Very cooperative staff that understood my problem and helped me upgrade rooms. Courtous and helpful in many ways.
I accidently booked rooms with shared bathroom. Huge mistake. Unclean and uncomfortable facilities in bathroom.
No far for historical.
Three hotel in one bilding! Tarrible bathroom in the rooms, no conditioner, unsafe rooms, no parking, mosquitoes...
Around the corner from the train station. A couple minutes from the market so you can drop your bags of before you do other things. Short walk to the Duomo. There is also a grocery store around the corner this is a great way to save money on food.
Breakfast is good ,you can fillup your stomach very well.
mosquitoes as usual are problem in Venice and Florence.
Great location, easy place to stay.
Shared bathroom is tiny, but functions fine.
Hotel was not the easiest to find but is very close to the center of town....Staff was helpful. Parking was an additional cost down the street in a parking garage which was not very far away and our car was safe there.
Beds were not that comfy, No AC and breakfast was exspensive so we ate locally around the corner. Internet was not the best was hard to connect to
Everything was pretty close to the hotel. The staff were available 24/7 and very friendly.
The room was very very small and you had to share a bathroom. The locks were a bit hard to open.
Great for getting to the railway station and close enough to the centre to explore and enjoy the city. The beds were very comfortable in one room out of the three we booked. All bedding was very clean and towels changed every day which was perfect.
Pictures on the internet do not show what the rooms are like. Only one room out of three had air conditioning which was not reflected in the price, we felt. Showers were not up to a good standard.
Location and comfortable room.
Location. Friendly staff.
Bad bed. Wifi almost never worked.
hotel erina had a prefect location, walking distance from the center. wifi included.
breakfast not included
Close to train station. Old city at your fingertips.
Location shown on the map "booking.com" is not correct! Hotel must find by address. Small Hotel erina is located on the third floor of the building, where there are several hotels.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Completely trouble free
All good, the only reason I would not recommend it is that its great location, right next the the train station, is a bit too frantic for me. I've visited Florence several times, and when I go back, I'll get a place a bit out of town. It'll be a much better deal, I'm sure. More quiet and pleasant - and the bus system is really simple and quite cheap. A good trade in my book. I might recommend it for a first- time visitor who values convenience more than I do.
Staff are friendly. Room is large enough, although it is bit old. Really close to train station. Easy to walk to tourist spots. Silent at night.
Close to transport hub
Smelly Toilet No remote for air conditioner and have to borrow from the admin staff and return every morning Interiors not attractive and boring Noisy at night due to homeless people outside
location is perfect. its just 3 mins walk from train station. it is close to all tourist spots. good value for money. highly recommended!!
Extremely helpful staff who readily assisted with all our queries and difficulties. also located extremely close to the train station
the hotel was located on the third floor of the building, and thankfully there was a lift, which however was slightly inconvenient to use as it could only take a minimum number of people and luggages
5mins walk from Florence Central station
location near train station
Disgusting loads of black mould in shower. Shower broken. Mould everywhere. Balcony was shared with next room. Uncomfortable beds. No tv even though it was supposed to have a satelite tv. no phone. Happy Birthday to me :( NOT!
We got to meet chief bromden
I was on edge for my whole stay. There was constantly furniture being moved above our rooms. The only way to get air conditioning is to open the door which let in Mosquitos. Was very wary about the drawn on third star. Breakfast was five euro per day per person and awful.
This was the worst hotel I have stayed in whole of Europe. While booking it, voucher indicated that room will have TV and Fan, but hotel denied that and said it is booking.com error. After lot of request they provided fan.
24 hr reception very good friendly people very close to station good cappuccino
Service wsd excelent
