Rooms were very small and claurophobic,bar very poorly stocled with no Whisky and breakfast extremely poor and overall disappointing. I would rate 3star definately not 4star. Rooms,breakfast,bar,understaffed |

This is the second time I have booked with this hotel. Each year a friend and I always go to Milan shopping and stop for one night. This hotel is in a perfect location near good restaurants and in a quiet area. It is a five minute walk to shopping and the metro. Perfect! Good Breakfast as well! Nothing - the staff are very friendly and helpful. |

The staff is great and very helpful. Never met in Milan such gentile personnel. The location is good, not far from center The rooms are small. For the breakfast some vegetables will be good |

I enjoyed the proximity to the Metro, the restaurants available in the area and the helpful staff. The breakfast was, for most people, very good. Sadly, I have some food allergies and cannot eat a great deal of what is offered. The towels are lovely and I appreciated having the tea/coffee tray option. I felt the air conditioner wasn't as efficient as it could be. I felt very warm on my third day at the hotel. Also, I found the duvet much too warm and would have preferred a top sheet. |

The room is clean and roomy. The reception staff were very helpful and speaks English. The breakfast is excellent. We had to take an early flight and the hotel packed our breakfast to go. The location of the hotel is also quite strategic. Just walking distance to the train and buses It would be good if the hotel provides tea and coffee maker in the room |

I liked the ambience and decor of the hotel. I thought the charm may have been lost by the size but it was not and that is what I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was a big plus. |

Nice and quite hotel. Close to centrum. Very good conection to all city acttractions, a few minutes walk to metro. We found the room very comfortable. A little bit small compare to bathroom, but comfortable. Clean. Pleasant and very helpful personnel. Suggestion: more vegetables on breakfast:-) |

They dooblebooked our room. So we paid for the superior room and we' ve get the simple one. The breakfast was really really poor. I am totally disapointed. The only good i can find is the service . To check always who is booking what , so that everybody get the room he is paying for. |

The hotel was very close to Corso Buenos Aires and to Porta Velence (metro station). Also, Duomo, Scala was easy to reach on foot. We liked the feeling of the hotel, as well. Only one thing, there were no vegetable for the breakfast. |
