Location near shopping streets and st Mark's square excellent. Clean comfortable rooms with modern spacious bathroom. Pretty roof terrace with views, free WiFi. Excellent accommodation for families.

Staff were ok but could have been more helpful at breakfast.

The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing and shopping and close to San Marco Square for all the attractions in Venice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and they did have a lift for access to all but the 4th floor. The room was small but well appointed and we had a nice balcony to relax after sightseeing. They also had a rooftop area which had great views.

Just a small tip on arrival it was very helpful to have the services of a porter to help with our luggage from the Ferry and help us find the hotel initially. It was well worth the money we paid.

Location was excellent. Well situated between all the main attractions and shopping / restaurants and public transport options.

Bathroom was very small and shower did not function well. The aircons also need to be serviced. Breakfast was simple with standard Italian options. Pricy but location is excellent.

Female at front desk extremely rude and condescending in voice tone and in manner. Unlike the other hotels we booked, Hotel firenze did not bother to respond to email inquiry re direction and change in room size.

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is less than five minutes walk from major attractions and right in the middle of shopping areas. Excellent value for money. Rooms are large and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was terrific...near St Marks, water boats, shopping, and eating. The breakfast was good and the price was very reasonsible for being in the heart of the city....very nice terrace on top of building that we accidentally found ---think they should be sure to tell guests about it.

Excellent location, clean room, the staff was both very polite and very helpful. Good price for a hotel which is in the very heart of Venice.

Great location 2 minutes walk to St Marks Square and also a Water Bus stop.

Room a bit small for 3 adults but we were only sleeping there so it was ok.

perfect location!! luxury brand shops ground made the street safe and quiet at night~ very central just 3mins walk to st. marcal!! our twin room was very big as well!! highly recommended to all my friends!! (It is not hard to find the hotel, but a bit easy to miss it. the sign with hotel name is on the floor and the entrance of reception is on the back side of the building!! so look up first, when you find those metal-floral-decoration on the window, then look down to the floor you will find the sign just under! but it is a short street, so i said not hard to find:p)

the breakfast was very very basic. only cold meat. and breakfast room was tiny, all the table were small and only for two people.

The view from the rooftop was nice and the breakfast was good.

The quad room was the smallest and most expensive that we had during our 2 week trek through Italy. Would rent an apartment next time. The breakfast room was nice and the location was okay but the staff didn't seem too happy to have us there.

Outstanding location approximately 1 block off Piazza San Marco. Easy walking to all the sights. Room was a nice size and wonderfully clean. There was a nice European style breakfast included. Staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our bags upon arrival into Venice until we could check-in to our room. We were also able to leave them there the day of our departure until it was time to go to our train.

Although breakfast was good, coffee was average.
