Staff, pulizia, ricambio biancheria e prodotti per il bagno, colazione In cucina il getto del lavabo era quasi inesistente. A fine aprile la sera non accendono più riscaldamento anche se c'è bisogno

Gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Sauberes Zimmer. Eigener Parkplatz, in der Nacht abgeschlossen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Tropfsteinhöhlen "Cave di Frassassi". Interessantes altes Stadtzentrum, hervorragende Beratung im Informationsbüro. Zimmer für längeren Aufenthalt ziemlich klein (für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend).

Discreto hotel, un po' datato; posizione alle porte del centro. Il parcheggio, con una decina di alloggiamento, era pieno e ci hanno consigliato un parcheggio pubblico distante circa 500 m(!!!); in generale l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento; la reception non è molto accogliente; il personale non particolarmente entusiasta; colazione appena sufficiente; la tv in camera avrà 10 pollici scarsi; forse 3 stelle sono troppe.

La cortesia del personale e la disponibilità a risolvere problemi logistici. L'ampiezza della camera tripla composta da due ambienti separati e spaziosi. Il comodo parcheggio privato gratuito. La vicinanza con il centro. La colazione è migliorabile

Ottimo hotel situato 10 minuti di passeggiata dalla stazione e dal centro storico di Fabriano. La sistemazione era in realtà un appartamento completamento arredato e funzionale. Eccellente il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Staff molto disponibile. Eravamo in quattro e abbiamo avuto una minisuite grande (50 mq) e abbastanza ben organizzata, con angolo cottura (che non abbiamo sfruttato). Colazione adeguata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima posizione rispetto al bellissimo centro storico di Fabriano.
