Clean room, very kind staff, near the city center!
no cold water
Staff very helpful with tourist information Rooms were clean
Rooms very small Bed was tiny and mattress hard like a rock The window didn't lock and safety box was very small.
Dont be put off by the area if you arrive at night. Looked a bit dodgy but discovered next day and evening it was great. Street music etc and lots of public seating and cheap eats in the square 100 mtrs away.
Near the harbour and downtown old Napoli
Staff very unfriendly, room tiny, elevator really small (hard to get up and down with you luggage and your group), no one to help wtih bags, located at the end of a weird alley (not a hotel you see from the street), you can´t park in front of the hotel for it´s a no-traffic zone (though it gives discount on a parking lot about 300m away - 20 euros a day), safe didn´t work, shower uneven causing sudden change of temperature, cleaning misses many points. All in alll, it´s a good option if your are desperate do save money.
A nice and clean room in a great location at a great price
Considering this is a 1 star hotel, everything was quite good. Air con was great, lots of natural light and a balcony. Easy to get around the centre of Napoli from the hotel.
You need to buzz twice, once through gate and once through door, to get into building. This is good for security, but a bit annoying for just running out and coming back. Towels were similar to table cloths.
Small but comfortable room
Wifi bad reception
Nice WiFi, cleanliness, service
Moving in went well. everything was clean and cozy.!
The staff is not attentive to us vzli 45 euros for what we were detained at the time of departure 1.5 hours. It was possible to make a concession, but we were told that nothing can be done.
The location is great. The rooms are nice and very comfortable, we stayed there at the start at end of our trip and both rooms were lovely.
Good location near the university and many sights. Good value.
A very welcoming staff. Very clean room. Very nice paintings in the room. Close to the centre. 24hrs reception service. On the 4th floor but a lift was available.
In one of the rooms, air-condition remote was faulty. Staff tried to fix it but without success. Tv remote didn't work. Wi-fi reception was weak sometimes.
not much. location - right in the heart of the old town of naples
the staff were rude and had a 'couldnt be bothered' attitude. The rooms were dark and dingy....but thats naples for you! be careful not to drive all the way to the end of the street as there are cameras that will fine you for entering a predestrian area. we parked outside the hotel for free but then got approached by a dodgy guy hassling us to pay him €2 to watch our car. we did not feel safe.
good location, great value, very clean
some of the front office staff wasn't great.
It was perfect for me because I was just using this as a place to stay while I was out all day. The Wifi was excellent and the staff was all very helpful.
The staff very kind and helpfull. The location is really heart of the town. We had such and great time there.
The room was comfortable, clean and fairly quiet, with a nice bathroom. I liked the funky wall decor. The location was good for walking in central Naples and for getting food. I did like having an elevator to get to the 4th floor.
I did not like the entrance to the hotel, set back from the street in a dark courtyard, having to call the desk to open the door, then walk down a narrow alley to get to the elevator.
Located very close to historic center. good air condition and they change towels every day.
very poor facilities, it is unfair to call this a "hotel", the room is too small and wifi is not working, you spend over 5 minutes to open a webpage. The staff in the afternoon and night shifts speak very little English and they are very rude and aggressive. While the staff in the morning are helpful (Giovanni and the girl). When we arrived the first night late we were left ringing the bell for 5 minutes and no one opened (although they mentioned 24 hours front desk), then the night shift employee finally opened and was very rude.
Staff were good. Location good. Near Metro stop.
Bad WiFi Small room Elevator broken
Great location, right off the metro, in a good neighbour hood, very hot shower. Overall great stay for a young couple looking for a safe and central location! Highly recommend it based on price and overall stay.
Small rooms (as expected)
Very nice hotel with good location and beautiful painting on walls.
Unfortunately, there is non stable and slow WiFi :(
A due passi dal centro, posizione invidiabile.
Hotel Europeo exceeded all my expectations for a hotel in Naples. The location is one of the many positives for this hotel. It is right in the middle of the historical center, very close to great pedestrian streets and squares, such as Bellini. The metro is about a kilometer (1/2 mile) away. The hotel itself is very clean and very cute- each room is well decorated. There was plenty of hot water, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were great; they all were excellent ambassadors for their city with their enthusiasm and knowledge. The hotel is also very secure. It is in a great area for bars and restaurants, but also extremely quiet. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to explore Naples.
I found no downside to the hotel
