Just 320 yards from Roma Termini Train Station, Hotel Impero features a furnished terrace overlooking Rome’s rooftops and the nearby Opera Theatre. A varied buffet breakfast is served daily.

Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Train Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants.
Score from 1646 reviews Very good
The staff didn't help me with printing of the e-ticket, even for money
Staff Service Breakfast A+
The hotel is within walking distance from Termini train station and very convenient. Our room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was very modern with lots of hot water. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the old wooden elevator.
The bed was a little hard.
Big room Well located
Tiny reception (no toilet)
The "loft" aspect of the room was unusual, and after a short time getting used to it, I appreciated it. The staff were very responsive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful.
The location is excelent. The stuf was very pleasent and helpfull
The wi-fi is not working well in the room. 3rd bed in the room was un-comfortable
It was clean, the personel very friendly and the breakfast was excellent
The room was a bit small
I reserved the room at the last minute, so couldn't be picky. Room overlooked an air plenum with a view of an air conditioner. Considering the view, the room was overpriced.
Room was quiet and staff in the breakfast hall was very Nice and caring
In spite of an early booking, I got a room in a separated building. There was cigarette smoke in the stairs all the time. Room was quiet but without a desk (!). Reception staff refused to print out my boarding card. Breakfast hall was too small, dark. Breakfast was not good and up to the usual international standards. Euro 160 per night was really too much, even for Rome!
This is not a great place to stay especially for your leisure.
At night there was one lady that was helpful. The rest of the staff are rude and up themselves
Gave me a different room to the one in the photos, no air con in origonal room. Staff rude and up themselves. Daughter eaten alive by bed bugs in a room with red carpet near the window.
The quad room was very good for our needs and our kids liked the two floor orientation. The breakfast was basic continental but met our needs. I liked the waiting area in the main foyer.
The coffee at breakfast was awful. It would be better if the left luggage locker was locked to make it more secure and that the luggage was counted and checked in and out.
Great position to visit Rome ( 300 m from Termini railwaistation ) .Good spot to park the car in front of hotel but with charge .
Average breakfast . Horror lift .
Stayed there before and liked the fact that it wad close to Station andnmot in the tourist hub
Breakfast service wad slow, replenishment specifically. Range ogre breakfast items also not the sameness our previous visit 2012
The room was so small
The bathroom were big and very nice. The location of the hotel is good. Short walk from termini. The breakfast was very good and included in the price. After our two nights in rome, the third day our train was late in the evening and so they provided us with space to keep our luggage safely.
It was hot summer month of august - so the Air condition was not cooling enough. My parents complained of sweating and not being able to sleep well.
Easy access. Central, near transport.
Elevator too tiny :-(
Nice place near subway and train station. Room is nice in cleanness. Feel good in the stayed period.
Wifi signal is not easy to be detect in the room. If it can be enhanced, everything would be nice.
The location is good, close to 2 metro stations and the main train station. The breakfast was ok and with many items. Good air conditioning. In the lobby we had two vending machines with water and snacks.
The receptionist who worked during the day was very 'grumpy' the whole week. The rooms were clean but had an odd smell and 'dusty' air , because of the heavy curtains and wood walls and upholstery. Our room was in a bulding near the reception and had an very small and old elevator who sometimes stopped working because other guests forgot the doors opened. I had to change the door card twice in 2 days and to climb 4 floors by foot at midnight because the door couldn't be opened. The soundproofing was very bad, sounds from the lobby and other rooms was very disturbing in the morning.
location, breakfast, free wifi, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, free AC
one of the beds was uncomfortable, the cleaning lady took one of our towels because it was white (like the hotel's towels although it was different)
location, spacious room
Room service and breakfast are acceptable.
The staff is sometimes rude, especially the one in the reception, not good at English, cannot communicate well.
Hotel has a great location - some 7-10 min walk from Roma Termini. Good access to main thoroughfares. Fantastic rooms in adjacent building - 2-level triple room for a family with all amenities was really cool! Tidy, nice, good choice for a short term staying or some days in Rome.
Location was good and the room was very comfortable.
The man in the reception was rude.
