Located 10 minutes’ drive from the center of Florence, Hotel Emma is a friendly, family-run hotel with a terrace overlooking the city's rooftops. It has easy access to public transportation. Friendly staff, explained which buses snd tours to tale for the time we stayed. Safe hotel with bus stop 20m away. Excellent price, with bathroom and wifi. One recomendarion would be to improve a litros bit, the cíeaness if the bathroom. I definately would stay again and recommend this hotel. Good breakfast. Family run hotel Improve cíeaness of bathrroom, just a ilttle bit.

Hotel with a character! Nice and quiet location close to the city center. For those who a lazy to walk 30 min, can get the bus just in front of the hotel. 5 min walking to the Campo di Marte train station. Very clean. Friendly stuff who was very helpful telling us dos and dont's.

расположение ( 15 минут до основных достопримечательностей) бронировал за 2 месяца. при приезде выяснилось, что мест нет!!!!. номер маленький, санузел так же. крышка унитаза была оторвана. душ тек прямо на пол, заливая унитаз. по улице всю ночь носились мотоциклисты и не давали спать, так как окна плотно незакрывались

Si bien no est{a en pleno centro, desde la estación de ferrocarril se llega con el bus 17 que para en la puerta de ambos lugares, 10 minutos de viaje. Ubicación excelente. La atención igual. En cuanto llegamos el Recepcionista nos entregó un mapa de Florencia con todos los puntos de interés turistico y medios de transporte para realizarlo. Dado que no está lejos del centro lo hicimos todo a pie. El desayuno muy completo, con atención personalizada, limpieza. Fue el hotel que más nos gustó de nuestra estadía en varios países de Europa, más si uno hace relación valor- servicio. 100% recomendable!!

Hotel bacana para quem não quer luxo, dono e esposa muito prestativos, o quarto era pequeno, mas por 44,00 euros a diária estava ótiomo... Fica no segundo andar sem elevador. Pelo café da manhã, localização e atendimento, com certeza voltaria lá.

Kényelmesen berendezett szoba, tisztaság. Kaptam törölközőt, amit kétnaponta cseréltek. A reggelit a teraszon is el lehet fogyasztani. Készséges személyzet. Cosy, clean room. Towels are changed every two days. You can eat your breakfast on the terrasse with view on the city. Kind personal. A hotel egy lakóház emeletén van, és sajnos nincs lift. Sok poggyásszal utazóknak ez probléma lehet. The hotel is on the floor and there is no elevator. If you travel with many baggages, it can be problematic.

Hotel emma ¡¡¡¡¡¡excelente¡¡¡¡¡ el dueño muy amable al igual que el personal, la decoracion muy elegante y acogedora, es una casa antigua muy linda, y con una muy buena ubicacion al lado de tiendas para comprar y un paradero de autobuses al frente, el desayuno buffet sencillo pero muy bueno sobre todo el cafe capuccino que prepara el dueño del hotel, la habitacion muy bien decorada, muy sobria. Tambien hay una bella terraza donde uno puede tomar desayuno...o un cafe... Lo unico malo de este hotel es que hay que subir con las maletas al segundo piso pues no hay asensor...y como veniamos tan cansados esto era un tanto agotador pero el mismo dueño nos ayudo con las maletas....

Un hotel muy agradable y tranquilo, ubicado en un edificio antiguo muy bien mantenido. La atención es cordial, el desayuno muy rico y abundante. Las habitaciones y el baño están decorados en estilo clásico, son amplias y muy cómodas.

虽然离火车站不是很近，但是坐落的地点还是很宽敞的大马路，而且转弯就是到旅游景点的公车站。前台老爷爷很- 友好，房间也很舒适。有免费旅游地图哦～

El trato del personal exquisito (la dueña del hotel es encantadora). La habitación limpísima y muy bonita. Camas muy cómodas. Las vistas al lago increíbles. La única pega es que al estar al lado de la carretera, hay un poco de ruído. No obstante, no impide descansar.

Mitt andre opphold på Hotel Emma, nytt vertskap og renovert siden sist, trivelig lite hotel med meget god service, god frokost og en fantastisk terasse med utsikt over byen. En av byens beste restauranter (La Bottega del Buon Caffe) ligger vegg i vegg med hotellet og bør oppleves.

The staff were really helpful, providing a lot of local information when we arrived. The room was nice with good air conditioning, and everything was clean. The hotel was easy to find. Breakfast is not included in the price, but we chose to pay for it one day and it was a good selection.
