Location of hotel is really good. It is a pitty, I cannot say the same about the the hotel itself.
The complaisance of staff is quite pure. Willingness to solve the clients request is equal to zero. Some staff, that service the clients does not speak english at all. The quality of breakfast is something out of Italian standards. Our room obviously require repair. Finally our expectations from the 4 stars hotel were much hire. I would give for it no more than 3 stars.
Likes- Roma Termini 7 minutes walk from hotel -the Metro just around the corner. Hop on hop off buses 3 minutes from hotel. Tickets sold at reception. -The view from our window. -Rooftop terrace, after a hard day pounding the pavements, enjoy a drink up here. Fab view at night. -Map from the hotel was very easy to read. -Alessandro and the older gents were friendly & helpful. Bars, Tabacchis,Pizzerias & ristorantes close by in all directions. Large bathroom, Cleanliness of rooms. Breakfast! I love those pastries!
-The pillows -No in room tea & coffee facilities We were too late in the season for breakfast on the rooftop terrace. -When we asked to use the computer near the reception area, we were discouraged by one of the older gents. We needed to transfer photos from our phones.
Location Size of bedroom Small intimate hotel Friendly reception staff
Breakfast Cereal tasteless Prefer fresh fruit rather than tinned fruit cocktail
Quaint beautiful hotel, friendly staff and GREAT location.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Ricardo on reception was especially helpful, booking taxis and tours on our behalf. I would recommend this hotel.
I couldn't really say anything bad as we only used the hotel as a base.
Great location. Room is good size for a family of 3-4 to stay. surrounded by lots of good restaurants. very close to Metro and not too far from central train station.
The only thing we don't like is the Wifi. We don't have good reception in our room. The sigal is not very stable.
Great location Terrace on the rooftop, where the breakfast is served and is accessible at any time is a great added value.
Some parts would need renovation. Noisy street, ask for a quiet room.
This hotel is really good. The location is excellent (next to the “Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore”, 10 minutes walking to the Coliseum, restaurants and groceries nearby, close to the metro and to Termini train station), staff is very helpful, Wi-Fi worked fine in my room, comfortable, clean, safe and so on.
Breakfast is good, but is could be a little better
The roof terrace
I did not like that poor wifi in my bedroom! Had to sit in the damn lobby! With the grumpy Man with circle Glasses and a deep voice! He was SO RUDE! The breakfast staff were perfect.
Size of room and breakfast
Staff not very helpful. Room facilities were poor with broken toilet seat poor water pressure, noisy toilet, door lock was faulty, air conditioner was loud, room safe worked but wasn't secured so anyone could carry it away,in general the rooms need refurbishment as they are dated and in poor condition with patches, water stains.
Condition of room, needs maintenance.
Location is excellent. Five min walk fron train station.
Air conditionning too load and direct on the bed. Tv only 7 channel, and one in english (CNN). Only bad news so not fun to watch.
breakfasts great lovely roof terrace spacious rooms location
tired fabric needs renovation
We have stayed here every time we have stayed in Rome, the hotel may need a bit updating eg decorating but we only use it as a base and we keep going back because of the way we are treated by the staff, they are lovely and friendly and you can't beat customer service, we will of course be returning next time we visit rome
Friendly staff, excellent location for sights.
Breakfast could have been better.
We booked for a triple room at a reasonable price and the room was fine - spacious with a large bathroom including bath and shower.
A little faded and with few facilities. Breakfast very ordinary. Still quite a walk to get buses or metro.
Breakfast was included.
Shower head didn't stay up. Wifi coverage was really bad. Room smelt like a bathroom. Bathroom smelt like sewerage. Bedsheets were never changed. No laundry service. Heating system wasn't working. No hot beverage service in room. Although we got a new room after complaining some of these things were still 2 star hotel-like. This is the worst 4star hotel we've ever stayed in.
I liked the location close to station
The wifi in the room was in front of the door only. The wallpaper and the bathroom need to be renovated. In the bar there was an old bread with blue fungus on it we requested ro be removed but no one did it. I came to this hotel because last year i tried the eliseo hotel from the leonardi Hotels and it was great i thought this one is too but it wasn't
Great location very nice largeroom
Only shower and no bath but size of room and comfort made up for that. No tea or coffee making facilities in room and when rung reception couldnt make us ciffee as he was on desk alone ot was quite late to be fair
no kettle in the room
Location is great!
don't have a kettle
