Good breakfast. Staff helpful rather than friendly. When we arrived we were informed that the hotel was over booked and that we would have to go to their sister hotel. This was the case even though I had previously confirmed my reservation. I was on my own with my two daughters and found this an upleasent experience. The hotel staff did in fact find a room for us, but I could have done without the upset. |

Fine rooms with jacuzzi`s a real plus. Close to Termini without being in its squalor. The check-in was not smoothe even though we arrived at 2:00. We finally asked to store luggage in one of the rooms that was clean so as not to lose a whoe afternoon in Rome. |

Close to the central station The hotel has 4 different chains united together. When I got to the hotel to check in, they said that they didn't have a room at the hotel where I booked and gave me a room at another one saying that it's a part of the hotel and so on.. The staff didn't even explain enough, was not helpful or kind. We felt that it was quite rude to say that there's no room when we have booked a room more than 3 months prior to our arrival and also confirmed by calling 1 day before we arrived. |

Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt was erg summier en steeds heltzelfde. Dit hotel heeft geen bar meer, dus dat kan uit de boeken. Wij zaten in een bijgebouw, bovenste verdieping met een lift die maar af en toe werkte. |

Aamiainen suhteellisen runsas ja hyvä. Huoneen siisteys hyvä. Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone kahdessa kerroksessa - eli makuutila toisessa kerroksessa, jonne piti kavuta portaita. Huone myös pimeä, monista valoista huolimatta. Hiustenkuivaaja ei toiminut kunnolla. Suihkusta tuli joko kylmää tai kuumaa vettä, sopivan lämmintä vettä ei tullut kuin minuutin kerrallaan, kun vesi vaihtui arvaamatta joko polttavan kuumaksi tai kylmäksi. |
