Very noisy at night - main road location.
April 11, 2015
Breakfast was of poor quality, meager selection, unsatisfying. Hotel staff all quite cool; not overly welcoming or helpful. Reception on 3rd fl; with room on 1st floor made for bazaar up and down elevator trips; noise both from the street and hotel interior bothersome; recommend keep looking despite low cost and central location.
Excellent central location

looking a bit tired and dated in places
great location for visiting main sites

There is no wi-fi in the rooms. The breakfast has very limited offerings and always same.So if you're staying more than 3 days it is getting really boring.
The location of the hotel is very central. Close to Roma Fori, Colosseum and other major attractions. Easy to reach from central train station (Termini).

The neighboring room banging on our wall at 9:30 PM
Excellent location and price. Staff was friendly. For Italy, the breakfast was slightly better than average.

Very noisy, our windows were facing via Nazionale, we have heard every single car passing by, and there were lots of them. Electrical panel board in the room was buzzing. If you are noise sensitive, it can be hard to sleep. One receptionists (old guy) wasn't friendly and responsive. We tried to change the room but they said place is fully booked. Sometimes there is a line for breakfast, so you have to wait for 5-10 min to be seated. Bottom line, it's not the worst place to stay, but I will not stay there again.
3 min walk to Forum and very close to many sights. Internet worked good.

I didn't like the noise in the room, because we took the one close to the reception.

Dark room, and the shower.
The afternoon staff.
October 19, 2014
Traffic noise, no tea making facilities, having to go up to the third floor to hand in key every time we went out.
Good location, close to Colloseum, large room on first floor with a view, bus at door, easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Few bars in locality. Only wifi at reception. One or the receptionists was very abrupt, bordering rude. The other 4 and kitchen staff were very pleasant.
Location was fantastic. Close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to most major attractions such as roman forum and Colosseum. Close to metro line (access to Vatican). Breakfast was more than suffcient. Room was big and cleaned daily.

The man at the reception on the night shift was not friendly at all and was bothered that we asked directions and wich buses should we take to go there

not satisfying wi-fi in the room
clean and tidy, helpful and polite staff, near city center

I had requested via booking.com a gluten free breakfast option. The hotel doesn't provide this. I received no reply to say that this wasn't possible and they didn't provide me with an option when I was there. I felt that I should have been informed of this so I could have brought additional gluten free with me. Also I would have liked better wifi connection.
Location!! It was basic but clean and comfortable.

Helpful staff. Superb location. Quiet rooms.

- Ultra small shower. I am 174 and slim but even for me it was too small... - Awful breakfast. Just croissants. And you can't pick what you want. They choose it for you - Staff is not that helpful at all. I need to do a check out at 6 in the morning and breakfast starts at 7. I asked if possible to arrange something but answer was NO. Although their breakfast is just a croissant, it looks like that it is impossible to give one at 6. - WiFi signal is very poor in first floor. - Rooms are very noisy if you open the window as hotel located next to a busy street where ambulances are also passing tens of times during the day. - In order to get air-conditioner you need to go to reception desk and ask for remote controller. No idea why it is so hard to keep it in the room. So if you notice it is not there during midnight, then you need to put some clothes on and go to 3rd floor where reception is. - There is no safe in the room
- If you are wondering where the smallest bathroom of all Italy is, this hotel is the place you need to go - Only positive thing is the location of this hotel

The hotel charged the credit card incl city tax and claimed that the city tax was not paid (showing "our" booking there was written "excluding"... luckily I had my own booking and credit card view that showed that we paid... Babycot was booked but came only the second night :/
The location is great - minutes walking from Piazza Venezia and on a great shopping street. Tasty (not so healthy) breakfast.

The coffee was terrible.
Everything was great, I highly recommend.

With the windows open, the busy street outside was noisy and made it difficult to sleep.
Our family of four enjoyed the Hotel Fiori. It was very convenient to Piazza Venezia, the Forum, and the Pantheon. The bus stop outside the front door made it easy to get to the Vatican. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleeping at night. It was key to keep the windows shut and the air conditioner on to keep the street noise out. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

- The bathhroom was very small. - Our room had a window to the street so you could hear the traffic.
Great location, most of historical sites are 10 min walk. Hotel is small, but very nice. Delicious breakfast, coffee is very good , Capuccino or espresso, croissants, bread with butter and all kind of jams, honey, orange juice and nutella. They changed everyday sheets. It is a nice, CLEAN, budget hotel in a very convenient place to see almost everything.
