The room we stayed was with a balcony and nice view. There was a wireless access even though it was on the 4th floor. Staff was kind. |

The hotel was hard to find. It's located on a road that has signs telling you not to drive there. Actually, once notified that we were there the cleark was able to allow us in. Needs more communication. |

I loved the atmosphere and charming decor. The staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was good, rooms clean and bathroom good. The location was perfect for exploring the city of Perugia. It was difficult to find and we had to carry our luggage a long way up the escalators. We had no instructions for this and did not know that we were allowed to drive into the old part of the city and park nearer to the hotel. This is possible but we were not informed of this. |

The bathroom though small was very clean and had everything I needed including a blow drier. The breakfasts were basic but good and fresh and the serving staff was very pleasant. The roof top terrace is wonderful. You can see the entire valley. People do not use it. In the days I was there, i used it every day and watched the sunsets. I only ran into someone, once. A loss to those who did not use the terrace. My room was very small and had two beds in it which made it feel very cramped. Fortunately there was a window I could open which was lovely and made the room feel less cramped. The single rooms are nothing like the rooms shown on the internet. I do not think they are used to single travellers. |

excellent location - very close to centre of city the airport shuttle service was infrequent and I had to take a taxi. This should not be advertised as a feature of the hotle. |

The helpfulness, friendliness and politeness of the front desk staff was a great start and finish to our one day stay; sorry we couldn't stay longer. Also the location just off the main piazza was an added treat |

Swift, friendly and efficient check-in (staff very helpful and polite); the ancient, vaulted breakfast room is impressive; very conveniently located in the centre of town on an attractive side street; overall, a charming hotel. Poor quality shower head (could be easily rectified, and would make a significant difference to the overall comfort of the room). |

It was a little gem in the historic Medieval hills of Perugia, a wonderfully restored former palazzo close to all the ancient treasures the town has to offer. The rooftoop garden was a charm, and the breakfast room was to die for. |

I like the location and the staff. The hotel is ideal for visiting Perugia. Acces by car very difficult particularly if you ar driving a medium large saloon. I would recommend to park the underground car park in Piazzale Parttigiani and take the mobile stairs or alternatively a taxi that would be more suitable for elderly people or peaple with some mobility problem. |

The attention of the staff was excellent, they were willing to change the room, so we would be more satisfied. The location is phantastic, very close to the main bus stop, easy to find. It is situated in the center of the city but very quiet. It is a very cosy and nice place to stay. Highly recommended! |

Fortuna is wonderfully located for exploring the center city of Perugia. It is still quiet even tho it is only a few steps from Corso Vannucci. It is impeccably clean and the breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very nice and will help you with your Italian if , like me, you are still learning and they speak English at the reception desk. |

The friendliness and helfulness of the staff.....when we wanted to change rooms...when we wanted to use the computer.....needed bus timetables. The first room, which we had booked, was dark and dingy. not acceptable at that price. We could not find a recommended restaurant. No comfy chair in the room - there was space. |

It's very central, close to the main street where all the evening activity is, and close to all facilities which a tourist needs like good restaurants, a good beer pub, good shops and above all close to the mini metro, the bus stop in Piazza Italia and the escalator to Piazza Partigiani. |
