The reception is charming and the staff were very freindly and helpful. The location is excellent. The breakfast was good with a lovely view from the breakfast room.

Some might find the decor in the rooms a bit tired and dated but it is all clean and comfortable .

Proximity to sites. Bus stop across the street. Public parking near by. Large and bright breakfast room with nice view. Our room on the 5th floor had a small balcony with view and the evening sun. Reasonably quiet at night.

Not a 4 star hotel and in dire need of renovation. A definite low-budget feel all around which left us very disappointed.

Perfect location around the corner from Via Veneto and 10 minutes from Piazza di Spagna.

High rate only because of the location. Rooms are small and very old fashion, as well as the service! Breakfast was limited, the only advantage was the beautiful view from the terrace. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. There may be hundreds of such hotels around Rome, all 4 stars....! So pick the one closest to your main destination.

Near for all activity lovley and near spnish and trefy Fontaine near carffour supermarket so bice and lovley recption staff

Location was perfect. Front Desk staff was very helpful and polite, with special mention to Claudio. Breakfast was very good and dining room beautiful. Room very comfortable with a great view as we requested. Everything we needed was there.

Very few choices on tv, but who is watching tv anyways? At breakfast eggs were cold and not cooked completely. Elevator small but worked.

The Hotel needs urgent refurbishment. Not it is a nightmare.

The internet speed on the 5-th floor was absolutely crap.

The location is fabulous with spectacular views of the city and especially the Borghese Gardens. Great shopping area (though quite expensive) with world famous designer shops and excellent restaurants are all around. Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and many other historical places were close by. Breakfast was good.

The room was not furnished in accordance with the photographs on the net and was disappointing. In fact some of the furniture was in dilapidated state and needs immediate replacement.

The staff was very responsive and spoke great English. They were helpful with everything. This is a great hotel location if you are interested in walking around Rome and getting to the main areas via Metro. We stayed for three night and it worked out great.

Very nice reception personnel. Had the patience to let me use my rudimentary Italian rather than switching into English. The breakfast and the breakfast restaurant.

Close to all amenities. Local transport outside the door. Friendly staff. Excellent views over the city.

The location

Very old and not renovated. Carpet in the room stained and with several cigarette burn marks. Hot water not working, had to take a cold shower (in december).

Nice and very friendly staff . Good location. Good breakfast (except Saturday). Rooms with la bourgese view are wonderful.

Very kind and helpful staff; they arranged for Opera tickets for me, handled some cleaning I needed, and were most helpful in providing directions. Santino is worth his weight in gold- what a fine person!!!!

The hotel was excellent- no complaints at all.
