Very clean rooms. Room service and towel change every day. Located in good area of Rome (quiet and non-criminal), with good view of Villa Borghese (we stayed at 5th floor). Willing staff, but we can't tell our opinion about their english, because we know italian. Free Wi-Fi. Good spot in the city, with foot it is close to Spanish Steps and Metro (5min), Fontana di Trevi (8-10min), Piazza del Popolo (10-13min) and ancient center of Rome (10-15min). Simple breakfast with quality and breakfast room with excellent view of St. Peter Basilica. Bad smell in the room sometimes. No heating in the bathroom. On tv, many italian, english and german channels but not greek. One man of the staff was a little rude, even if we spoke italian, but maybe rudeness is a characteristic of italians, generally. Not good sound-proofing between the rooms. Rooms would need a renovation. Ascenting road from Metro to the hotel. Pricey.

No waiter service in the lounge, when I asked if possible to have two coffees it was a big effort. The lights in the roon all operated on different swiches when you turned some switches off the tv went off. Not sure I would use the hotel again while on business, I was going to ask for some discount as I have never had this b4 in any hotel. I look forward to your reply

The location of the hotel was of great importance on this trip. The location of this hotel is excellent, within easy reach of alot of Rome's sites and the Metro and shops.. The hotel was very quiet. no traffic noise. English speaking staff, who were all very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.. Rooms were well kept, if a little dated. However, the purpose of this visit meant that we spent very little time in the hotel room. To this end, the room served its purpose very well

Great location. No in-house laundry service. I don't think it merits a 4-star rating. Breakfast was a little limited.

Nice, clean not expensive, good location. The hotel does not have dinner or snacks. I arrived at the hotel very tired on a staturday, and wanted to stay and have a snack and go to sleep, but I had to go out, as there are no snacks served at this hotel.

Hotel was cental and within easy walking distance to all main sites. Views from breakfast room was spectacular. Friendly staff and bar man went that extra mile with customers Breakfast towards end of morning was almost non existant with numerous items missing and not replaces. Difficult at times to get coffee at breakfast

Great location with good facilities and friendly staff. Good lounge and bar area with fabulous views over the Villa Borghese gardens from the breakfast room on the 6th Floor. Rooms are OK but could do with some updating. Would suggest recommending a room at the front of the hotel for the view.

I enjoyed both their breakfast and their bar where I was able to relax and have a couple of drinks. The bartender, Santino, is very nice and accommodating. Rooms are a little small and could use a little updating.

The hotel is very well located in front of Villa borghese near Spanish steps. Room is ok. Beds are imposible to lay on, matress is a rock and for double beds they use two beds and if you move to the middle you get cought in a hole... Need to invest in this type of renovation as well as decoration and technology. Breakfast is very vary, well mpresented and served in a very nice terrace with beautiful views. Too expensive only for location.

located close to Spanish stairs and fontana di trevi. Practically in a walking distance to all the interesting places in Rome. Hotel is clean, staff is very helpfull. breakfast is decent. the hotel is in the upper side of via veneto. 10 minutes from the spanish stairs, but it could be tiresome. A hotel more close to the lower dec of the spanish stairs could be more attractive. The room is not so much equipped. Not enough shelvesin the bathromm

Had read some reviews stating breakfast was not adequate. We found it to be OUTSTANDING with a wide variety and went out fully sated each day over a three day stay. Upon arrival we were offered a smaller room which overlooked the park or a larger room in the back for the same price. We took the small one which had a tiny balcony and you could see the Vatican. and the park. Metro line (Spagna) almost to the door and a #116 bus across the street. Found staff very pleasant and cleanliness good. Would happily stay here again!

“We stayed at the hotel for over a week. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always very fresh and covering all our needs. The capuccino was excellent. The breakfast room was charming and relaxing and the service at top. Our room well equiped up to modern standards. The Wi-Fi well working. All spaces were kept clean. The hotel well situated close to Piazza di Spagna but still quiet and calm situated at a charming backstreet.” Christer, Huddinge |
