The staff were quite friendly and the envirenment was quiet. It was really a lovely stay.

24 hour reception, secure underground parking, close to shops and bars. friendly staff, cheap mini bar in room.

Central location, convenient set-up, helpful staff

Staff excellent, except for one (only) piece of city travel advice that was certainly wrong

Great location in Central Palermo,close to sights,restaurants,and the airport bus.Room was adequate,and bathroom a reasonable size.Nice continental breakfast including fresh fruit,cereals,and yoghurt.Their greatest asset,in my opinion is their night receptionist,Mohammed,who not only speaks excellent English,but gives good and reliable advice on public transport,restaurants etc.

The rooms,although ok and pretty,with frescos painted on the wall above the bed, could maybe do with a little overhaul.There was an in room safe, but did not work.

Very friendly, helpful staff, excellent location and value for money. Rooms large and clean. Within easy reach of restaurants, buses, tourist sites and shopping. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. I was even given a little Easter gift as my last name means Easter.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una calle céntrica y comercial de Palermo, en una zona tranquila y segura. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de los principales lugares de interés turístico. La habitación del hotel, aunque sencilla, es muy bonita y está decorada con frescos, pintados directamente en la pared ,de lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. También el resto del hotel está decorado con frescos muy bonitos. El hotel se encuentra en la quinta planta de un edificio, en el que se ubican otros hoteles, como es costumbre en Palermo. La habitación es tranquila y confortable. Si vuelvo a Palermo me volveré a alojar en este hotel. Recomiendo plenamente este hotel para una visita turística a Palermo.

El recepcionista del hotel no era muy simpático. El desayuno, aunque estaba bien, podría mejorarse. La habitación no tenía ni mini-bar ni caja fuerte.

Sono diventato cliente abituale, ormai è la quarta volta che lo scelgo. E' un ambiente tranquillo e sono molto carine le decorazioni delle parti comuni e delle camere.

è un pò carente, per non dire svogliata, la piccola manutenzione. Riscontro piccoli inconvenienti tecnici, per esempio nei bagni, che potrebbero essere risolti facilmente con un minimo di cura in più.

нормальный, чистый, скромный вариант(как нормальная трёшка) на 1-2 ночи, в центре(от вокзала порядка 5 остановок на автобусе), найти легко, 5 этаж многоэтажки(разные отели на разных этажах). останавливались на 1 ночь, выбирали по местоположению и цене(улетали с сицилии на материк). очень удобен и для осмотра города и для отъезда в аэропорт, даже не надо никуда ехать. там надо просто дойти до площади (5 минут), с которой ходят автобусы, каждые 15 минут, в аэропорт. на ресепшн (на хорошем английском) объяснят как дойти.вечером, девушка на ресепшн нам сделала кофе за 2 евро, так что сервис вполне нормальный.

La posizione. In pieno centro di Palermo con un prezzo onesto. Si gira tranquillamente a piedi tutta la città ed è molto vicino al Bus per l'aeroporto.

Il staff era molto gentile

Tanti rumore della casa sopra la stanza ,durante la sera dalle ore 2300 alle ore 2400. quando penso la famiglia chi abita la, vanno a letto.
