Hôtel très bien placé dans la vieille ville, parking (payant avec voiturier) très bien organisé, personnel dévoué et attentif La chambre pour 2 personnes était vraiment très petite (autour du grand lit = juste la place pour les 2 pieds) |

Excellemment bien situé au cœur de Pérouse. Le personnel très prévenant est d'un excellent conseils sur les restaurants choses à voir ... A voir la salle de petits déjeuner avec ses fresques murales, la vue sur les toits de Pérouse... Il faudrait être bien difficile |

L'hôtel est très calme et silencieux, très bien situé, facilement accessible depuis la gare grâce au minimétro ou aux bus. La ville est charmante. Le personnel très sympathique. |

Sa position au centre de la ville, rue piétonnière donc pas de bruits de voitures c'est important. Ma chambre était très agréable avec vue dégagée, petite terrasse et j'ai même profité lundi 16 d'un beau soleil matin et après-midi!! J'ai apprécié aussi le calme dans l'hôtel était-ce dû à des personnes correctes ou à une très bonne isolation? |

convenience, and location the noise , a person in the room attached to mine, but not part of the hotel, played the same song over and over for a few hours straight. she must have been rehearsing for a tv show... annoying as hell and I can now sing the whole song too. |

The hotel was hard to find. It's located on a road that has signs telling you not to drive there. Actually, once notified that we were there the cleark was able to allow us in. Needs more communication. |

I loved the atmosphere and charming decor. The staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was good, rooms clean and bathroom good. The location was perfect for exploring the city of Perugia. It was difficult to find and we had to carry our luggage a long way up the escalators. We had no instructions for this and did not know that we were allowed to drive into the old part of the city and park nearer to the hotel. This is possible but we were not informed of this. |

The bathroom though small was very clean and had everything I needed including a blow drier. The breakfasts were basic but good and fresh and the serving staff was very pleasant. The roof top terrace is wonderful. You can see the entire valley. People do not use it. In the days I was there, i used it every day and watched the sunsets. I only ran into someone, once. A loss to those who did not use the terrace. My room was very small and had two beds in it which made it feel very cramped. Fortunately there was a window I could open which was lovely and made the room feel less cramped. The single rooms are nothing like the rooms shown on the internet. I do not think they are used to single travellers. |

excellent location - very close to centre of city the airport shuttle service was infrequent and I had to take a taxi. This should not be advertised as a feature of the hotle. |
