Everything others are saying about the hotel is true. Waking up to the sound of a cappuccino machine with people eating all around you, the coffin size shower, the white bun for breafast, its all true. I was surprised they shoehorned a bidet into the bathroom. You can't beat the location and price. For a two star, where you get your own bathroom and bed, its not horrible and I've stayed in worse. You are around 10 minutes walking from termini station, a very central location. I read all the reviews before going and still stayed. I booked last minute and chose the ease of location. We did have a good laugh at the room because everything was true.

Location. Staff. There are a lot of rooms which are totally different from the pictures you can see on the site. These rooms are dirty and really old. And it is impossible to live there. Maybe you would be offered another room after the first night, but this night you would remeber as the horor. By the way , regarding the temperature in the rooms , it is realy cold in all rooms in the hotel. In october you should sleep dressed in jacket and the cap.

Reasonable price, friendly receptionists. Accommodation was small and basic, but clean and friendly and probably value for money in Rome. Could have had more tourist advice and information.

Absolutely nothing. The hotel was a disgrace. The hotel rooms were tiny and the walls were filthy. Our bathroom toilet cistern sprayed water all over us every time we flushed the toilet which was disgusting. After much argument they offered us another room even though they initially said they could not move us but the other room smelt so badly of damp it was worse than our leaking toilet! Breakfast consisted of one cold bread roll. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Nice area, nice receptionist, good and safe parking (10eur/24 hours). Breakfast was poor. Only bread and jam, but that´s Italy! :) Our room was not peaceful, there was a lot of noice from other rooms. Not from outside. But this is a common problem with cheap hotels, noicy (young) people keep on shouting and laughing all night long...

We spend 5 nights in this hotel and we don't have anything negative to say. Staff was friendly and helpful, we got all the information we needed. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Location of hotel was close to metro so there was no need for long walking... Thanks to staff!

The hotel is in a great central area in Rome. Near bus stop, restaurants, shops, etc. The room is reasonable clean. Breakfast simple but fair. Reception staff left me waiting more then 20min because she was on the phone, probably with same friends as she was laughing quite a lot. Not much professional. After all that she couldn't help me beacuse was her time to go home. Very disappointed !!!!

To have a place to sleep and eat breakfast. This is a hotel you should pick only if you need a place to sleep at low price. It doesn't really offer anything good execpt a bed and breakfast and decent proximity to the center of Rome - that is what it's good for, which is okay in my opinion. Papir-thin walls. Small rooms. Etc.

The location is exceptional. The hotel is located on a calm street, near 2 subway stations (Castro Pretorio and Policlinico) and two avenues (Nomentana and Regina Margherita) where some bus lines go thru. The hotel itself is in a kind of villa, inside there is a snack machine with very fair prices (coke 1EUR, water 50 cents). The room was small, but ok for our needs, the bathroom was clean and well organized. When we were there, there was no hot water in the morning, they were having a problem and trying to solve it. The mattress was not that comfortable, was old and had a kind of whole in the middle caused by the time and usage.

Easy access to the city and surrounding. The room had bad smell and each time we entered the room, we couldn't breath for a while, later you will get used to smell nothing. The bathroom was small, the shower was uncomfortable, and the shower tape had auto setting... hot water for few sec, then cold, then normal, then burning hot, then freezing cold. The breakfast was poor. Internet signals were available only 2 meters surrounding reception desk. The room had poor acoustic insulation.

- Hotel's daily rate. - The location. Although the hotel ad says it is in the city center, it is actually not. - towels looked and felt like bed linen. - the TV did not work properly. - Wi-Fi was only available at the reception. - shuttle service from airport costs more than taking a regular taxi. - breakfast was really poor. Kitchen staff not that friendly. In the end, you get what you pay for. But I wonder if that really should be the case.

The worst place I have ever been in my life. Far from the center of the city. Stinking bathroom. Pictures of the hotel on the website is just far away from reality. Rudeness receptionist. We even been told to pay hotel rent for the second time.

I liked the soap. The hotel doesn't meet the minimum standard for a decent service: - Walls too thin, with a complete lack of solar insulation. It's impossible to sleep if somebody is watching tv next door; - NO Wi-Fi in most of the hotel; - No heating. Only Electric air conditioners very old an noisy. - Not clean, with old carpet on the floor and very dirty curtains. - It's not a good value for money. This hotel looks like a fraud and doesn't deserve your money. For a solo traveller it would be definetely better a good hostel even in a dorm.
