First time to write my opion. Decided to stay this hotel just because I took a look at these opions saying the staff providing with good service and very friendly, but I experienced a terrible service. The receptionist was a 50-year-old man, quite unpolite and cold and unprofesional, I stayed in No.39 And found yellow urine stain left on toilet seat but with a piece of paper on top of it, which means the toilet had been check over and clean, I felt sick and told the receptionist, he didn't even try to say sorry and said: ok! It make me very surpised. It shouldn't be ok. Another thing, you can find the drinking can like Fanta or beers in the fridge full of dust, the remote control full of dust, the telephone full of dust, terrible, terrible. Room 39. will never never come back to this hotel again and don't recommend to my friend.

Everything was good! Nice breakfast, very good location not far from Coliseum. Good quality for this price.

Small room, but it's usually for european city)

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Colosseum, 10 minute walk to Termini. Nice, quiet neighborhood, the room was very nice and spacious enough, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast, although identical the whole stay, was varied enough to be able to eat something else every morning. Overall, e really nice experience.

The single small thing was that our room was next to the room of cleaning ladies and we heard them every morning around 7:30 when they probably came to work. And all noises from corridor could be heard from the room. Luckily, the hotel and the guests were very really quiet in the night.

All fine, just need to make better breakfast and be clear about taxes added

My room was SMALL. A bit claustrophobic.

The location of the hotel is very good, just 5 min of walk till Colosseo and metro station Emmanuel Vittorio. Very easy to reach any sigtseeng. The staff of the hotel is very nice. The bed is very comfortable. We have come to the hotel much earlier the check-in and was accommodated in the room without any problems. The towels were changed every day. Free Wi-Fi Ineternet is working good.

The breakfast could be better. The room is small, but nice. Bathroom does not have any screen or cortains and it is not easy to take a shower. Some problems with hot water.

Location was ok, close to Termini Station and from the Coloseu.

We stayed 3 days the hotel and for two days in a row they had issues with water supply in the morning. The water only came back on the evening. No effort to explain the trouble was given by the hotel staff.

Friendly helpful staff. Central position. Free wifi.

The sfaff was friendly. Nice location near Roma Termini (10 minutes walk) and the Colosseum (10 minutes walk) and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore (10 minutes walk). Free Wi-Fi.

Hotel is located very close to the Colosseum (5 min walking), in a quiet and lovely area, room is beautiful.

The biggest problem is breakfast, which is absolutely identical each day. I needed to print 2 pages and I had to pay 2 euro for 30 min of using the computer in their livingroom.

The breakfast was fantastic! The best of all the hotels in Italy we have stayed!

No english TV channel available. No safe deposit box in the room.

Location in the city center, parking within the hotel area (10 EUR per day).Clean and large rooms.

Pretty noisy! Too much used up equipment. Breakfast - always really bad coffee.

This was our second stay at Edera in the past 3 years. Liked the revamp even though it could have been done a bit more professionally in places. The courtyard has particularly been spruced up beautifully.We whiled away some blissful late evenings there in the company of Sylvester(Sylvestrino) the beautiful house cat. The staff of the Edera are exceptional...from the front desk, to the service staff. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Edera's proximity to most of the main sights is a big plus. I will certainly stay there again should I return to Rome (which I hope I do in the near future)

We liked the clean, big room, and that it was in walking distance from the Colosseum. The air condition was very nice and the staff friendly enough. We were very, very happy with our stay

Only one thing: the breakfast

It's a very comfortable hotel, with all you need: air conditioning, wifi,... The room and the bathroom are the perfect size. Everything is very clean and they change every day your towels. The location is very convinient: 5 minutes walking from the Colosseum, 20 minutes walking from the river and few more minutes from Trastevere area. Walking distance also from Roma Termini: I didn't use the tube at all even if there are a couple of stop quite close (Colosseum, San Giovanni...).

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The front desk employees were very helpful.

Had to change rooms and be seperated form my family because the airconditioning in the room was not working, so we went from having a room that sleeps three to two rooms that only slept one in each room. My 10 year old son and I had to sleep in one room and my husband in another.

Perfect location, rooms are quite big and clean. Breakfast is also good.

The hotel has beautiful courtyard inside the premises; the location is excellent for city trip just very near to the Colosseum. The breakfast is standard what you would get in the price range but not that great. And anyways when in Rome where do you get the time to stay in the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room was average; there was some moisture smell but it went away soon but otherwise as well it was average. The rooms are not as maintained as the common area and outdoors in the hotel. I would rate it as a budget hotel.
