The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the hotel was very comfortable. It is conveniently located close by the entrance to the historical site of Pompei. |

Loved the outside area to relax. we found the huge white pillow chair and i nearly feel asleep out there the first night. we were able to have internet access out there in the courtyard, so since our actual room was not as up-to-date as we'd hoped for, we opted to stay down there, outside in the nice fresh air, do necessary to do's on the computer and enjoy the music and setting. the breakfast was really nice too. love the nutella and croissants and the fact that they made a specility coffee drink for each individual was spectacular. i chose caffe latte! yum! the out-dated look of the room we were in. i noticed that there rooms advertised were updated and the outside of the hotel is that way, so we just wished we'd been given one of those rooms. i guess they need to include pictures of the older rooms too, as to not mislead anyone. |

Nice, clean room with decent size bathroom by European standards. Easy access to the ruins. A bit noisy at night - sounded like someone was moving furniture around upstairs all the time |

Very friendly staff and lovely garden. An oasis in this area of Italy Rooms on the street-side are a bit noisy, also at midnight, as the locals tend to use their horns. While my kids didnt care, we did. Try to get an inside room and its a great place. |

Luckily we had a junior suite which was roomy and comfortable, with a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful. Free parking was a bonus and the hotel was very close to the Pompei excavations. Some rooms were relatively small. |

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden which was perfect for relaxing in after a busy day in the ruins of Pompeii. Access to the ruins and also good restaurants was an advantage. |

Great garden helpful staff perfect for Pompeii and the region. Close to train services. I noticed on the web there were some complaints about breakfast - it was excellent with free fresh orange juice, any coffee and cooked if you required it. |

Excellent comfort, first class bathroom with jacuzzi, good air conditioning, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Free fast wifi in room. When I arrived, my room was not ready. After being told "5 minutes" three times in the space of half an hour, they upgraded me at no extra cost to a luxury room. This was absolutely excellent. Car park, although free, was not private to the hotel and is situated about 450 metres away (with panoramic view on to Vesuvius!). |

It was centrally located to the sights in Pompeii. The hotel staff was friendly and they spoke some english which was very helpful. It was easy to reach the hotel from the railroad station. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Pompeii. |
