Max Hotel Executive, now under new management, is set in the Scacciapensieri residential district of Siena, 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Its air-conditioned rooms feature LCD TVs and Wi-Fi. This hotel has a quiet location and offers free parking and excellent bus links into Siena's historic centre, 2 km away. Rooms at the Executive Max Hotel have a modern and elegant design. They feature a private bathroom, LCD TV with satellite channels and some even have a small balcony. Positivamente niente. L'hotel non conosce la differenza tra camere doppie e matrimoniali. Con un lenzuolo matrimoniale, a detta loro, riescono a trasformare due singoli in un lettone come se nulla fosse. Vedi sopra. Comunque la cortesia e l' ospitalità' non è il loro piatto forte

le calme de la périphérie d'une ville mais proche ( 10 minutes ) , assez design . le petit déjeuner plombe un peu la note , petits pains pas supers frais , patisseries moyennes , jus de fruit moyens , bref a envie de jouer dans la cour des grands mais pas classe !

colazione abbondante, struttura moderna aver aspettato tanto per fare il check in, dovuto forse per mancanza del personale; non hanno le cartine della città e quando le chiedi alla reception ti diranno che le hanno già terminate, (ma sembrava che ce l'avevano e le volevano solo dare a chi preferivano darle dal modo in cui ce lo hanno detto.)

Hotel collegato benissimo con la città, ottima colazione ed ampio parcheggio. La camera era troppo calda, il condizionatore per abbassare la temperatura non era molto funzionante e la doccia non è sicuramente da un 4 stelle.

Avevamo già soggiornato in questo hotel lo scorso hanno e dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo, dovendo ritornare a Siena ci siamo ritornati. Bellissime camere e ottimo ristorante.

Parcheggio in loco gratuito ; pulizia delle camere ; 1)Manca l'acqua dall 8.00 alle 9.30 del mattino per sovraccarico impianto;2)Una sera ho chiesto una cartina della zona,ma l'operatore della reception mi ha fatto attendere la registrazione/distrib.chiavi di un intero autobus di stranieri(23 minuti):doveva solo aprire un cassetto e allungare "la manina";3)Impianto idrico rumorosissimo, camere non insonorizzate minimamente;4)Personale che è entrato in camera prima delle 11,00(ora del check out) aprendo la camera senza bussare!!;5) Se vuoi essere rigido sulla gestione degli orari devi anche essere rigido nell'offrire servizi:non puoi "chiudere" la colazione alle10.00e non dare la possibilità ai clienti di lavarsi prima della colazione(mancanza acqua). Lo stesso vale per l'orario del check out.
