We booked suddenly on Hotel Erina and we were looking for a room only but the hotel was more then what we need. It was really close to central and all shops. It was only 3 minutes by walk from train station. Plus friendly and helpfull staff. Thank you every one who works on Hotel Erina.

Front desk people friendly and helpful, give useful advice and looked for me for information I did not have about city (tango events at the time of my stay and transportation to it). Location is great, since having heavy sutcases at the end of the trip with all the suveniers did not needed to move it long time to the hotel.

Having to lock- unlock bathroom in the hall: lots of noise made by the key and doors really was annoying specially at 2:00 in the morning. The shower was not clean and smeared bugs on the wall in the room walls did not make very appealing picture. Another thing to add: for the same price most hotels do include coffee and croissant in the morning, here asking a hot water for a tea would cast 2 euro’S.

Breakfast (coffee, bread, juice,... ) of very poor quality.

Location, friendly staff, excellent value for money for Florence in August, perfect for a short stay as a base.

My bed was damage, but it was replaced as soon as I complained.

Su ubicación. Está a la vuelta de la estación de trenes de la ciudad. El baño y la habitación en general estaban bastante limpios.

Tuvimos que esperar hasta después de las 14h para entrar a la habitación, la cuale debería tener una cama doble, pero eran dos juntas (montadas como una de matrimonio). La dueña me dijo que debía haberlo especificado en la reserva, porque eso en Italia era normal..., Sin mucha simpatía cambiaron los dos colchones por uno de matrimonio.

离佛罗伦萨主火车站（SMN）非常近，走路五分钟能到。我当时看到我们住的旅馆在这里真的大吃一惊。因为是- 非常古老的一栋房子。一问店主，原来有已经一百多年历史了。无论入口还是楼梯还是电梯还是整体装修，都非常- 贴合佛伦伦萨的古城气质。而且去所以来旅行的话非常推荐~ 另外店主的英文还是不错的，各个方面都能帮到。
