Central location, in the historic part of the city, close to main sightseeings. We felt safe ourselves in this hotel and area. You have to pay 5 Eur extra for the air condition. Small elevator - hardly could fit 2 people without suitcases. |

Staff were relaxed and most helpful. Recomended two restaurants, one of which we used on two accassions. Instructions for getting there were not clear. We took the shuttle bus from the airport thinking a five minute walk...it took us 20 mins to find the hotel. |

Good and central location. Nice staff. Clean rooms with everything you need. The elevator is very small and you have to pay to use it (10 cent). |

The hotel interior decoration. The staff are very nice and helpful!! This hotel is near the University and in the heart of Napoli. The outside building looks terrifying but inside is very nice with good decorations. |

It's in the historical centre. The lift is too small and you need to have ready 10 cents to operate it. |

The front desk guy was nice and helpful but there were some problems with communication that ended up causing higher charges to be made on my credit card and when I went to get that fixed he said he'd have to call his manager to do a refund which might take awhile. So anyways just be sure of what they're saying or have him write it. The rooms charged for a/c and were hard to get to from the train station. Also, the elevator costs money and is very small, couldn't fit two people with luggage, and the rooms are on the 4th floor. The price just seemed a bit high for the room. |

Le jeune réceptionniste italien était très sympathique (il parlait bien français) et nous a donné de multiples conseils pour des restaurants qui se sont avérés judicieux. |

Aardig personeel, centrale ligging, schone kamers. Airconditioning (met afstandsbediening) kostte 5 euro extra, terwijl in de kamer stond aangegeven dat gebruik van de airco inclusief was. Gebouw in renovatie, entree onder bouwstellage. |

ochota recepční poskytnout internet který není v ceně služeb hotelu složité avízo na otevírání dveří: při skončení pobytu musíte mít dlouhou paži, abyste ji prostrčili mříží ve dvoře a zazvonili zvenčí na recepci, jinak nemůžete ven. |

Excellent rapport qualité prix, un des seuls hôtels "budget" qui n'est pas situé dans le quartier de la gare, mais en plein centre. Bien que l'hôtel soit dans le centre, il vaut mieux ne pas rentrer seul après une certaine heure... |
