Excellent position in the city for all the sites and the central train station only 3 min walk. The staff where very helpful. The Hotel is situated within a traditional Florentine building with lots of character. |

The manager was extremely nice! he really made e feel welcome. The manager was the only person who could troubleshoot problems with the wireless internet. When he wasn't present, I could not get assistance. |

Nice location (just by the train station). The hotel looked too old, need some refurbishment. The hotel was like a floor in a building full of hotels (one or two per floor), quite wierd... The elevator was... interesting. |

There was no phone use for outside the country in the room. I had to go to the front desk and use the fax phone. Although friendly, young people were placed at the front desk that did not speak good english. |

very friendly and helpfull staff,the room was very big and comfortable also very clean and near the city center.For 60 euro we got more than we expected.Its 2 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the city center. |

Elevator is too old and hard to get inside on it. Hotel staff don't know english we used our body language.in order to communicate them. Breakfast is awful and they don't give any cheese or something except some basic things. Hotel staff is not enough. |
