The hotel is in a beautiful location with views over Florence. The rooms and of good quality. There is a frequent bus service to the heart of Florence. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended. |

The warm welcome of the staff and the information supplied about the hotel itself, the city near by, how to get to Firenze, and other stuff. The hotel restaurant was closed but the staff really helped indicating good restaurants near by. |

Wonderful views of Florence. Out of the city but an easy bus ride away (bus stops right outside the hotel). Our premium rate room was very good. It was handy to have a restaurant although we ate there on only a couple of nights. |

Nice, clean and spacious room. The ariconditioning was not very strong, especially when the day was very hot. It was also very noisy and it sounded like an old airconditioner. |

The hotel itself is a nice building with pleasent staff, except for the head waiter in the evening. The desk staff and breakfast staff are excellent. It was not mentioned that our room was right next to the busy road. It was not mentioned that the swimming pool would be empty for the whole of our stay. We were told on the Friday that it would be open for our last day - the Monday, but it was still empty when we left. When the breakfast time gets busy the service falls apart - buffet food runs out, late coffee service etc. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch.Zur Besichtigung von Florenz Bussverbindung jede viertel Stunde mit Abfahrt vor dem Hotel.Sehr gute Lage wenn man in die Chiantigegend fahren will, ebenso nach Siena. Im Standartzimmer keine Klimaanlage |

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence (bus au pied de l'hôtel avec horaires très larges vous déposant plein centre).Tout est proche du parfait: accueil charmant, personnels de l'hôtel disponibles,chambres confortables, prestations de qualité..... accueil agréable dans un établissement très bien situé: belle vue sur Florence, environnement plaisant, personnel prévenant, excellente qualité des petits déjeuners, facilité des déplacements par bus vers Florence. Chambre agréable. Sanitaires corrects. La chambre attendue (luxe avec plafonds peints) lors de la réservation sur Booking n'a pas été celle qui nous a été attribuée. La chambre était confortable mais pas du niveau attendu. |

molto gradevole, permette di raggiungere Firenze in pochi minuti con Bus pubblico e di poter in seguito godere della piacevole posizione soleggiata tra molto verde per relax. La cucina è buona ma con poca scelta di pietanze. |

Het zicht over de stad is adembeneemend in de avond Booking vermelde amerikaans ontbijt maar dit was er niet er was slechts een zeer pover basis ontbijt onze kamer kwam net uit de middel eeuwen en was zeeeer verouderd daarna hebben we een andere kamer gevraagt kwestie van er toch nog iets leuks van te maken maar voor een mooie kamer zoals op de foto's moet je al de junior suite boeken en heb dus mogen iopleggen tot 170 euro om daarna slecht te... |
