Terribly small rooms!

Hotel was totally excellent. Service also. When I ordered a beer in lobbybar, then a desent waiter was polite and quick and he came with a big bowel of potatochips. That was a nice surprice also for the three kids and wife when they came down at the same moment from the rooms. Hotel interior was prima and comfortable, nothing bad to say .Rooms were clear during those 4 days we stayed. One thing I missed, was the TV. I couldn´t manage to find BBC or CNN World news Channels. Only Italian speeking channels. But CNN was open at the receptionlobby, and internet acsess in the lobby helped to follow world news. Nice Hotel, I recommed really that!

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I really liked the hardwood floors, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was very good and the variety of food was wide enough to satisfy anyone.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel and I had to stop and ask several times. I had a single room which was a bit small and could be awkward to navigate, however I was there for one night and it served its purpose.

The room was very beautiful ans cosy. It had two french balconies. The bathroom was big and well equipped.

An obsolete system of heating/conditioning, pillows are resilient, rather than comfortable.

good location. can be reached in 10 minutes from Centrale. Very warm welcome, although the reception couldn't find the reservation. Luckily still got a room. Breakfast really OK, if compared to a "normal" italian breakfast :)

This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of shopping districts, La Scala, Duomo. The reception staff were most helpful. They recommended restaurants which were excellent. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
