Location is great, the room clean, and the staff friendly.
The afternoon staff.
Dark room, and the shower.
Good location, close to Colloseum, large room on first floor with a view, bus at door, easy walk to restaurants and shops.
Traffic noise, no tea making facilities, having to go up to the third floor to hand in key every time we went out.
Location was fantastic. Close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to most major attractions such as roman forum and Colosseum. Close to metro line (access to Vatican). Breakfast was more than suffcient. Room was big and cleaned daily.
Few bars in locality. Only wifi at reception. One or the receptionists was very abrupt, bordering rude. The other 4 and kitchen staff were very pleasant.
The man at the reception on the night shift was not friendly at all and was bothered that we asked directions and wich buses should we take to go there
clean and tidy, helpful and polite staff, near city center
not satisfying wi-fi in the room
Location!! It was basic but clean and comfortable.
I had requested via booking.com a gluten free breakfast option. The hotel doesn't provide this. I received no reply to say that this wasn't possible and they didn't provide me with an option when I was there. I felt that I should have been informed of this so I could have brought additional gluten free with me. Also I would have liked better wifi connection.
Helpful staff. Superb location. Quiet rooms.
Everything was good
- If you are wondering where the smallest bathroom of all Italy is, this hotel is the place you need to go - Only positive thing is the location of this hotel
- Ultra small shower. I am 174 and slim but even for me it was too small... - Awful breakfast. Just croissants. And you can't pick what you want. They choose it for you - Staff is not that helpful at all. I need to do a check out at 6 in the morning and breakfast starts at 7. I asked if possible to arrange something but answer was NO. Although their breakfast is just a croissant, it looks like that it is impossible to give one at 6. - WiFi signal is very poor in first floor. - Rooms are very noisy if you open the window as hotel located next to a busy street where ambulances are also passing tens of times during the day. - In order to get air-conditioner you need to go to reception desk and ask for remote controller. No idea why it is so hard to keep it in the room. So if you notice it is not there during midnight, then you need to put some clothes on and go to 3rd floor where reception is. - There is no safe in the room
The location is great - minutes walking from Piazza Venezia and on a great shopping street. Tasty (not so healthy) breakfast.
The hotel charged the credit card incl city tax and claimed that the city tax was not paid (showing "our" booking there was written "excluding"... luckily I had my own booking and credit card view that showed that we paid... Babycot was booked but came only the second night :/
Everything was great, I highly recommend.
The coffee was terrible.
Our family of four enjoyed the Hotel Fiori. It was very convenient to Piazza Venezia, the Forum, and the Pantheon. The bus stop outside the front door made it easy to get to the Vatican. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleeping at night. It was key to keep the windows shut and the air conditioner on to keep the street noise out. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
With the windows open, the busy street outside was noisy and made it difficult to sleep.
Great location, most of historical sites are 10 min walk. Hotel is small, but very nice. Delicious breakfast, coffee is very good , Capuccino or espresso, croissants, bread with butter and all kind of jams, honey, orange juice and nutella. They changed everyday sheets. It is a nice, CLEAN, budget hotel in a very convenient place to see almost everything.
- The bathhroom was very small. - Our room had a window to the street so you could hear the traffic.
location, room size
Budget accommodation value for money, central to all attractions, walking distance!
Friendly straff, good breakfast, in walking distanse to several catedrals and sights , you can easy take the bus to other places in Rome right in front of the hotel.
The hotel was at a main street - and there was a bit noice from the traffic. The comfort of the bed was not quite good, but the staff tried their best to help by giving me a blanket that made it a bit better.
loud. poor service.
Location; Clean facilities; Friendly staff; Comfortable bed & room; Nice complimentary breakfast; Good value for the money.
hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.
The location is excellent -near to every interest place in Rome
The location was excellent. very close to the coliseum and Capotiline Hill Museums. Walking distance to everything else (except maybe the vatican).
The hotel was very noisy as it is on a main road (with buses). The hotel is actually one floor of a building and the room was 3 meters away form the reception... earplugs are mandatory! To add to that, the double bed was actually two single beds put together and it was very very uncomfortable. After a good 8 hours walking in Rome, you are usually looking forward to rest in a comfortable bed... don't expect this! Overall it wasn't a nigtmare but I wouldn't go back there if I stay in Rome again.
I liked that the accomadations were nice and the staff was great..the price was affordable.
the location was great, quite near from Coliseum and several attractions. walking distance. the room was exactly as it is shown in the pictures.
the staff was kind but I would like we´ve had received more help regarding turistic places,or orientation.
The hotel is very well situated
The wifi connection was bad or not existing.
Perfect location - nice room
