The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, and although you have to pay 3 euro per hour, there is wifi in the rooms. The best part of this hotel is the location. It is very conveniently located near many great restaurants and shops. Overall, it is an okay place to stay. We had some trouble with the airconditioning, which made sleeping very uncomfortable because it is so hot in Milan. Also, the beds were extremely small and the breakfast did not have a large selection of choices.

Good size room. Has a frig. Heated towel rack. Good breakfast included in price. Has internet but a bit pricey 3euros per hour 2 for half an hour.Staff speak english and are very helpful. Has a lift. Street frontage is a bit noisy and can hear noisy neighbours.Has an old tv and we could only get 2 italian channels.The shower rose is very high so by the time the water reaches you it has spread out quite a lot - but it is nice and warm.There is difficulty with the type of power points so we had to charge our phones at reception.

Great price for a fairly central hotel in Milan! An easy walk from the central station and close to the metro for getting around on a daily basis. Room wsa dated but perfectly adequate and clean. Breakfast was simple, but again, perfectly adequate since you can have your fill at the buffet. I stayed for one night. Unfortunately the hotel was very noisy, which led to me being woken up constantly throughout the night, so a very poor night's sleep. I don't know if this is due to poor sound insulation between rooms or just inconsiderate fellow guests slamming doors and shouting in the echoey corridors, so I could not say if it is a fault with the hotel or just bad luck. I am usually a heavy sleeper and not a lot wakes me so the noise really was a problem here!! This was a one night stay as I was extending a businesss trip to see some of the city and I am glad it was not two nights!

The personnel were very warm and helpful, a bulb which was not working was replaced immediately, I could leave my luggage with the reception for a week at no cost, the hotel is well located and can be reached very easily and quickly from the central railway station by metro/bus/taxi,the town center can be accessed easily. Breakfast buffet was good

The Hotel has good location, not far from the center of the city and sightseeing. Quiet comfortable and clean. The stuff is friendly and kind. For this price everything is perfect! Rooms and furniture are worn out.

Large room. No noise. Very clean, especially bathroom (important). Mattress was comfortable. Interesting original paintings, must like Kandinsky-look- alike for some reason. Just stayed one night, so paid but missed breakfast (served only after 7am, had to leave at that hour). I can accept Internet wasn´t working (exceptionally, according to nice receptionist) but don´t understand why it wasn´t possible to print just 1 black and white page for morning flight ticket. Closest internet point (Via Porpora) wasn´t offering service thast night.

Staff friendly, girl suggest very good Italian restaurant for dinner some 15min.walking distance. Old, small hotel. small rooms, poor breakfast.I didn't like shower room. TV was very, very small and on top, near ceiling. no air-condition for free. They asked for all passports, also of smaller kids. If we choosed to left cars in their backyard, not on street, we should left car keys in reception ("because of security"). It was unpleasant moment!
