Affordable, convient to local shops and transportation

Bathroom was very small

Most of the staff could communicate in english, were polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a fair selection of food. Public transport was excellent and inexpensive, also was a short walk to Bus/Tram/Trolly/Metro and Rail services.

Hotel had the smallest lift ( max 4 people or 2 with cases). Bathroom was also very small and cramped.

The hotel staff was pleasant and reliable. The location is pleasant, metro and tram stations being just a few steps from the hotel treshold, making the center station and all other places of interest available within one subway line (the green one). I also appreciated the bathroom having a bidet.

The blankets in beds did not have real bed-clothes but only single-sided sheets below the bare blanket, a thing quite frequent in Italy but not particularly suitable for a three-star hotel anywhere. I expected the hotel to be cleaner. Although the room was not dirty, it could have been cleaner and lighter. Some places in the room were covered with dust, the switches were originally white but were now somewhat beige-gray. I assume that if a hotel is maintained transparently clean, it should be plainly redecorated in white; the rooms in this hotel have gray wallpapers (falling apart at some spots), the main function of which I consider to be hiding the potential dirt.

Disponibilità del personale e la decisione di avviare a breve (entro questo mese) una ampia ristrutturazione che interesserà tutto l'hotel (Parti comuni e camere) per renderlo ancora più funzionale e confortevole. Ragion per cui (a meno che I prezzi non subiscano variazioni al rialzo eccessive) prenderò in considerazione il suo riutilizzo per soddisfare esigenze analoghe a quello che me lo hanno fatto utilizzare questa volta.

C'ero gia' stata, forse 2 o 3 anni fa e mi e' sembrato di trovare l'hotel migliorato. Ottima la colazione

Posizionato vicinissimo alla stazione di lambrate con tutti I mezzi publici a pochi passi. Camera nella norma, pulizia discreta, colazione essenziale.

La tv era posizionata a due metri da terra e si vedeva malissimo, per fortuna I fili erano abbastanza lunghi da poterla mettere sul tavolo sottostante

Toutes les canaux tv en Italien. Pas d'info en anglais au moins. Désolé, mais je ne comprends rien en Italien.

Gentilezza , cordialità alla reception...... Colore scelto della stanza rosso bordeaux per me stupendo .....camera spaziosissima...con vista ottima sulla città

Essendo molto silenzioso ,,,,,, io toglierei il televisore nella sala colazione......anche se si sa che ormai il più delle persone non ne può fare a meno....
