“The location of the hotel is unbeatable, we would walk everywhere even late at night, right next to Spanish Steps, but also next to the park and the Villa Borghese. The hotel staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful in all situations.”

The service was good, the two people attending were helpful... My bed was noise and as I young couple that is not great, breakfast was not good, food was not standard excepted for Italy....Yes, location was not bad but for that price I would rather stay in Termini for example in a lot better hotel. Lady in breakfast area not very welcoming and a bit rude to be fair. I would not recommend hotel to friends.. Location was not that great, unless you are driving really.

Excellent location, secure hotel and neighbourd, easy to find, just 20 min walking from statione termini and close to every tourist atraction. Extremlly kind, cooperative and helpfull staff.Good tourist profile , very cultural visitors ( couples, famillies and sollo travelers ). Some travellers may complaine about the breakfast but it is typical italian breakfast ( kroasans, cereals, drinks...)- enough for the beginig of the day. Spar shop is near the hotel ( 5 min walking) so you can by antything that you forget, cheap water and snacks. Bit noisy, but you come so tired from sightseeing that doesnt mind

It was very close to metropolitana, close to Di Trevi and Spanish Stairs. Hotel is located in a quiet area but after few minutes you get to the city. What I have loved - just after you go out from a hotel you can have a sit and eat just after 3 steps :-) choose definatelly Berberini if you want to get to a hotel from metro. Our room was really nice - clean, with a fridge, tv. You need to know that hotel is in an old building (but it is not a minus), it shows the nice atmosphere, the elevator can take only 3 people upstairs. Tiny restaurant. Lady working there is not happy that she needs to do everything by herself showing it in a typical italian style :-) sometimes you need to wait couple of minutes to get free table. But in general it is ok!

Nice bright, clean room Didn't like the very small tables in the dining area or the fact that there was no kettle in the room as standard.

A friendly local hotel, with basic facilities, but all you need as you do not go to Rome to stay in all day. A competitive price and very welcoming. Sorted airport taxi and also checked validity of an on-line booking for a museum. We will go back next time we are in Rome

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet, great location. Does not have good sound isolation, you can hear the noice from the other room, but i think that all the old buildings have this problem in Italy.

The location of the hotel near Via Veneto, Spain Square, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Colloseum among other Rome attractions. Morning coffee is very good. The room is tiny. For one person, it does not exceed 10 sq meters. The bed is a back breaker with a materass sitting on a hard board. Although, the booking said that the reservation can be cancelled without penalty; the reception officer at the hotel contested that. Internet is Euro 5 per hour and not 3 as advertised with the booking. The hotel is located in the fourth floor of a building and is hard to locate from outside.

We found the location of the hotel very convenient for the local Metro station and is only a 5 min walk to the Spanish Steps. The breakfast was good but could do with a bigger breakfast room and a greater variety of cereals and fruit. The temp of the shower had a mind of its own and it went from hot to cold a lot. Also there is a good choice of channels but they are all in Italian which is no good if you don't speak the language.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. They give you a map of the city and info if you need. The breakfast is ok and coffee very good. The room they gave us was nice and comfortable, with extra blankets if you get cold. But the location is the best. It is next to Via Veneto, just a 10 minute walk from the Spanish steps and fontana di trevi. You can easily walk at night, you don't need to use the metro and will enjoy walking in the narrow streets of Rome. I was looking forward to a nice and fluffy duvet and got kinda disappointed when i saw the blanket with the sheet underneath.
