The location was good being close to the Po Delta. We were on a birdwatching trip there & its very central. A lot of building work was going on at the hotel.

Struttura nuovissima camere grandi bagni luminosi e spaziosi con terrazzo il personale e' simpatico... Ottimo buffet della colazione ne ho visti così soli in alcuni 4 stelle di catena... Posizione centrale nel parco del delta... Ottimo!

La presenza di un ristorante discoteca si è rivelata provvidenziale: abbiamo potuto passare la serata di capodanno senza il pensiero di dover guidare per tornare in albergo dopo I festeggiamenti. In generale lo stile degli arredamenti interni era godibile. A causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione (e credo ampliamento) l'accesso all'edificio dove erano ubicate le camere non era intuitivo. Pur avendo prenotato per due notti con prima colazione, appena arrivati, al momento di pagare, sono stato avvisato che la seconda mattina (1 Gennaio) la prima colazione era prevista alle 6.00am (Invece che all'orario canonico). Abbiamo dovuto cercare un bar nelle vicinanze per fare colazione. Capisco l'eccezionalità del giorno, ma avrei trovato più corretto saperlo al momento della prenotazione. Non ho ritenuto comunque il caso di reclamare formalmente.

Légkondicionált, hangszigetelt szobák, kényelmes fekhelyek, napi takarítás és rendcsinálás Hűtőszekrény hiánya, a szobaszerviz nem működött, a fürdőszobában elmaradt javítások (szétázott ajtófélfa, lógó törölközőtartó), a reggelihez az egyik felszolgáló által biztosított felvágottat, sajtot, dinnyét a másik felszolgáló "megspórolta"

Daca se poate numi mic dejun ceeace se serveste aici, atunci putem sa intram in grva foamei cu alte cuvinte. Este un simulacru si o deradere fata de clienti. Mai bine ar scrie ca nu se asigura mic dejun, decat porcaria care se se ofera (adica aproape nimic).

pokój wyciszony pozwala na komfortowy sen; dobra klimatyzacja; doskonała lokalizacja pozwala na dojazd bez poszukiwania gdzie to jest i jak trafić zwłaszcza gdy już jest późno i ciemno; przyjmowanie gości nawet poźnym wieczorem lub w nocy pozwala na spokojny dojazd; duży parking - bez obaw czy będzie miejsce; śniadanie typowo włoskie; dla przeciętnego gościa dobry wybór; w łazience duża kabina prysznicowa; czystość pokoju na 4 a nie na 5 bo mała pajęczyna w łazience; nie otwierać okien bo wlecą komary - polowałem na egzemplarz wpuszczony przez poprzedniego gościa- trzeba włączyć klimatyzację a nie otwierać okna; zameldowanie i wymeldowanie jest rzeczywiście szybkie; Hotel jest w trakcie remontu (rozbudowy?) więc pewne mankamenty zostaną zapewne usunięte. Trudno samodzielnie odszukać recepcję; przeniesienie bagaży z parkingu do pokoju jest niewygodne bo trzeba przechodzić przez restaurację; śniadanie nie jest w pokoju jak to napisano w opisie na stronie www w dziale usługi ( ale to dobrze bo wygodniej jeść w restauracji) ; uwaga na podłogę w łazience - brak odpływu dla rozlanej wody; brak w TV kanałów w innym języku niż włoski; brak lodówki w pokoju.

La signora che ci ha accolto è stata premurosa,molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era piccola,ma confortevole e pulita,con un bagno piuttosto grande e ben funzionante. Letto matrimoniale grande e comodo. L'hotel si trova sulla strada statale,ma le finestre insonorizzanti funzionano discretamente e,ad ogni modo,la notte non c'é molto traffico, per cui si riesce a dormire tranquillamente. Presenza di ascensore veloce e ampio. Positiva la vicinanza a ristoranti economici di buona cucina ed all'autodromo di Adria (10 min in auto). La ristrutturazione in corso è attualmente un danno visivo per il cliente e, credo, che fosse stato meglio optare per qualche mese di chiusura. Per accedere alla mini-hall si è costretti a passare dal ristorante e da quella che la sera diventa una discoteca : non molto comodo. Il pagamento va effettuato appena arrivati,quindi prima di salire in camera e verificarne lo stato. I dettagli della camera non sono curati (vernice visibile ed evitabile su stipiti e lampade) e porta del bagno molto cigolante (correggibile con una manutenzione più accurata). Sullo specchio erano ancora incollati I bollini di garanzia in posizione centrale,dettaglio comprensibile,ma poco perdonabile per un hotel. Una maggiore attenzione per le piccole cose sarebbe consigliata per migliorarne l'aspetto.

A dispetto della posizione sulla ss 309 molto trafficata, ho trovato una camera tranquilla. C'erano dei lavori di ristrutturazione in corso quindi l'accesso alla reception non era diretto dal parcheggio. Solo un piccolo appunto: a colazione bene le brioches fresche, jogurt e frutta, ma non c'era pane o crackers per accompagnare il piatto di salumi / formaggi.

Negativo il fatoo che debba pagare appena arrivato, ancora prima di soggiornarvi. Negativo il fatto che la colazione sia solo da le 7 alla 9. Negativa la carenza di prodotti per il bagno. Negativa la tv con solo i 3 canali mediaset memorizzati.

La posizione è ottimale, comoda sia all'isola di Albarella che a Rosolina mare. Staff eccellente, camera valida e pulita. Silenzioso nonostante sia sulla statale, anche con lavori in corso si può soggiornare senza problemi. Assolutamente consigliato. L'unico aspetto negativo è la mancanza di un frigo in camera.

The hotel is now in rebuilding time. The rooms were not so clean as it should be. The walls are dirty. But the rest was ok. Nothing special actually. Was hard to find in the navy
