Hotel Elite  

The hotel is situated in the heart of the historic district of Palermo. Arriving by train into central train station, take the #107 bus a short 10 minute ride to hotel. Most monuments/castles/churches and other points of interest are walking distance.

Receptionist speak perfectly english and always help us with our problem. The best servise which I ever have.

The staff were very friendly and always there to help and answer any questions. The rooms was very well cleaned and spotless. It was quiet at night considering its central location - the location itself is fab too!

Really friendly receptionists, also very hard working. I was given a lot of useful advice. When I neeeded to have breakfast at 7pm on two days, they obliged, even though breakfast was officially an hour later. At this hotel you are within ten minutes of all the main sights. A nice 'feel' to the place.

I was happy with and at the Hotel Elite.

Great location in Central Palermo,close to sights,restaurants,and the airport bus.Room was adequate,and bathroom a reasonable size.Nice continental breakfast including fresh fruit,cereals,and yoghurt.Their greatest asset,in my opinion is their night receptionist,Mohammed,who not only speaks excellent English,but gives good and reliable advice on public transport,restaurants etc.

The rooms,although ok and pretty,with frescos painted on the wall above the bed, could maybe do with a little overhaul.There was an in room safe, but did not work.

One of the male receptionists was super-friendly and helpful.

The other staff at the hotel was not acting professional at all. One of the cleaning-staff talked behind of backs, not knowing that we are fluent in italian/sicilian. That was awkward. While we were having breakfast in the tiny breakfast-area, she discussed openly with her co-worker wether I and my 16-year old daughter were a lesbian couple, or not.

Extremely polite and helpful staff, convenient location in the city centre, cosy interiors, nice breakfast buffet with Italian style coffee.

Comfort of the room could be higher but for the price we paid it was definitely a good choice.

The location was great and the cost was low. The room was nice, and the breakfast and staff at breakfast and during the day were wonderful.

The night manager checked me in when I arrived at 11:30 one evening. He did not offer any map or details of the area, seemed interested in getting rid of me asap. The tv did not work the 3 days I was there.

la colazione era sufficiente. Poca frutta (solo arance) e posti a sedere limitati.

Stanze affrescate e molto gradevoli. Ottima posizione per la visità della città.

Das individuell gestaltete Zimmer mit den Wandgemälden der Sehensürdigkeiten aus Parlermo. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr vielseitig. (Klein aber fein). Die Lage direkt im Zentrum , Restaurant, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufstraßen direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tiefgarage im Haus.

Das Hotel ist hellhörig und man konnte den Nachbar nebenan verstehen. Leider hatten wir in der ersten Nacht eine starke Geräuschkulisse, die nicht zu ergründen war, die allerdings in der 2. Nacht nicht wieder auftrat. Die Rolläden und die Fenster sind veraltet (nur Einfachverglasung). Durch die Lage zum Innenenraum hörte man aber keine Geräusche von draußen.
