Close to train station
Group of school kids in hotel at same time. Ran around all night in hallways yelling and very noisy. Staff ineffective at quieting them.
There were bed bugs in every room, the shower was temperamental and the air-conditioner leaked. Staff were unhelpful and I didn't not sleep at all! Stay away!
Location, very near to Termini Station Breakfast, rich Sound isolated from the street noise
Staff mot very welcoming except for 1. Clealiness, the hotel always smelled like alcohol
If you need a one night stay near Termini this place is easy to find, convenient and perfectly acceptable. I would not use it for a weeks stay. Breakfast good.
Older room with a brand new bathroom. Acceptable but... Elevator too small.
All rooms had air con and we're cleaned every day. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk to all the tourist locations, a bit longer for the Vatican. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast that is included was nice enough for value.
Despite rooms being cleaned (bed sheets, bathroom ect.) the actual building wasn't in great shape. Ripped wallpaper, holes in walls, very dated feel. Had to move rooms halfway through trip due to broken aircon.
-The location is great, a short walk from Termini station and very close to shops and restaurants. -The cake at the free buffet breakfast was nice, as was having a mini fridge in the room. -The friendliness (specifically and only) of the cleaning and kitchen staff.
-The (extensive) mould inside the mini fridge; patches of mould on the wall in our room; and (on 2 occassions) even on the bread at the buffet breakfast. General health & safety standards were awful. I would advise the eldery and families with young children not to stay here.- I almost fell over on the stairs a few times, due to peeling laminate on the edges, and I'm a fit & healthy 27 year old. Bedroom windows (that appear to be re-used balcony doors) would be an extreme falling hazard for children. -The men that work behind the concierge desk were extremely offensive, hostile and incompetant, displaying social attitudes from the 1950s (e.g. open dissaproval of female guests paying bills, mimicking and mocking the accents of Asian travellers). For these reasons, as a matter of principle, I would also advise anyone with 21st century views/social attitudes (i.e. women's equality, racial equality, etc) to avoid staying here.
friendly, helpful and good staff good breakfast
shower - either hot or cold the headboard of the bed was broken and kept making noises the hotel corridor smelled of cigarettes!
the Hotel Fiamma is very city and the staff is helpful. Near the Termini it is perfect!
Decent location, close to the main train station, easy to find. Breakfast quite a wide variety, but ended early at 10am.
Slow wifi. The wait for the life could be very long. Inflexible check-in timing. Very little power point sockets in the room.
Poor wifi and hard mattress
The breakfast was excellent. The location was very near to the central station.
Bad parking possibility, car broken during night.
wifi is slow, breakfast can be better
Nice staff. Breakfast ok Close to termini gare
The place is infested with bed bugs and also my boyfriend killed a rather big bug in the dinning room! We managed to take them home to Brussels so I would avoid the hotel until they have a serious visit from the pest control. The staff was nice and tried to give us a different room, but it was to late, the bedbugs were already in our stuff. Very sad about this experience. I travel a lot and this is the worst hotel I've been in so far. They had other problems as well, but no one seems to care. I thought I was doing a good thing paying extra for a better hotel, but it turned out really bad!!
the room was small but pleasantly furnished. excellent central location.
streets a bit noisy at night.
Near the train station. Value for money.
The lobby person is not welcoming, he is snob, not helpful. The hot water was out on our 2nd day. The wifi was out also during the 2nd night. The staff during breakfast were on a panic mode. There were only 2 and many people were eating.
The Location at a rather elegant street very near Termini station fairly away from the chaos. Wifi is free even though it had a week signal at my 4th floor room.
The TV set looks that it came from the stone age. Weak wifi on the fourth floor. A more smiling staff would not hurt
Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfort. Excellent place if you stay in Rome for few days, everything you need you have in this hotel and very close to Termini station.
Location of this hotel is a few hundred meters from the main center of the city. Breakfast was variable but it isn't traditional continental breakfast. Espresso is flavourfull, savory and tasty and they serve it included in breakfast.
the arconditioning in our rooms were no efficient and very old solution. Walls on an angle at the high level rooms cause that room aren't comfortable. The speed connection of the Internet isn't too fast.
Very close to Roma Termini, free breakfast a plus,
While staff were polite, they didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome or ask if you had any questions. Very transactional sort of experience. Though it may have been the language barrier.
Nice location, nice enough staff
The rooms could use extra care at cleaning (bathroom ventilation was fulll with dust). On the other hand the bath was really clean
After we left this hotel (we stayed only for 1 day) we both found out that we lost money in this hotel, probably in our room. We sent an e-mail to the hotel and after 4 days we still didn't receive a reply. So we sent an other one. Finally we receive a reply, only with the sentence 'we didn't find anything'.
the staffs are really friendly
bed bugs! I stayed in room 202 and in the comforter cover of the bed I saw a bed bug. During my sleep, I was awoken by several bites.
The place was excellent, the room really clean and comfortable, as a tourist I stayed few hours in the room. The bathroom was excellent, luxurious for such a small room. The breakfast also really good. The staff helped me in everything they print for me also something i send them in the hotels mail. I recommend for sure Fiamma. 150 meters away from Termini !!
A bit noise from another room the first night. Somebody enjoyed a lot :)
