Location was good. Not in the main touristy places. 10 minute walk to the train station. Air con worked.
Smelly hotel room. Staff didn't seem happy. Breakfast was very minimal
The reception staff were absolutely great in every way. Without them and their kind service and helpfulness, this hotel would be a little less worth what it is. They deserve a real pat on the back. Overall it was fine.
We had a shower, that we had to squeeeeeze into. Unfortunately the drainage system in our room 12 did have a problem so it did smell. But we survived. The staff did their best to improve situation, but I think some real renovation and revaming is needed in the future. Overall its an OK.
Room is clean
The breakfast! 2 grown man can't eat a breakfast like that, almost non existence. They should have a real breakfast.
Personal is perfect, very communicative! Little and cosy hotel not far from Termini and from metro station (about 7-10 min). If u travell and need a hotel only for sleeping this one is the best variant!
Rooms are very small, breakfast leaves much to be desired
nearer to termini and cheaper.. good for someone who just wants to sleep there but nothing much apart from that
the room was very small.. okay to just go there and sleep but nothing much in terms of facilities. Would be nice to have some standard requirements like ironing etc. Moreover there was no mobile network inside the room
The rooms are ok... And only this.
Beware! The day we were leaving, we asked for having breakfast 15 minutes before the official start time (yes, only 15 minutes, or we would miss our transportation). The kitchen's lady promptly said yes, and, as she was starting to serve it for us (nothing is really made there, things are just set in a tray), another member of the staff who was the manager at that turn started YELLING at us, saying that if we wanted special service, we should look for it in another place or pay the price for it. UNBELIEVABLE!! Also, our shower was not working and they did NOTHING to help us. If we weren't in a large group and shared the functional bathrooms, we would get with no shower during our stay. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Staff in reception was friendly. Terase for relax after hot day. 10 minutes near metro and bus.
Same breakfest each day. First day problem with watter in shower.
Staffs are very kind and helpful. When I raised an issue, they tried to resolve it right away. The hotel is also near a metro and bus station.
The room is old and not very clean. There is also a bad smell in the toilet.
Room perfectly adequate; no frills. In Rome you spend most of your time out of your room anyway.
Sound transfer between rooms & also corridor.
Left the hotel immeadiately with paying a fee od 60 euros of one night stay! Hotel is loud - plenty of immigrants around. Cold- we were in November and there was no heating and the windows were open!!! The room smelled like mold and the sheets were all moist! Immeadiately started looking for another hotel in Rome and found a superior one for nearly the same money!!!
Localisation, close to attractions ( on foot about 30 min), close ro metro ( 10 min on foot ), safe and nice neighbourhood, helpful staff, towels changed every day
Everything was as presented on hotel website
There was nothing that we liked.
Do not choose this hotel!!
quite close to metro and tram stops
bathroom was dirty with fungi stains and smelled ugly- it should be checked by sanitary inspectorate, towels were not changed during stay, if you have bad luck you get room next to "kitchen" which means that at 7a.m. you will hear ladies preparing breakfast (they are not thinking about sleeping guests!), poor breakfast; better pay few more Euros and go somewhere else
price coffee at breakfast location helpfull staff
showercurtains smell in bathroom
the price of the hotel and location is quiet good. You can reach the centre and central station without public transport
the room was very dark and humid, there was a fungus in the room and bathroom.
Weather was nice and Rome is great .... at least
Small and dirty room, not isolated from others, window on dirty court, funny smell from the very small bathroom. Breakfast was minimal. Austere reception. Dishonest direction !!! Parking is not "available" : you have to pay 10€/night ... To sum up, we loved it !!!
Staff, place, rooms are not like seems at photos For the money that we have pay is a hotel of 4-th level
It's located in the nice place, not far from the bus station and metro.
Extremely small room and bathroom, very poor breakfast. Wi-fi works only in the reception room, where there is small place to sit.
Pretty well location, good facilities and attractive price.
Just one not pleasant moment: we came on breakfast almost in the final call and staff was unlikely happy to see us.
Once out of the room Rome was amazing.
We travelled around Italy for 3 weeks, and stayed in all types of budget accommodation. This 'hotel' is the absolute worst one of them all. Our room was very small and smelt, the air conditioning was broken, plug sockets and wires hang out of walls dangerously, walls were damaged and dirty as was the carpet (including hallway carpet), the shower flooded the bathroom floor. Breakfast was also an experience, sat in the 'private garden' surrounded by domestic rubbish and broken chairs. I felt like the different receptionist did not care. It was as if the owners had just given up and young students were keeping it running for as long as possible. We asked to move rooms because we had paid for air-con and it was so hot! But the receptionist just kept saying 'no' and then that we had to wait until the morning to speak to someone that could speak English! When we tried to speak in the morning she was just shouting on the phone to someone else! Honest nightmare, do not stay here, find a hotel that cares about their paying guests!
It was clean and nice, close to metro.
It's not easy to find the Hotel from the street, the breakfast is rather small.
The staff were very friendly and super helpful with directions to sites and such.
The bathrooms smelled a little funny and the rooms are small but livable.
