The staff was friendly, but as we didn't speak Italian and some of them didn't speak English, it was quite difficult sometimes.The hotel is right in the centre of Palermo, that was very convenient. There was not fridge in the room available... |

Clean and centrally located. Our room was at the back of the building so we did not have any noise from traffic etc. It was good value and the breakfast (continental) was sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The walls are quite thin - we could hear the person in the next room snoring loudly each night! |

Kindness of the staff We booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel also. The flight was 2 hours late. The hotel asked us an extra fee (15 euro for a total of 70) since the employee was waiting for us at the airport. I think this is quite not fair |

La spaziosità della stanza e del bagno, la posizione dell'albergo al centro di Palermo in una zona tranquilla. La colazione era più che sufficiente, ma personalmente avrei gradito anche della frutta fresca e del cibo salato. |

La cortesia delle persone anche se l'hotel è in una posizione anomala per un albergo: 5 piano con le camere al 5° e al 4° piano, un continuo su e giù. |

La posizione nel centro di Palermo che consente facilmente di raggiungere tutte i punti di maggior interesse. L'unico inconveniente è stato constatare il rumore della strada sottostante che, credo, può essere ovviato installando degli infissi un po' più nuovi. |

La chambre était propre et très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner copieux. L'hôtel est parfaitement bien placé dans le centre-ville, à côté des rues animées. Personnel agréable. |
