The staff was very helpful and completely friendly 100% of the time. The hotel was walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, sites. Very clean bathrooms and rooms. Safe too. The beds were very hard, pillows too. Instead of 3 beds we received 2 beds and one roll-away which folded in half when one of us sat on it. The hotel was apologetic and moved us to a room with 3 beds the next night. FYI- the phone system for calling internationally with credit card or phone card was not legitimate. |

The hotel is well located, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean. We expected the room to be small and it was. Access to the wardrobe was a bit awkward but that was no great problem. We did not expect any frills and there were none. The hotel's location is a very convenient one to see Rome. |

The rooms are small, but decorated nicely and comfortable. The location of the hotel makes up for the size of the rooms. |

Great location and very helpful staff. Our room was so small. Luckily it was only for 2 nights but any longer and it would have been a problem. Could hardly move and not much room for 2 people plus luggage. |

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. However the room was very small and very close to the reception which resulted in being very noisy in the morning. |

Excellent central position one minute from the Spanish steps. Very friendly, helpfull staff. We arrived late and the check in at reception could not have gone smoother. Although late the reception recommended a good restaurant within ten minutes walk where we got an exceptional meal. Breakfast coffee was a on the weak side which for Italy was a bit unusual. The bathroom was small however perfectly adequate for the four nights stay. Reasonably priced mini-bar in room. |
