Easy access to public transportation; Train terminal; Good tourist information from staff
Very cramp shower stall; Tiny sink; Need key to lock room while inside;
The swimming pool and lovely gardens are the hotel's best features. * Swimming pool is spectacular * Gardens and grounds very well kept * Rooms are very decent size and clean * Staff are friendly and helpful * Breakfast is very decent for Italian hotel standards.
* There was some cat/dog poo near the pool, but that could have been from a neighbours cat/hotel guest's dog * The sound insulation between rooms on the third floor is not great, you could hear clearly from neighbours room/bathroom.
Marco was very kind and helpful, he even helped us as a translator. The hotel was very near to the train and bus stations and to the cabs. Transportation to and from the airport was very easy. It's a very good deal for this price.
Very Good. Near restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, Termini Station, store....
The Owner is an excellent host. Took special care of us. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was good.
Location, friendly and helpful staff
No free wi-fi internet
Spacious Room, Nice hospitality, Clean Room, The owner will gives information about the Rome city and gives you map of the city, good wifi, near Termini Station, lots of cafes or restaurants near the hotel and secure.
Very clean, even to the point of the cleaner tidying up your belongings on the table (bit extreme in my opinion and invasion of privacy) it's good that the hotel is near the main international train station.
Very noisy outside as expected near a busy train station. The windows are great and block out the sound. However if you want fresh air at night and don't want windows open, you will need to purchase the air con at 15 euros per night.
Location was fantastic! As was the price. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
No breakfast or tea/coffee facilities. It wasn't a huge problem but still would have been nice.
a pay wifi, high room rate
Very basic but : Clean , quiet , polite staff , close to the termini station and to the bars and restaurants. I mighy stay here again if I go to Rome again.
Stayed for three nights, had a nice quiet cofortable night after wandering the city all day. Staff was extremely helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome.
ok for couple og nights. beside termini station.food market. and cheap food
building is old. too many stairs. .only 2 person can axsess lift. hot water comes sometime.
very good location, helpful management
room needed more hooks or places to hang things, also could have used a mirror in bedroom
Very good location, around 5 minutes walking from Roma Termini. Staff is warm, share a lot of helpful information when we reach the hotel. I forgot my passport and all cash (total 650 euro) in the room when I left the hotel to take train to Pisa, when I contact the hotel on the train, they help to find them and wait for me to pick them up, thank you so much~ Very good stay experience!
Staff was very friendly. I liked the location because it was very close to both metro lines and many bus lines. Internet access was very satisfying. Excellent value for money.
Unfortunately, we got two single beds instead of double bed.
Convenient location close to Termini station. Lots of unexpensive caffes nearby. Clean rooms, new furniture. Internet access is not included, but we've got it for free as we payed for the room ahead for the whole period at the first day of our visit.
- The pillows was too hard to sleep on, also the bed was a bit too hard as well. - very peculiar information from the staff that we have to use the cafe on "the right side" not on the left??? Some business together perhaps. And the staff on that recommended cafe was not friendly at all and the coffee was horrible!
Hotel is near the main train station. If you are staying for just 1 night like me, it is ok.
Dont expect too much. The area is not so safe for lonely travelers.
Great location, clean and comfortable, highly recomended for short trips
Staff (Marco) was friendly and helpful, tells you where the good pizza (meid in Napols) is. the room (4 beds) was big, clean and, facing inner court, very quiet.
Elevator was small but can do the work. The entrance, shared with other hotels, was not inviting. Some water flush voices heard in walls but not too often or too late at night.
Location close to Roma termini, very clean and good host I was given a city map and tips upon arrival.
Wifi signal was not strong in rooms
Great location. 5 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini station. It is accessible by bus, train and subway. Two metro stations away from Trevi and also Colosseum. There are good restaurants and cafes around. One of the cafes in front of the hotel has free wi-fi.
Hotel is located on the third floor of a multi story building. THere is no receptionist at night. The rooms are not well-isolated so it is noisy in the morning. Rooms are very basic but clean. AC and Wİ-Fİ usage is charged extra.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent and big. The hotel was very close to Rome Termini Station.
