Not much. The room was clean enough..
Hard to find, tucked away in a back street, looked more like the back entrance than the front. On the fourth floor, tiny room, door to balcony didn't open properly. Shutters wouldn't go up more than half way. Portable tv up high, one italian channel, no remote. Plug something into charge and the main light flickered alarmingly! A shelf just above pillow height so you can't sit up in bed (which was uncomfortable anyway.) No tea or coffee making facilities. Really noisy, both inside the hotel and out.....why would you stay here if you had a choice?
Staff is helpful, room is neat. It's very close to the historical city centre and to the Università metro station.
Nothing at all
unique decoration, friendly staff,
we wanted to pay in cash at location and indicated it at booking, but bank withdrawal happened instead of authorisation.
everything was good enough.
the pillows were uncomfortable.
It was clean.
No wifi , TV was not functioning and the staff in the evening were quite lazy.
If there was a place to submit photos no one would ever stay here. Hotel is literally on the 5th floor of another building. You must make it through a maze of locked iron gates to even get to the entrance of the hotel. Room small even by European standards. Water from boiling to freezing and nothing in between. We felt extremely unsafe here and got out as soon as we could.
- Great customer service (receptionist spent 20 minutes telling you where to go on our stay and excellent restaurants) -central location great for young people and even families -Comfortable room -Clean with many accesories (hairdryer, soaps, fridge, air conditioner) -Typical napoli feel! We absolutely loved it and are already planning to go back!
Totally in the center, easy to find, great price.
Bed was a bit stiff and wifi didnt for too well.
Great location! Close to Garibaldi station. 20 minutes by walk. It's situated in the old center of Naples. Clean and cozy. Free Wi-Fi it's a big plus! Plus... the fridge in the room!
Nothing to complain!
Very good location, near old town.
The rooms are very cold. Often there is not hot water!!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good and the room are clean and well kept.
It is a bit noisy as it is popular with young travellers who talk loud up until late in the night.
Great location, nice enough rooms, daily maid service with fresh towels, soap, etc. Everything worked fine, including the small elevator. We liked it enough to stay an extra night and we would stay there again the next time we goto Napoli.
Location, price, wifi
Bed wasn't too comfy. Also, not super easy to find, but signs were helpful for pointing in right direction
The location in the heart of the old quarter was very good. Lots to see and plenty of good restaurants. The hotel itself has lots of vivid pictures decorating the walls which gave it a nice character. Despite a few negatives these were minor and we enjoyed our stay.
The triple room was really a double with an extra bed squeezed in. The bathroom was a bit small but ok. The balcony was very small but nice to stand on. The hotel is on the 4th floor accessible by stairs and a tiny (3 person) lift.
Good cheap apartments on the first floor, perfect location.
Parking adviced by hotel manager is close to the hotel but expensive.
Close to old town center. but difficult to find.
Chewing gum sticky on the table
No hot water in bidet and sink but generally it is good.
Not very convenient location fram railways. It was necessary to leave the key at reception, but it was on the forth floor, so it was quite inconveniently to go there.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was good, close to the bus and train station in the old part of town.
Or room was for four people and was so cramped with two double beds and hardly enough room to pass from one bed to the bathroom. The bathroom was tiny and there was no coffee or tea making facilities and not even a glass for drinking water.
Everything was fine for this price - the excellent location, nice staff, clean room, good Wi-Fi.
The size of the room was, probably, too small, but it is not so important.
Wifi was fast.
This hotel was reflective of our short stay in Naples. The neighborhood is dirty and loud. The manager took and kept our passports at the front desk in the open until we left, which was very sketchy. The bunk bed was military style which hung from the wall, and I was nervous to have anyone sleep above me. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the room was extremely loud. If you are trying to save money and aren't spending much time in your hotel then this is the place for you. Bring slippers.
The decoration was really beautifull, it was confortable and a good value for money.
It is not easy to find and the lift is really small. It could not take more than one person and one bag.
Good location. 10 minutes walking to the centr. 20 minutes walking to the sea.
The hotel was "quirky". Old style without being old fashioned, an old hotel refurbished with imagination but not a lot of cash. The room was small but efficient, with a desk and bed lights, a working bathroom and an air conditioner. If you were tall an stood on the chair you could see the sea. We could hear the gulls. Good value for money if you must visit Naples. The hotel is close to the ferries for the islands and an OK (20 minutes of dodging dog poo on the side walks) walk to the train. The hotel is fine Naples however is another matter.
Naples is not a nice town, the hotel is in the university sector and very close to the old area. The old area is not as nice in Naples as "old areas" are in many other towns. The entrance to the hotel is via two locked doors which are unlocked when you message through an intercom. Naples is not a comfortable town, not a fault of the hotel. The room did not have effective wifi.
