Located right next to Lima Metro Station, Hotel Galles is on Corso Buenos Aires, Milan's busiest shopping street. Its rooftop restaurant La Terrazza offers a memorable setting for a meal.
Score from 2327 reviews Very good
Just 320 yards from Lima Metro Station and a few steps from the popular shops of Milan's Corso Buenos Aires, the Starhotels Ritz is also a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Train Station.

Score from 2535 reviews Excellent
The hotel is not far from the main railway station and also from metro stations. The quality more or less responds to the price and formal standard.
Seems that room walls are bit too thin, noise from other rooms and corridor may disturb you.
smell and location a bit dangerous, our car was broken into on the street next to police station!
attitude from employees, location, breakfast, wifi, snack/coffee/tea possibilities.
wall behind bed separates our bedroom and neighbour bathroom and too thin, can hear all sound from that bathroom. this is only negative. all remaining is very very positive.
Great place! We were delighted about the hotel, all services, the quiet room and cozy atmosphere, good breakfast with excellent coffee + quiche with spinach and different vegetables and very good cookies. Also 3 of 4 Receptionists were perfect. Except one Male Receptionist who had twice a rough attitude at 2 different days.
For the breakfast I would have appreciated to get some fish proposed, at least the second day after I told the waitress the first day that I am not a meat consumer. The waitress gave me a melt cheese with salmon. Her attitude was helpful and very gentle. Scrambled eggs were available but not well prepared (sorry). One Male Receptionist (of 4 we met) had a rough attitude with us and other clients every time we met him at 2 different days: no smile in his voice or attitude or spirit and unfriendly. I don’t give here his first name.
Good breakfast and very clean rooms.
Not very kind staff in the reception. Very hot rooms.
Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and adequate for the visit. The sweet treats available to guests throughout the day were delicious.
There was no restaurant. There is a bar with limited choice of food and it is possible to order room service. However it should be made more clear that the bar is not open on a Sunday!
Very friendly and helpful staff. free coffee and biscuits in lounge. Very clean. Close to restaurants and transport
Room on the small side and bed very firm
The location and the staff are wonderful. Good breakfast.
Small rooms and uncomfortable beds
Breakfast was nice!
The room was a bit small...
Hotel was very comfortable, nice clean room. Shower was quite small, but otherwise good size room for few days stay. Staff was helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast and tasty pastry offered during the day in lobby. Very close to shopping street corso Buenos Aires and good connection to center by Tram (#1) or metro.
Just bit strange "rules" of cleaning service. The room was for 2 but there was just one coffee etc. prepared. The same was done after cleaning. Also the soap was changed during the cleaning, but no new shampoo was added.
Ideal location for return to the airport, Reception staff very helpful.
Good breakfast, nice staff
No parking, still using doorkeys not cards, doors and furniture kind of old and used. We could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms even the 6 o'clock shower of our neighbour
welcome table with fruits, cakes, tea, etc. available 24h what is good when you are returning from meetings and do not know either wish to have a dinner or no - could choose this option;
They have to know more for transportation in Milan, ~ taxi fares from point to point or public transport fees. On real have paid 3x more as stuff informed me. Tried to use combined transportation after their suggestion -> metro, then taxi to town near Milan, but information was wrong, because at the metro station could not find taxi's at all and you need to do service and pay for taxi double fee..
Nice in general
Poor soundproof. No fresh fruit juice for breakfast.
The hotel is in a very good position. Close to Central Station and easy to get to the city centre.
I didn't like the fact that I have been there 2 times and internet was not working. I approached the staff and they said that it was my problem because I use a Mac. I just thought they should travel in time and come back to 2015. For the rest is a good hotel.
Nice staff and stable wifi. The breakfast is great with different choices of food, specially they offer breakfast until 11am on Sunday, you can sleep longer after Saturday night.
Small room with bad soundproofing, I can hear people moving chair or use toilet on the upper floor. Some dusts at the corners on floor.
everything it was just perfect. excellent staff, excellent room, excellent service. I do recommend this Hotel indeed.
a little bit far from the center but otherwise a nice hotel
The staff were friendly and helpful; the housekeeping was excellent and it was warm and inviting to come back to. Relatively short walk to the metro and nice restaurants close by.
The free wi-fi took a bit of getting into and was slow a lot of the time. Even the two stations at reception were hard to use and to print from. However, the reception staff did my printing for me so this wasn't a big deal.
The breakfast has a good varity.
The hotel is in a small street. It feels a little scary during the night.
comfortable bed good service decent breakfast
suboptimal sound insulation -- was woken up several times by other guests
I often stay in the Best Western hotels in Italy and the quality differs from hotel to hotel. My experience in Hotel Felice Casati (Milan) was extremely disappointing. The room was very small with the entrance door right next to the bed. The walls were thin and I felt like I am sleeping in a lobby with all the noise. There was no bathtub and the shower was tiny. Hotel staff seemed arrogant and inattentive. When I asked for the room with the bathtub if possible, the receptionist said there were none left and reprimanded me for not mentioning I need it in the special comments section during the booking. I got a bargain price on this hotel, but had I known the conditions in advance, I would not have never chosen it.
Location,design,very good breakfast,kind staff,recomended for sure
10 minute walk to Central station Great location for other metro lines Very comfortable Great breakfast - catered for Gluten Free
