The hotel shows a nice and personal style. The real plus of this small hotel was its location, 10 minutes from Florence main monuments. The staff were friendly & helpful, the lift was to be avoided, but quaint to look at! Located around the corner from the train station and bus stop 13... This is not a high end hotel but it is perfect for the traveler that will be spending most of their time out sightseeing and needs a good bed to sleep in at night. ----- |

It was only a 12 minute walk with luggage from the train station.Bed was comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Scary feeling cage elevator. Although they advertise desk open 24 hours there was a note to go down to the 2nd floor to a companion hotel to register and there was no one at either desk when we dropped our keys at 6am. Kind of spooky old deserted feeling. |

I liked nothing We had confirmed bookings but the hotel didnt have rooms for us, so they transfered us to another hotel and the rooms given didn't have AC. Its really disgusting and the amount we paid is not worth at all. |

It was close to the train station, which is convenient if you want to be able to get to your hotel easily and back to the train station easily. Florence is a relatively small city and you can walk to the city centre and opposite side of the city from Hotelerina in a short time. The hotel itself is nice looking, old style and comfortable. Huge room. Make sure to ask for the remote control for the air conditioner unit because they wont automatically give it to you and its really hot in Rome. Only that they didn't offer you the ac remote control and it took me a night to realize there even was an ac unit in the room. |

It is close to railway station. Not very difficult to find one's way to the heart of the city. If you are of X large size, you find the bath box too small. The rooms which are open to the noisy streets are given to the singles. It is somehow disturbing to wake up by the unpleasant noise. Breakfast is poor. Otherwise, it is well located and close to everything. |

The location is nice. The staff was rude and not helpful. The air conditioning was cut off after a couple of hours by the staff. We were limited to what we could eat at the all you can eat buffet. There was not enough food for all the hotel guests. |

Good position, near of the old city center. Also we have a big room. Hotel staff are very friendly, always prepared to help. When we told the hotel staff that in our room SAT-TV transmiter did not work, they quickly gave us another one. I have a problem with sleeping, because my bed was not good and because of the noise that come from outside (we have window looking to train or bus station). |

the hotelroom was really big, bright and clean; no noises from the city outside; nice little hotel for a weekend-trip; the price was good; the hotel is in the 3rd floor and the elevator is quite old and seemed to me weird; in the evening and in the morning was it really loud, when other people came home/went out, because the roomdoors are old and made a lot of noise when they had been closed/opened; |

Location was excellent and the room was neat and clean with Sky tv which was good to chill with. The service from the reception was appalling. He made out like he didnt understand English when you asked for something but he understtod when he wanted something!!!! Reception was left unattended for long periods with keys to rooms easily accessable! |
