Typically Venetian interior with wonderful helpful staff. Room small but perfectly designed and furnished (one would expect smaller hotel rooms in such a place as Venice). Located in a quieter district of the city but very convenient for the train and bus station, great for leaving the hussle of San Marco behind. It has a small courtyard garden ideal for resting the legs before venturing out for the evening. Continental breakfast was perfect with a selection of coffees and tea. Very very clean and plenty of fresh towels and linen. We travelled light and was not disappointed as the hotel provided shower gel, shampoo, soap and hairdryers. Air con and Tv in the room too. Internet access also available to all guests. The interior is lovely and in keeping with our expectations of Venice, however its the staff that make this a truly welcoming place to visit.

Great location. Minutes walk from train and bus station. Quiet at night, but close to univerisity night life square. Rooms very small. Ask to see a few rooms before you accept the key We found out later that our double room was really a single room but were charged double room rate.

Venitian feel, ancient and cozy. The old man at the reception is very kind and warm. We ask for recommendation of restruant nearby, the man even walk us there! Restruant is really good! We ate typical spaghetti al nero di seppia (black ink spaghetti). Room is small

The hotel is located at a walking distance from the train station. The breakfast is good. The room was very small. The beds are smaller than a normal twin bed. The bathroom was so small that it was almost impossible to take a shower.

Good location, close to the bus station. We only had to cross two bridges with our suitcases. There were several restaurants close to the hotel. The staff was friendly. There was a computer in de lobby, which could be used by the hotel guests. We could also check in to our flight and print the boarding passes. Breakfast was ok, little choice but more than enough for a 2-star hotel. Small rooms. The room we had was one of the bigger ones and it was still small. Strange smell in the bathroom and a shower curtain that didn't look very clean.

Good, quiet location; clean rooms, good value for money. The room was small and breakfast is simple, but I expected that, and it was O.K.

Perfect location for exploring Venice. Located in one of the less expensive parts of the city for eating and drinking yet only 5 mins from the Pz de Roma and vaporetta stops. Friendly staff. Simple no pretensions place from which to explore during during the day and return to at night.

It has a very good location, it is not far from the train station and it is not situated in a crowded street. Because it was situated almost in the centre of Venice the different parts of the city were not very far to explore. The staff were nice and it was clean. The breakfast was allright. We were given a room on the first floor and our room had a window that faced a very narrow street, so we could not open the window and the room was quite dark, but there was an airconditioner.

The location was perfect. The staff very sympathic and helpfull. The breakfast was correct for Italy. The room was so little but more than this, the bathroom with the shower. A shower with no space; a little curtain in the corner at the same place of the toilett.

This hotel is readily accessible from the bus and rail stations and is in a relatively quiet neighborhood while offering easy access to the attractions in Venice. The rooms are small, though certainly liveable.

Within easy walking distance of train station. And easy to find. Important in Venice. Where you will get lost but never be without food or drink around it seems every corner. Room was extra clean. Touch small but ok for short stay. Decent breakfast in wonderful room and for us very pleasant lady looking after us.
