Staff friendly and always willing to help (not that they succeed but they seemed to try) Caution : Turist trap!. Never wrote this but quite horrible experience. You pay a 4 star hotel (close to 200eur and get the quality of a 2-star Plus Hotel. Bathroom smelly of humidity, Room not properly cleaned once over a 3-days stay, if coffee powder was finished no replace was given, expensive internet, very bad buffet breakfast,newspaper from previous day (only 5 copies left at 7h30). The hotel is clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is a real plus when the temperature soars above 30C which it does during the summer. This is a good hotel to consider as a place to spend the night comfortably while visiting Siena. Because this hotel is not very close to the city center, one does need a car. The coffee at the breakfast was the worst I have ever tasted. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. I had to turn it off to sleep. |
