The hotel was clean and comfortable, perfect room service.. Perfect location, right in front of a bus station, with many buses to take!! There was also free wi fi internet in the lobby if you had your laptop or mobile. The was some noise from the street right in front of the hotel.. Maybe the windows could be changed with new ones because there was no insulation.

The location was great right behind Trajan's Market. Room was clean, we enjoyed the breakfast. Also enjoyed that the bed was a single queen or full bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. The room was small by American hotel standards with just a small shower, (this is mostly why I didn't rate it 'excellent') but very typical to other rooms we stayed in on a 2 week Italian vacation. You may need to ask for the a/c remote if you want to use that, they didn't give that to us until the 2nd day.

Location is great, everything is within easy walking distance. Room was quite good, although the street noice came quite well through into the room as it was in the first floor. The staff was friendly and helpful most of the time and arrangements made for airport transportation were taken care of. The shower was really small and the placement of the metal basket to hold shampoo and soap was really weird. When taking a shower I had to watch out for banging my head in it all the time and not always with success.

The location. Hotel ideally situated. From here we were in walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in the city. Even within walking distance of the the Republice and Termini stations as well as the Vatican. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best on our trip and

Location and price were great. Process to enter the hotel and get to room was cumbersome. Needed to be let in to hotel, then go to floor with lobby to pick up key which was different than floor with room, then get to room.

Some staff members were pleasant and helpful ith directions etc. Terrible value for money. Room rate was outrageous. Couldn't open a window in the room without being subject to constant noise from a busy main road below.

Location - very central however some help with the street numbers would help or closest cross road. Hotel staff were very unhelpful! Poor skills and would not help us find addresses. Did not even draw our attention to the free map which would have helped a lot.

The location! It's situated in the center of all the monuments and must see places and all are within walking distance! It's a clean hotel and the personnel is very helpful! I read some reviews about the manager that is rude and unfriendly... but I didn't see that! Everyone was kind and helpful! I didn't like the breakfast! It was poor and not so tasteful!

The windows do not prevent noise from the street and there is a bus stop just at the hotel's door. In room 23 the walls do not prevent the noise from other rooms as well.

Местоположение отличное. Большой номер (брал двухкомнатный). У номеров, выходящих на Виа Национале, красивый вид из окна. Неплохой персонал отеля. Спасибо им за рекомендованный ресторан "Due Colonne" на Виа Деи Серпенти. Для Рима очень неплохой. Завтрак поразил своим аскетизмом, хотя, впрочем, в Италии хороший завтрак большая редкость.

La situation géographique .Pas de bruit. L'accueil (la personne à la réception le matin ).Chambre très petite , donnant sur une cour sombre ( mais calme) .35° la semaine dernière à Rome et climatisation poussive = trop chaud la nuit dans la chambre .Petit déjeuner correct .

O grande ponto positivo do hotel é a sua localização. Pode-se considerar também como boa a limpeza do apartamento. Apartamento muito pequeno, chuveiro com pouca água, Internet lenta e às vezes não funciona e breakfast muito pobre.
