estuve en una habitación que era mejorable, creo que el resto estaba mejor. Quizá fuera porque era la última que quedaba

Mal funcionamiento de griferia, desagües, no funcionar hidromasaje

El personal del hotel ha estado siempre muy atento.

El desayuno, muy pobre.

Nos asignaron una habitación muy amplia, para 3 personas teníamos 30 m2. Sin ruidos.

Varios días antes de llegar llame al hotel para que me informaran de como ir desde el aeropuerrto y la recepcionista que me atendió no me dijo que había un mini bus que estaba contratado por ciertos hoteles, y que por 3,5 € por persona nos dejaba a 100 metros del hotel, en la Piazza Italia, para la ida cogimos un taxi y pagamos 45 €, para la vuelta ya cogimos el mini-bus.

La situación, en pleno centro histórico y el desayuno

La habitación muy pequeña.Fuimos tres personas y la habitación de uso individual era mas grande que la doble.

Sin duda alguna su ubicación, en un callejón próximo al centro histórico, de una ciudad bellísima como Perugia, llena de calles con arcos y bóvedas. Por otro lado, está muy bien comunicada con la estación de ferrocarril, pues basta con coger un autobús, y te lleva hasta la piazza d´Italia, y de allí ves directamente un letrero que te lleva, cincuenta metros al hotel. Es muy céntrico.

the noise , a person in the room attached to mine, but not part of the hotel, played the same song over and over for a few hours straight. she must have been rehearsing for a tv show... annoying as hell and I can now sing the whole song too.

The location of this 13th century hotel was great, the 13th century character was retained but with all mod cons, roof terrace visit is a must as view of old rooftops and Umbrian countryside is not to be missed. A great little hotel for young and old alike and for the romatics amongst you

The hotel was hard to find. It's located on a road that has signs telling you not to drive there. Actually, once notified that we were there the cleark was able to allow us in. Needs more communication.

The bathroom though small was very clean and had everything I needed including a blow drier. The breakfasts were basic but good and fresh and the serving staff was very pleasant. The roof top terrace is wonderful. You can see the entire valley. People do not use it. In the days I was there, i used it every day and watched the sunsets. I only ran into someone, once. A loss to those who did not use the terrace.

My room was very small and had two beds in it which made it feel very cramped. Fortunately there was a window I could open which was lovely and made the room feel less cramped. The single rooms are nothing like the rooms shown on the internet. I do not think they are used to single travellers.

Very good staff.Excellent posicione for see all town and for evening walkings and dinner in very godd restorants.You do not need taxi,just take any bus to piazza Italy.
