The room was very large, cool and well appointed with beautiful painted ceiling. The views from the public terraces were superb. Charming and friendly staff and excellent breakfast. There are a lot of steps from car park to lobby and up and down to rooms. |

Good room on ground floor with small terrace. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant views over Florence. A short drive to the city. Free parking. Great location for a visit to Florence. In hot summers, Fiesole is cooler as it is high above the city. Whilst the breakfast was very good, the breakfast room is rather cramped. The swimmingpool is very small compared to the pictures shown on the website. Despite mentioning in the description, there was no internet available in the room (there is a laptop available in the reception area). The room is small and the bathroom shows some wear and tear. |

The hotel is in a beautiful location with views over Florence. The rooms and of good quality. There is a frequent bus service to the heart of Florence. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended. |

Excellent breakfasts, very helpful and friendly staff. Interesting dinner menu. Convenient for bus. Poor water pressure on shower. A little further from Fiesole centre than we expected |

The warm welcome of the staff and the information supplied about the hotel itself, the city near by, how to get to Firenze, and other stuff. The hotel restaurant was closed but the staff really helped indicating good restaurants near by. |

Wonderful views of Florence. Out of the city but an easy bus ride away (bus stops right outside the hotel). Our premium rate room was very good. It was handy to have a restaurant although we ate there on only a couple of nights. |

hotel ligging perfect, dicht bij florece, goede verbinding met openbaar vevoer. badkamer werd nooit gepoetst, wel ieder dag verse handdoeken en in de slaapkamer nooit gestofzuigd- vloerbekleding, wij waren daar vier nachten ,donkere kamer, drie volwassen kamer, niet veel variatie op de menukaart |

Vriendelijk hulpvaardig personeel. Vrij parkeren op met camera's bewaakt terrein. Mooi terras met uitzicht over Florence. Lobby met internet gebruik. Frequente busverbinding naar Florence. Mooie kamer, met eigen terrasje. Gezellig tafelen 's avonds op het terras. Advies niet op bus te stappen als die erg vol is, in verband met berovingen! Vervuilde deuren op de kamer en door knoeien van voorgaande gasten bevlekte stoelen en vloerbedekking, zag er wat viezig uit. |

Gute Klimaanlage , gute Betten , sehr sauber Zimmer nicht neu renoviert(altes Bad), Schwimmbad hatte leider die Größe einer Badewanne. Höchstens 6 Leute konnten daran liegen , schwimmen war nicht möglich. Das Bild aus dem Netz spiegelt falsche Tatsachen vor !!!! |

L'accueil est excellent, ainsi que les prestations et la taille de la chambre. Un menu découverte à 30 euros de qualité. Bien que situé à 8 km de Florence, la navette de bus est au pied de l'hôtel et permet d'arriver en 20 mn devant le Duomo pour 1,50 euro le ticket. |

une belle vue sur florence, une petite pisicine qui permet tout de même de se rafraichir quand il fait très chaud ou après une visite de la ville... Le personnel n'est pas des plus accueillants et le diner que nous avons pris sur place n'était pas à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement (lapin réchauffé) |

De service en vriendelijkheid van het personeel was uitstekend. Spontaan aanbod van mogelijkheden om Firenze te bezoeken .Een juiste mix tussen betrokkenheid en afstandelijkheid met de gasten. Het uitzicht vanop het terras is prachtig. |

Die schöne Aussicht auf Florenz.Die Busverbindung nach Florenz alle 20 Minute ist super. Das Badezimmer ist bestenfalls 3 Sterne Standart.Der Pool ist viel zu klein. |

Fantastiskt läge med en underbar utsikt över Florens. Bekvämt rym. Bra (men relativt dyr) restaurang på hotellet. Vägen upp till Fiesole centrum var osäker eftersom det saknades trottoarer större delen av vägen. 8Ca. 1 km). |
