1. Bathroom was clean. 2. Once breakfast issue was resolved, it was acceptable.
1. Far from Venice. 2. Difficult to locate. 3. Dated carpet. 4. Lobby and steps had musty smell. 5. Walls in room had water stains. 6. Was told that there was no breakfast. Later resolved. 7. Hot water in bathroom was not consistent.
The hotel has its own parking lot, the location is good and in a very quiet and beautiful part of a small town .. very easily and quickly arrives to the point of departure for Venice, especially we are happy people who live near the hotel and that helped us a lot about the organization times in Venice. Also I have to commend the guy from the front desk who was interrogated all our questions and gave countless answers :) we named it bucko: P
Internet connection is very bad on the second floor in room 64 :) girl who was there at about 11 o'clock did not have not space enabled us to leave their belongings in the hotel because we arrived earlier and said that they were not safe in the hotel and we had to change them in a parking lot in the car to keep for Venice ... Very late registration and early checking out the biggest drawback to the hotel :)
Tiny room, the hotel in serious need of updating, cleanliness leaves a lot to wish for, glad we only stay there for one night
It is nice village, and it's easy to get to the old town
One who want to stay in this hotel should know that check in is really late and you wouldn't be able even to live your luggage earlier. Before 15.30 the hotel is closed.
Good location, There is a bus directly to Venice, nice and quiet place.
Uncomfortable check-in and check-out.
- good communication (English) - turistic bus that goes to Venice available in 10 minutes by walk (but it is outside of the available timetable) - quiet and calm neighborhood
- weird scent in room not so pleasant - inner decor looks as from the 70s
There was car park for free.
As if hotel was not in use when we go there. It was too quite. There was some spider web and it's spider at the main entrance. Wifi is only availbale at loby. There were some several insects in the room on the floor. The crew (almost 70 years old) who welcome us on check-in was not happy to see us there in his hotel.
free wifi (but only in lobby)
hotel was very uncomfortable, rooms did not look at all as in the pictures. bathroom was outdated as were the rooms and furniture. when asked where to find restaurants the staff couldn't help us as they didn't kno. the breakfast was far from continental. Food was also mislabeled being problematic when travelling with allergic people. Coffee was undrinkable etc.
we had a problem with the wash bowl but they changed the room very fast and it was even better 5 minutes to the bust station from where you can directly get to the Venice and back we didn't pay for the breakfast but each morning we were given fresh croissants =) car parking is for free very calm and nice city
A member of the staff took the time to draw us a map of the route to get to Venice and where to buy tickets for bus fair. He was very polite and helpful. The room rate was very inexpensive.
We had no idea how to get to the hotel from the train station. None of the bus info people knew which bus to take to get to the spot on the gps I showed them. Checkout time is at 9:30 and breakfast ends at 9:00. We didn't return to hotel until 0130 and we're exhausted from an eventful day. 9:30 was very early for us the next morning. Also check in was at a building about 400 meters down the road in which we just walked. We had to backtrack to get there. The room was very tiny. About 280 square feet plus the bathroom. One of the beds covered the closet door so it could not open. My wife and I slept in separate, less than twin beds... In Venice! The tv did not have a remote... Not that we wanted to watch it anyways but still. The rooms were no where near sound proof. But it was cozy. The shower was fairly dirty but with stains not fresh filth. Over all it was worth the stay for the price but if comfort is what you are looking for maybe a different hotel is better.
If you cannot come from 16h until 18h to Check-in (which is very probable when one is travelling) they would have you pay 20€ or more if they like it.that is supposed to pay a receptionist.however, when one comes to the adress given, the hotel is closed.we had to call them again and hope they pick up the phone just to tell us that they have Another hotel 200m further on...with a receptionist there until midnight.so i paid 20€ to be able to walk 200m to get a key from a Guy who was there anyway.needless to say that no receipt was given for this fee.
Staff incredibly pretentious, one has the impression that they are bothered by your call.i hope this is the only hotel of its kind...or else i start travelling With a tent...
Staff isn't friendly and proclaimed strange rules, which I have never met before- check in only from 14 till 18, otherwise you have to pay 20€ per person. We warned that we would arrive at 19 and nevertheless had to hear about big problem to settle us because we were at 19. There was though we were settled in another hotel than booked, one star less. I had feeling that I had to be grateful for my hotel accommodation, and it is really strange feeling for my money.
These people are cheats. They advertise one hotel on your website than they place you in another inferior one, 400m down the road. I have never been in a hotel where first thing they ask you is for the passport and to pay straight away. Also, we asked for 2 pillows and we never got them cos they DID NOT have extra ones. Breakfast is very poor and hotel rooms are in a miserable state. Avoid this hotel
Air conditioner didn't work. Mosquito No receptionist in the building we stayed. There was a group making noise early in the morning, after midnight we had to stop them. Even underprofessionals were better.
Probably the worst hotel where I have ever been.
Not so far from Venice
Bad experience. We went to Venice for one day only. We reached the Hotel around 12 noon. Our intention was to keep our luggage's in the hotel and check in after because of our limited timing in Venice. The hotel is in a very remote area and the door was locked. The Hotel was locked without any sign of people. We rang the bell at lest 20 minutes before any one showed up. An old lady came down for few seconds and told us to wait till 3pm. The hotel is far from Venice. Bus service are every hour and very limited timing. Only one person at the counter without any knowledge of customer service or customer appreciation. WiFi does not work properly. The worst experience ever, we had from a online booking in our last 20 years traveling. Such a waste of our time and money.
it is relatively cheaper
a) it is far from the city, b) you should check out at 9.30 am (too morning), c) the staff did want to drop you to the main building although he can do that (not feel of guilty), d) impolite staff while we were asking about some stuffs have been left
There was nothing in this hotel which is positive.
There is a long list.Staff was not helpful. There was not air condition in the room and it was hot and temperature was 32.I spent one night there but I did not expect this hotel worse than before.when I asked the manager of hotel for air condition he said he forgot to switch on but he was lying because in all other rooms there was not any air condition.Breakfast was really rubbish.Dont ever stay in this hotel just because it is cheap.I will recommend you Palladio hotel which is near to this hotel just 5 mins walk really nice hotel. I spent one night there really liked it, little bit expensive but good value of money.
It was great value, the price was very good and totally compensated for the medium level of comfort. The staff were very kind and helpful. When they couldn't solve one problem, they were flexible in finding another way.
The building has great potential, but it is very run down. There is a fridge in each room, but it doesn't work.
- wonderfull and very helpfull stuff. They let us save a lot of money during our visit in Venice - nice design of the room - comfortable bed - nice and cheap restaurants and pubs arroud
- messy area - typical italian sweet breakfast - broken window in room (couldn't stay opened) - not very clean and ergonomic bathroom - lack of internet connection
Location was good ,room was OK for the money ,neighborhood was quite
one of the staff was not very helpful, the fridge was not working ,we ask for double room we got room for 4 ,not a best choice....
No Restaurant , actual hotel is somewhere else.
didn't like anything in this hotel... i have been in many hotels ... but this one it was really bad... staff they were really rude ... really hard to find the hotel and when i try to call phone didn't work... really the worst that i ever been
air conditioner was broken and we can not open windows, cleanliness is not perfect
