Wonderfully close to the Duomo and therefore great for sightseeing. Staff were helpful. Needed an iron, wasn't allowed one in the room (!). Had to go up to the staff quarters, very unpleasant room with a filthy floor (not great for ironing a white dress shirt). Irons in rooms are standard at so many hotels, this place needs to catch up!! Different rates for wi fi than those quoted on website - annoying as was reason I chose this hotel over another. |

Good location; easy access to Duomo area Cecilia at the front desk was extremely helpful. Good breakfast Description of the hotel was misleading. If the facility was renovated, it must have been many years ago. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Hotel is on a busy street with buses going round the clock. Rooms were very hot; no a/c and street noise prevented opening windows. Even with windows closed, 24-hr noise affected sleep. |

very central, hotel clean, comfortable and staff very friendly and approachable only fault was there was not a shower curtain, however we did not mention to the staff and did not spoil the stay. There was a lot of outside noise but this is expected being in the centre of Florence |

Nice location, just next to the Dome and all the sight-seeings Internet development, renovation of the rooms, inprove the electricity system (in my room it was impossible to have lights in the bathroom, room and to use a hairdryer), introduce ironing service or ironing facilities |

Centre location I am totally unsatisfied with this "4 stars" hotel. I think it can not be qualified as 4 star. Rooms are small and noisy, dated interior, mirrow covered with mould. It was not a pleasent stay at all. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, stone throw away from the Duomo The hotel is classed as a 4* but the bedrooms and bathrooms are very dated and could do with being refurbished. |

Il est idéalement placé pour toutes les visites.En réservant très tôt j'ai bénéficié d'un prix très intéressant mais le prix affiché derrière la porte est excessif et ne correspond pas aux prestations que l'on peut attendre avec ce prix.Mais moi j'ai eu un très bon tarif et j'en suis ravie Ma chambre malgré le double vitrage était très bruyante mais on ne peut pas être en centre-ville et avoir le silence de la campagne!! On ne peut pas tout avoir et je m'en suis accommodée,sachant qu'en sortant on était de suite au dôme. |

La centralità è il principale vantaggio di questa struttura alberghiera, personale gentile e disponibile Le camere sono "vecchie", moquette nei pavimenti, vasca da bagno e vecchie piastrelle, intonaci "rotti" e dettagli poco curati per un hotel a 4 stelle in quella fantastica posizione. |
