Good hotel and near of all facilities. Has morning breakfast included which was excellent. We even had a WiFi connection (just bring your own laptop or PDA) and it was fast. Staff was always at our disposal and they were friendly. |

I stayed with my friend for 3 nights in hotel Failer. The location is great, 10 min by foot from bus station and rail station Ve Santa Lucia. You can reach by foot grand canal. Room was clean, change towels, soap etc every day. I advise this hotel for everybody. Reception is always available, very nice receptionist, always ready to help. |

The hotel is very close to the bus station (only two bridges to cross with your luggage). Very small rooms. My room was on the ground floor with a window on to a small narrow street, so it was permenantly dark and had people passing by day and night. |

Good location. Free access to Internet. Clean room. The hotel advertises trip to Murano as included in the package. This trip was not available and should be taken off hotel site. |

Good location, not far from Ferrovia and city center. My room was on the ground floor, so it was a bit noisy. |

The fact it was besides the Grand Canal. It was a long walk from the station and the webside did not have a proper map that one could follow. I stayed the next night in a hotel near the station which was half the price. Also the breakfast was not at all what I expected- no Eggs :( |

Hotel Falier was surprisingly good for 2-stars. Other reviews of Venetian 2 star hotels were very disparaging, Falier scored 8/10 so we chose it. And a good choice, for location, facilities, the breakfast was very good as inclusion, the staff helpful and friendly, presentation excellent. Our room was very small and required air conditioning to keep it reasonably fresh. The bathroom exhaust fan did not appear to be working, but if it was it was ineffective. But, for 2 stars, what does one expect? |

Close to rail station, only 5 minute walk and close to everything else. On quite street with a great little cafe next door for espresso. Room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast was sufficient. Free WiFi was great. |

Nothing at all. Everything is wrong about this hotel. Suffocating. Very bad breakfast. You wouldn't want to stay a minute longer in the rooms. |

The staff was always available and very helpful. I was surprised with the amount of food available for the breakfast buffet. It was also nice to be able to have a cappuccino or cafe latte. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance from the bus station and the train station. It was also located near a square where many locals hang out. Since it's further from St. We couldn't use the phone in our room when using our calling cards. We had to make the calls from the front desk. The shower in the washroom was an inconvenience. The curtain didn't go all the way to the floor and so the whole bathroom floor was always really wet. We had to use the towels to clean it. |

Walking proximity to rail station (about 20 min, cleanliness, friendly/helpful staff. Proximity to major Venetian locales & events. Size of room a bit too small, even for sleeping only. (But this is my third stay at your hotel - will be back whenever possible!.) |

The hotel was in an excellent location, both for the bus station and the aeroport bus and for exploring the city. I think that the hotel should have a lounge and bar or a coffee making facility. |

The location is excellent. Easy to find and near the train station and parking as well as in walking distance to the major sites. The size of the beds is extremely small in width. We got a room with 2 twins, but be aware- especially if you are from the US- that these are not what we think of as twins. They were very narrow. They were comfortable and clean, just narrow. (But for the price in Venice, one should not complain). |

The location was ideal, convenient and quiet. Unfortunately the walls between bedrooms are very thin and one can hear much of what goes on next door. Sometimes the breakfast room is so full that you have to wait for a free table. |

The room was cozy, the stuff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Not expecting too much from a 2star hotel we received good service, comfort and all the facilities in the room. Strange, that the reviewers complain about the size of the bathroom - it's standard, with a a shower cabin (rather spacious!). Everything was excellent. May be just a little bit too far from San Marco square. |
