The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave us many directions and when I dropped my necklace down the plug hole they got it out for me! The hotel is really clean and v comfortable and quite at night time for a good nights sleep. |

Pleasant helpful staff, clean rooms, very quite area, breakfast good and plentiful, good choice, could not really fault the hotel. Definately would return in the near future. |

Helpful and welcoming staff, comfortable beds, good bathroom, well-appointed, pleasant lobby area. Good breakfast. Location between the central station and the Duomo area, just far enough from the seediness of the station area to be comfortable. Near 2 Metro stops, though we didn't use it.Nearby restaurants a tad cheaper than in centre. Location a 15-minute walk from Central Station and a forty-minute walk to the Duomo area. But Milan is not a compact easy-walking city....Only one thin pillow (no spares) and no spare blankets in room. Breakfast room ten minutes late opening - we were very pressed for time before out train. |

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was neat and clean although basic for a 4 star. Breakfast was included in the room price and had excellent variety. Staff at the front desk for very helpful. Hotel is located couple of blocks away from buenos aires avenue on a quiet street in a shaddy neighborhood. We didn't feel very safe walking late nite in the area and returned to the hotel by 9:00 pm on both nights. Free Wifi was available but connecitivity was very poor in the room. One had to use it in the lobby to get any signal. |

We booked the hotel through booking.com. we had cash to pay for our stay but the hotel had already taken the money from our credit card and would not refund it. now we took 401 euro back home to change into sterlings.dissapointed. |

Staff is very kindness. Price is good. Room is very clean but little bit small. Internet is free. There is wireless LAN. but this signal level is very low.I couldn't be internet in the room. I could be only in reception floor. |

Quiet street,close to M1 underground. Hotel nice and kleen. Friendly reception to help you all day and night. Very tasteful breakfast. Tight roomspace, bar doesn´t open before 6.00pm |

Small hotel with small rooms but very clean & comfortable. A good 20 minute walk to the duomo area but there is a metro station nearby. Great value for money wine bar around the corner from the hotel called Osteria del Lazzaretto does good food & wine. Very expensive to eat around the Doumo |
