Clean room, good continental breakfast. Good location (close to the beach, nice restaurants nearby), easy to visit Verona and other places even by train. We had very small and dark room for 3 persons and it was really uncomfortable for holidays. Air-condition was working not whole the time. Dangerous (narrow and steep) entrance to underground parking.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questo hotel, scelto soprattutto per il prezzo e per la posizione. Nel complesso lo abbiamo trovato discreto/buono con un unico grosso difetto, per noi, che è stato il sistema di riscaldamento troppo forte e ruomoroso, non abbiamo dormito bene. Di sicuro se fossimo rimasti qualche altra notte avremmo chiesto se fosse stato possibile spegnerlo o limitarlo. Colazione buona e con una bella sala. Comfort mediocre per il rumore in camera causa sistema di condizionamento.

Das Hotel liegt deutlich abseits vom Touristenzentrum Desenzano im Ortsteil Rivotella, in dem man noch italienisches Leben antrifft. Als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der südlichen Gardaseeregion sehr gut geeignet. Gut bestücktes Frühstücksbüffet mit viel frischem Obst. Leider etwas nah an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Es gibt ein Parkplatzproblem: Die angebotene Tiefgarage ist nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, der gegenüberliegende kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplatz nicht immer frei und die übrigen nähergelegenen Parkmöglichkeiten zeitlich limitiert.

Отель неплохой. Стоит в 10-ти минутах ходьбы от центра. Есть свой бесплатный гараж, однако заезд сложный. Комнаты небольшие, но вполне уютные. Больше подходят как место для отдыха после ярких впечатлений от экскурсий. Отель не новый. Просятся электронные замки. завтраки однообразны, нет горячего. Часто отключается кондиционер.

Die Dachterrasse mit dem Whirlpool und den schönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Das Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe. Der Chef von Hotel wie auch die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bad entsprach nicht dem abgebildeten Foto der Beschreibung. Das Frühstück war etwas einseitig, hätten uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Abfahrt zur Garage sehr eng. Zeitweise nur englisch sprachig am Empfang.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten guten Eindruck. Die Dachterrasse ist super, dort kann man sich richtig erholen. Der Blick von dort oben ist fantastisch. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können, einfach harte kalte Eier zu servieren finde ich Einfallslos. Das Personal beim Frühstück hat sich nur bewegt wenn es angesprochen wurde, das ist wirklich unmöglich bei diesem Preisniveau. Die Garagenausfahrt ist eine Katastrophe!

Nonostante abbia soggiornato solamente per una notte, l'aspetto che mi è piaciuto era di poter utilizzare la piscina in ogni momento..sempre disponibile 24 ore su 24. Garage interno con poco spazio..posti auto non sufficenti per il numero delle camere disponibili.

Empfangen wurden wir von einer perfekt deutsch sprechenden Dame an der Rezeption, die uns auch während der ein oder anderen Probleme/Fragen in den folgenden Tagen weiterhelfen konnte. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und für uns völlig ausreichend. Die Sonnenterrasse im 3. Stock war herrlich, um Abends noch einmal zu entspannen oder auch um gemütlich einen Wein zu trinken (den Whirlpool haben wir nicht ausprobiert, er sah aber neu und sehr sauber aus). Das Frühstück war eher etwas bescheiden in der Auswahl und in der Qualität.
