A luxury hotel for budget price (at least our booking was!) Spacious, modern rooms with best hotel breakfast on out entire trip. Free off- street open air parking. Location was well outside Bologna, so a car is essential. Gps had trouble finding it by street number.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, breakfast also very rich and fresh. Nice location, not far from center, very big parking - lot of places. There was no heating in the bathroom and it was a problem for us being with kids. It was quite cold.

Very helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent cleaning of the room. A bit noisy during day (hotel is in the path of the airport trafic), also from other room (in case your neigbours are spanish) and from the outside of the hotel - very "thin" walls and windows.

I was given a room with an extra bed, so my children were able to sleep in separate beds. My air conditioning unit was broken. I was charged 5 euros for the internet whereas it was marketed as being free.

Excellent breakfast, great staff and very big bathrooms. There was airconditioning in the room, but it wasn't working (or at least we didn't know how to use it). Rooms could have been more soundproof.

Perfect choice for Bologna. New rooms, high quality furnishing fast internet connection. Downside is smelly elevators and perhaps modest breakfast, but that should not spoil the overall impression. Great place with excellent staff at reception.

The hotel was easy to find and in walking distance to the Bologna market on Saturday. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast was good. I would chose this hotel also for business trips. Availability of some bottles of cold water in the room.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was average and the room for us four adults was very large so it was nice. While the bathroom was very large the shower was too small. Disappointing because there is plenty of room for a larger shower. The decor and the furniture (especially the mattresses could use some updating.

There was nothing that I liked in the hotel or about the hotel The hotel can't be in the clasification of 4 star hotel. The moment I saw it I was shocked, the only reason I went in was that I didn't know where I was going to find another hotel at that moment

Contrary to previous reviews - very friendly and attentive receptionists (perhaps I was lucky) and great breakfast (it seems they have improved it having read the comments from previous travellers). Convenient position for one night stay - near the highway and less than 10 minutes drive to the city center - we used this hotel to make a night´s break during our trip from Calabria to Vienna. Noisy water piping - our neigbors returned to their room at about 3 a.m. and their shower made it impossible to sleep even for my wife, who is otherwise able to fall asleep even in front of the loudspeakers at concert of the Cure .
