The front desk guy was nice and helpful but there were some problems with communication that ended up causing higher charges to be made on my credit card and when I went to get that fixed he said he'd have to call his manager to do a refund which might take awhile. So anyways just be sure of what they're saying or have him write it. The rooms charged for a/c and were hard to get to from the train station. Also, the elevator costs money and is very small, couldn't fit two people with luggage, and the rooms are on the 4th floor. The price just seemed a bit high for the room. |

The location in the old city, cleanliness, price It is located right under the roof. In a day time got all the heat of July Napoly sun and during night it was very hot... Everything was excelent but this. However I was ok with it. |

Esta centrico.A 20 minutos andando al tren y al puerto donde se cojen los barcos para capri,etc.Francesco muy amable,te busca cualqier informacion,etc. La entrada es a traves como de una galeria pasando por una verja que te abren.El ascensor es enano y tienes que poner 10 ctm para que funcione.Cabe 1 persona y 1 maleta mediana.La habitación triple raquitica.No podiamos abrir las maletas.Mucho calor,no puedes dormir.Hace mas calor que en la calle. |

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen: je kan Napels van daaruit te voet verkennen. Het hotel ligt ook vlakbij het station, waar je de circumvesuviana kan nemen naar Pompeï ed. |

la situacion del hotel es buena, zona universitaria tranquila y segura la entrada es un poco rara, esta como en un patio. El aire acondicionado es un ventilador, si hace mucho calor no sirve de mucho.Por las noches se escuchaba mucho las gaviotas ( pero eso no es culpa del hotel) |
