There was so poor WiFi and sometimes no wifi at all!!
Good location, good breakfast, quiet, spacious room. Strong WiFi (first floor).
Only Italian channels on TV.
The third bed was a broken sofa! So if you pay for a triple bed room, at list you must have three normal beds! The rooms and the hotel are really old without any renovation!
Although we made our reservation two months ago, when we arrived there we were told that we have to go to a different hotel (from the same chain), namely Hotel Bled, who was 1.5 km away. When we asked why is this happening and why we weren't announced before the arrival, we received no fare answer. We arrived at Hotel Bled and there we also demanded an explanation for this situation. The hotel manager (who didn't speak English) lied to us that they were overbooked and that they had no room for us except the one that we received. We had to accept the room they gave us, cause we had no choice at the moment; once we entered the room, we had the impression that we were outside, all the noise from the street was also in the room; the heating was not working and the shower was broken. We announced all of these things at the receptionist and they helped us only by replacing the broken shower. After taking our first walk through Rome, we returned at the hotel to find out that heating was still not working and the room was freezing. We announced again the receptionist, and he promised to get back to us at least with an answer. Half an hour later, we called reception again, but we couldn't receive any suggestive answer. The only solution that was found for us was to be given two more blankets to cover ourselves during the night!!! We decided to leave this hotel the next day, having a very bad first impression after all that happened. They suggested that we should see another room but we were sick of everything and we didn't accept. Afterwards, they gave us the "opportunity" to change the room for one at Hotel Edera, the one that we should have received in the first place, and the one that we made the reservation for. We stayed there for the next 2 nights, it was finally ok and we could enjoy our trip to Rome.
Staff were friendly. Room and bed very big. Good continental breakfast. Welcoming drink on arrival. Very clean. Within 5 minutes walk of the Colosseum with lots of good restaurants nearby.
Sometimes the water was not very hot or took a long time to heat up.
Location 4 minutes to Coliseum. Breakfast was good, nice half liter of coffee given per table. Room was lovely, clean, bathroom hot shower and air conditioning that worked very well. It is located on a quiet street, really close to the most beautiful sightseeing. Room cleaned daily. Wi-Fi was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel, staff was kind and helpful, service with a smile.
Be ready for room size that can seem small. That is the norm from what I have seen from comparable hotels.
Nice small hotel near coloseum and other ancient buildings.
Location is good 25 minutes to Termini 4 minutes to Colloseum. I must say housekeeping is very good. This hotel is clean at high standard. Suitable for elderly peaple. I work as a housekeeper in UK. Breakfast was nice half liter of coffee given per person at first course. Aircondition was OK.
Hotel is very badly maintained and managed. They can give you overprised drinks in the fridge you must pay TV set was from the last century you can find in museums. Just a few Italian channels on it. I had no hot water for first day and also 14C in the room when I entered for the first time. Window handle broken airconditioner set on max to make you frozen completely. The I internet was slow WiFi is absolutely rubbish so I was unable to streem videos and use Skype.I did changed my badroom no apology was given or discount.Staff of hotel did not lissen ..what I am asking for.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Close to point of interest and metro Price for its location Well furnitured
Way too small bathroom Humidity on walls Bad odor from the bathroom Exposed wall electricity sockets Mediocre breakfast Wifi speeds of a snail
Nice little courtyard. Great location - quiet neighbourhood near Colosseum. Friendly staff.
Air conditioning didn't work properly.
Hotel Edera located so close to Coliseum. We had room with own great terrace on the last floor (number 64). The best quality-price choice.
amazing location, awesome free breakfast, free wifi, helpful staff
Big bathrooms, Spacious rooms, Wifi works everywhere. Decent breakfast options. Walls not thin. Staff helpful with our requests.
Walk from the station through a slightly run down area near the station entrance. The hotel itself is on a nicer part of the street. Only Italian tv channels.
Great restaurants near by! Really close to the colosseo!
Personal very good, position excelent.
No remote for the aircondition and the breakfast can be more diverse.
Safe and good parking within premises. Helpful concierge.
Not easy to find decent eating places close by. Did not like hand held shower over bath. Prefer walk in shower also for safety.
Loved the location 5 minutes from the collesium. Great breakfast, room was lovely, clean bathroom hot shower and air conditioning that worked very well.
Wifi was hit and miss and only available in the lobby didn't reach my room
Perfect Location, Friendly and helpful staffs, hotel style and decoration, breakfast
friendly receptionist, fine rooms.
breakfast was acceptable, not fantastic. The shower wasn't too good: no constant temperature.
Location was close to Colosium, termini and easy walk to all attractions. Good breakfast.
A/C not operable.
Staff member not giving you enough information, no information in the room about facilities, electrical plug out of the wall! Blue material filling up a hole on the floor along the skirting! Good value for money but may be no one working at maintenance!
It is located on a quiet street, really close to the most beautiful sightseeing objects, close to the park and Termini. The staff is very nice and helpful. I had a very cute and comfortable room that was cleaned daily. Wi-Fi was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The hotel was recommended by a friend, I now would also recommend it. Its clean, comfortable, great breakfast, brilliant central location, near a Metro station, near major sites just a perfect little place.
Nothing to dislike in my opinion
Nice hotel, nice single room, nice garden, good neighborhood, nice breakfast and you can have your own food and drinks in the garden.
