hit and miss and only available in the lobby didn't reach my room
Perfect Location, Friendly and helpful staffs, hotel style and decoration, breakfast
friendly receptionist, fine rooms.
breakfast was acceptable, not fantastic. The shower wasn't too good: no constant temperature.
Location was close to Colosium, termini and easy walk to all attractions. Good breakfast.
A/C not operable.
Staff member not giving you enough information, no information in the room about facilities, electrical plug out of the wall! Blue material filling up a hole on the floor along the skirting! Good value for money but may be no one working at maintenance!
It is located on a quiet street, really close to the most beautiful sightseeing objects, close to the park and Termini. The staff is very nice and helpful. I had a very cute and comfortable room that was cleaned daily. Wi-Fi was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The hotel was recommended by a friend, I now would also recommend it. Its clean, comfortable, great breakfast, brilliant central location, near a Metro station, near major sites just a perfect little place.
Nothing to dislike in my opinion
Nice hotel, nice single room, nice garden, good neighborhood, nice breakfast and you can have your own food and drinks in the garden.
The location was excellent, quiet with relative good connections for transport. I got a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant.
The first room was one of the smallest rooms I have ever seen. I had to work hard to be given an alternative. Only one electrical point worked and that only if you jiggled the plug! Some of the staff were not that helpful.
Central close to shops transport good kitchen staff good
One of the front staff rude & unco-operative when we asked for help after losing our camera.
Great location as it not far from the train. In a quite part of the city and only minutes walk to the colosseum. Also huge breakfast
None! Had a great stay there.
very good location: close to touristic attraction but however very quiet area, spacious room and bathroom, very nice and welcoming staff
I might have had higher expectations from the breakfast. surprisingly for Italy, there was just one coffee option (normal coffee) and the breakfast area is at the -1 level of the hotel, away from the morning sun and from little garden that the hotel has.
For a small Hotel the room was comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, service with a smile.
insects in the room
My room was quiet and looked over the patio. The hotel is very close to the Colosseo and the metro.
The man at the front desk during the day was very unhelpful. I was not made to feel particularly welcome. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for the price.
I enjoyed my stay and had no problems. The staff were welcoming, happy to speak English or to let me practice my nearly non-existent Italian! The hotel is attractive, clean, and safe. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. I liked the proximity to Termini station and some beautiful meaningful religious sites including St John Lateran and Santa Maria Maggiore, as well as the Coliseum.
It's an old building so there was understandable considerable wear and tear to the walls and ceiling in my bedroom, and I'm afraid I didn't trust the electrics to charge my mobile phone.
everything was fine
bed braekfast bath ok, realy close to colloseum itp
dont take 500 euro note- doesnt work in that hotel
