Byron Venice Hotel  

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quite place. There is a nice pizzeria near there that offers tasty pizzas for low cost.

We booked a room in Byron Venice Hotel, but, in fact, it is called Byron Laguna Inn that is situated 300 meters far and has another address. It was a little bit confusing. As we got to know later, the hotel has 2 buildings with different names. Gentleman in the reception was unfriendly with us. Wi-Fi connection is unavailable in the hotel.

- The pictures on the website are amazing... Although they are not realistic to the actual hotel premises.

- The hotel is hard to find on the gps and after you find it, it's the one 100m away... Wrong address! - Staff VERY unfriendly. - At arrival, despite previous written notice that we would arrive at 10pm, we were still charged an extra 20€ for the "supposed" late check in. - Also because of our late check in, the man at the reception said he had already reserved our rooms to someone else (what hotel on earth does that?) even though we never canceled it. - The breakfast was strange and miserable: the same unfriendly man at the reception came with a brown bag full of bread and place ONE on each plate. That was it! - Check out is only until 9:30am, and if you check out 10 min later there's also an extra charge. - The hotel is really far and remote so it was cheaper to go to Venice by car and pay the car park (around 3€ p/h). - I would never stay at this unfriendly place again - for no money in the world!

The rooms were ok, and breakfast decent. That's about it.

The gentleman in the reception was very rude. Guests have to pay 20 € extra for late check-in (after 6 P.M.). In the morning, the lady receptionist said we had to check out by 9 A.M. even if the check-out time was 9.30. For 60€, which I had to pay, I will next time stay somewhere else.

The hotel was about 10 minutes from Mestre and 20 minutes from Venezia. It was easy enough to find with a little help from the locals. The facilities in our family room included a small fridge which was perfect for storing food. The room was clean and towels were provided. There is a small shop nearby that sells essentials as well as travel passes for bus and water boats in venice. The area is very nice and quiet. There is an amazing pizzeria next door that sells stone baked pizzas from 3 euros! The manager was helpful also. There is no wifi but not a major problem. I bought a euro pass from my phone provider.

Check in is slightly late but we left our luggage at the sister hotel in mestre. The staff at breakfast were a little miserable but maybe they just dont like mornings. Our safe didnt have a key and wasnt screwed down so cant be classed as secure but it did give us a few laughs.

It was the basics at a reasonable price. Easy access to the bus into Venice and the bus was a 10-15 minute ride.

We had to wait until 3 pm to check-in when we arrived at 10 am. Also the address was incorrect on the listing so if we had not called a service number on the building we would have not know to go to the building up the street to check-in. There should have been a sign stating to check-in at the other building.

The hotel was close to bus station , The receptionist was excelent , speak english well and so friendly .The cost is fair. The room was clean.

This hotel has no address even hard for Navigator to find it , we got it through another hotel , there was no wi-fi

Location is a little far, hotel name was incorrect.. check-in and check-out timings are very bad..

We didn't actually stay at Byron Venice Hotel which is also known under another name ( Hotel Gallebria??) When we came to book in a noye on the door re-directed us to a hotel 300m down the road, where we were given a room. Seems to be in the middle of a change of ownership. All a bit confusing and nothing like what it said on the website.

The hotel in booking is registered with the name Byron Venice Hotel, but in reality it's called Hotel Bepi Ciosoto, Malcontenta. This is very confusing. It's not easy to find the hotel, no signs. The furniture needs renovation. Even that the check in time is defined on the site, it's very uncomfortable (15:00 - 18:00). They took the money from the credit card three days in advance.

Musiałam dopłacić za to, że nie zmieściłam się w godzinach przybycia (dla mnie zbyt krótkie w stosunku do 1000 km podróży)

Die Anlage ist ist sieht von außen sehr ungepflegt aus.

Die Nähe zu Venedig. Das 24 Stunden Ticket mit dem Bus nach Venedig + den Schiffahrten.

Do atendimento, da distancia de acesso e do descaso do gerente, pois nos informava uma coisa e depois era outra, como quando no check in, tive que deixar um deposito de 10 euros para ficar com o controle remoto da tv e este me informou que qdo fizesse o check out devolveria o controle e teria o meu dinheiro de volta. Mas o ocorrido foi que na hora de sair do hotel, tivemos que deixar as chaves e o controle no quarto, pois a recpecao do hotel, encontrava-se fechada e não tivemos o nosso dinheiro de volta

Були здивовані: замовляли Byron Venice Hotel, а виявилося, що це - Hotel Laguna Inn.

zařízení pokojů skoro nové, pokoje prostorné, jen nesmíte nadzvednout matraci,podívat se do rohu nebo chtít vidět skrz okno.

Absolutní katastrofa okolo hotelu, špína uvnitř.

Gar nichts... Doch, dass wir keine Flöhe bekommen haben!

Schade, dass wir keine Bilder hochladen können... In den Ecken Schimmel, verrostete Bad-Amaturen, braunes Wasser im wc, selbstverständlich keine Klimaanlage, Frühstück kostet extra 8,00 €. Die Betreiber wissen schon, warum eine Stornierung nicht möglich ist. Von gebuchten 2 Tagen haben wir es gerade einmal eine Nacht dort ausgehalten! The worst case ever !!!

Por onde começar? Atendimento péssimo, fotografias totalmente enganosas. O hotel ficou parado no tempo, com crucifixos na parede e santinhos. Sem elevador. Aspecto mal arrumado, pequeno almoço igualmente pobre. No quarto a sensação era de mal limpo. Check in ate as 18h00 ! Depois disso paga-se 20eur de multa... Definitivamente o pior hotel em que já estive na vida.
