We were there for a wedding, and asked the staff for help regarding a hair straightener, and they had one! :)
Location was perfect! Comfortable stay!!
There is no parking available on site. And finding parking in that area is an absolute nightmare. The hotel organizes for external parking @ 25/Day, but that ended up being a complete mess for me!
Nice location Reliable hotel, Good staff
This hotel is very clean, the wifi is good, the breakfast is lovely. The hotel staff are very nice (one who works in the reception and wears glasses is very handsome). The facilities are good and the cleaners are very thorough.
I'm not sure if I felt this way because I was a solo female traveller but the location was not great. It is ok in that it is easy to get to main points of interest but walking around the neighbourhood felt very unsafe. I was followed for around 20 minutes when I was walking through which was very scary, equally te take away at the end of te street felt very unsafe. If you are a couple or family travelling then this will probably be fine but if I had of known about the location, as a single female I would have avoided it. Very disappointing as the hotel itself is lovely.
Good breakfast, professional staff, close to train station, very clean, nice ambiance, free cookies! I wish I could have stayed longer.
polite and helpful staff, very close to corso buenos aires, great breakfasts, very clean rooms, very good wifi
paper thin walls
Location was excellent. The room was beautifully equipped and very roomy. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast was had an extensive range on offer and was delicious . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this as a must stay place.
Nothing it was perfect
-Fantastic Location -Clean
-A couple of members of staff were unhelpful, arrogant and generally poor -Poor breakfast (Food was not topped up)
It has everything that you would expect from a comfortable city hotel.
The view and ambiance of the street that our room looked at.
Clean room, complete facility inside the room, wifi is good, and staffs are friendly and helpful. Many restaurant nearby and cassa buenos aires just a walking distance.
The location is quite far from metro or centrale station. Bed is small. and tv was not working when we arrived and still not rking the following day. Only working at the last day.
It is far and zig zag route from station to the hotel. Distance mentioned on Internet is not correct. The staff is not polite. Since it is very busy city so they might guests that is the reason they don't care the guests. Price paid was too high compare to facilities.
Location is great for access to restaurant the locals eat at.
The milk in the espresso maker at breakfast had curdled, and we actually had to bring it to the attention of the staff. They fixed the problem but the coffees were so substandard it was as if we were at a Best Western in the US.
Lovely decorated and not a speck of dust anywhere. Staff helpful to connect to internet for a novice. Breakfast had many choices with many different choices of coffee.
Every was perfect
one of the front disk employee was- very very rude. we booked smoking rooms but were - given non smoking with no excuse. the hotel is good and it is a big waste not to choose good front office staff.
Location, our room size (we got upgraded), cleanliness
Decor a bit dated, breakfast was ok
Breakfast Communication with staffs
We used the train everyday for day trips and the location was convenient. Main streets also nearby. Front desk staff were friendly
Wifi was terribly slow and unreliable. Rooms have different layouts--ours had a very narrow bathroom and very small shower. The other three rooms our friends had were fine. Hotel is close to seedy area if you walk the wrong way
A certain staff member gave me attitude or had a random dislike for me. Completely unprofessional.
The staff at check in were lovely and it was nice to find my bags in my room after very long day.
A good strong Wifi connection is imperative to me for my business travel. It was pretty poor. When I mentioned it the 1st time I was told that other guests were using it. The second time at 1am they took a note of my room No. but there was no change.
Hotel Felice Casati was very well located and has been very nicely done up. There were good restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very nice and helpful and we would certainly stay there again.
Very professional, clean, excellent WiFi, allows to work flawless, not only with emails, but skype video calls. Walking distance from the Central station.
Breakfast buffet not at 4 star level. Good quality but little choice.
Extremely friendly and happy staff. Courtesy pastries and biscuits always available in reception. Very good standard of breakfast included.
Comfortable rooms, good Wi-Fi connection, great breakfast spread. Loved that there's a tray of tea, coffee and milk next to the lifts for guests to help themselves, as well as jars of biscuits and pastries.
Just a minor quibble that although there were 2 of us in the room, we only ever received 1 packet of coffee in the room - the other is always decaf.
The location, staff, WI-FI, brakefast, cleaniness, etc
size of the rooms, and lack of lunch and dinner in the restuarant.
Brilliant location, cosy modern hotel with great service
