ホテルは、アーセナルの船着場からすぐです。空港へはもちろんのこと、ムラーノ島へもここから行くことができます。おいしいレストランも周りにありました。ホテルは、シングルルームで、予約時にシービューをリクエストしたら、最上階で、窓から海（運河）が見えました。部屋も狭すぎず、快適でした。レビューに書いてあったID（パスポート）をフロントに預けることはなかったです。返してほしいと言ったら、チェックイン手続き後、すぐに手元に戻ってきました。

返金不可プランで予約していたので、チェックイン時にカードで支払い手続きをしていました。チェックアウトの時に再度請求されたので、控えを見せて払ったことを示しました。

Room was small and needed remodeling

I loved the location and the fact that a vaporetta stop is just opposite the hotel. There was a roof terrace which was great with shade, swings, table and chairs and loungers. It had the most fabulous views down the Grand Canal. Every evening you can watch the cruise liners sailing out amongst all the other small boats. There was also a rose garden which was very nice. The breakfast was very good and the reception area was very nice. There is also a small lift. I would stay at this hotel again but, I wished I had asked to see a twin bedded room because I think that the rooms are all different sizes. Our rooms were at the side of the hotel and they were very quiet.

We had three single rooms and each one was different. Only one of the rooms had a fridge. The rooms were very clean but basic. My room had a very small single bed but, plenty of wardrobe space. No pictures on the walls. My friend's marble bathroom was nicer than my tiled one. There wasn't a mirror in the bedroom for making-up and the lighting in the bathroom was a little dim for putting on make-up.

I changed my booking to a double as a friend came along at the last moment. This was easy. We got a nice room with a great view. The singles in my party did not get good views or such good accommodation.

It is at the heart of tourist Venice - very busy outside, but an oasis of calm inside.

We absolutely loved the view of the Grand Canal from our room. The quaint courtyard breakfast area was a great way to start your day. The staff and service were great. And the concierge was so incredibly helpful and friendly - with lots of great tips on places to see. Last, the room size was fairly large for Venice's standards.

The hotel was perfectly positioned for the sights of Venice with a vaporetta stop virtually outside. The roof terrace was beautiful with wonderful views across the lagoon. Breakfast was served in a sunny internal court yard.

Location and clean room w/view. Great rooftop terrace with view. Breakfast included.

A little expensive, but expected for Venice.

Our balcony was facing the sea, and the view was amazing. Plus the location is spot on, close to the hot spots.

Nicely renovated but retaining old touches, excellent location, good staff.
