The rooms in the hotel were dirty and smelly. It was the worst I have ever seen. I booked my stay over the internet, without seeing the place and when I wanted to leave once I saw the horrible condition of the hotel, they said I am free to leave, however they will charge me anyway. I think someone should check on the that hotel for cleanness purpose, it is bad! It is more like run down road side motel, once you pass the reception area (which is not bad) and proceed towards the hallways and the rooms.

I like the scenery when open the windows of our room of Hotel Fenice Palace and the room size is enough, the location is quite convenience! The hot water to take a bath of my first night in the hotel is damage, the second night have repaired but the hot water is not enough, that's not good!

Hotel Fenice is in an excellent location in Florence. The staff was very helpfull and the room was spacious and comfortable. Not that I didn't like it, but a renovation could be done in the bathroom, mostly. Oh and not related to the hotel, but really feel like saying it: avoid restaurant Grillo in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella.... Worst food we were served in a long time...

Su ubicación.Esta muy centrico El cuarto de baño muy pequeño.La taza del Water estaba pegada a un lado y con respecto a la pared de enfrente no caben las piernas.Tenias que entrar dando un salto o sentarse de lado.Patetico. Una habitación descomunal con un cuarto de aseo raquitico

La ubicacion es muy buena. El aire acondicionado goteaba y mojaba la alfombra.Para abrir una bebida o cerveza habia que bajar al reception desk, pues la pieza no contaba con abridor de botellas.

αισχοσ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -χρηση internet με προπληρωμη. επιεικως απαραδεκτο.ακομη και το κοινοχρηστο internet ειχε χρεωση για ενα e-check in που ηθελα να κανω 6€/ωρα!!!!!! οι διαδρομοι του ξενοδοχειου βρωμουσαν υγρασια. το κτιριο ασυντηρητο με ρωγμες στους τοιχους. γενικα κακη επιλογη. επεπε στο site σας να υπηρχε περισσοτερη πληροφορια

Frühstück war umfangreich. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Garage ist etwas teuer aber das Servic ist sehr gut.Auto wird vor dem Hotel abgeholt und wird bei Bedarf zugestellt. Die Teppichböden in den Zimmer sind sehr alt !!

L'hotel nel suo complesso, considerato il costo della camera, è del tutto sconcertante. Le camere sono vecchie, con moquet a terra consumata e puzzolente. I bagni sono vecchi e mal ridotti. Non si sa queste quattro stelle dove si reggano. Probabilmente solo sull'insegna. Ciliegina finale del soggiorno: € 30,00 per aver parcheggiato l'auto in garage dalle H.00.30 alle 09.00.

ドゥオモから５０ｍ、リッカルディ宮の斜め前に位置するホテルなので、ドゥオモを始めとするフィレンツェの- 目玉的な観光スポットを巡るにはロケーション抜群のホテルです。ホテルの全体的な印象はシンプルでクラシッ- クな感じ。ツイン１室の予約でしたが、１２時頃の到着で部屋に入る事ができました。賑やかなエリアなので、- 夜や朝も結構音はします。

Il ne faut pas un 4 étoiles, les chambres pas très propres, le petit déjeuner très moyen, et la pièce du petit déjeuner n'a pas de fenêtre c'est une cave aménagée. Le lit très dur. Très déçu.

Hôtel très bien situé, accessible en voiture et situé à proximité immédiate du centre ville. Chambres spacieuses mais quelque peu vétustes. Matelas dur. Rue bruyante. Petit déjeuner perfectible.
