Beatiful structure with a very nice garden. Big swimming pool. Service is rather disappointing. Very poor room service and room not so clean. Room air conditioning available only from 6PM to 8AM more or less. |

Swimming pool area was very nice. Garden. Balcony. Staff at the restaurant very nice and helpful. Hotel staff (at the reception) was not polite. They didn't allow us to invite our friends to our hotel room (just to show them which is our room like). Beds weren't comfortable at all, too old and too soft. Hotel was very noisy. Poor water stream. Air conditioner was working from 5 pm only. |

The air conditioning was turned of several times, Water in the bathroom had no pressure and at some point stopped running. Breakfast very poor. The swimming pool was not too clean. Really bad value for the price. |

The swimmimng pool Service was poor, food and drinks expensive and not a great range, breakfast was poor with stale bread and hot drinks came from a machine rather than fresh, juice watered down beyond recognition. |

very nice location, pleasant swimingpool. very nice and new furniture, the hotel design is amasing, One of the cleanest and beautiful minihotels ever seen. Restaurant. Not too many food, and all the food is just heated by microwave, no cooking; but there are many places like this in Italy. It's usual. |

I liked the pool and the breakfast and the general appearance of the hotel. Also the garden restaurant was beautiful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us during our stay at the Garda Lake. The beds in the room were quite awful, too soft and bad for the back. Also the room was quite small for a family of 4. |

the staff were very helpful and the hotel is spotless.It is a perfect base for lake garda milan and venice maybe the restaurent/bar could have been open alittle later but then I suppose that may have made it less peaceful,cant have it always.would use this hotel again. |

first day, there was no hot water. no fridge in the room, we rented a 6 person apartment. the apartment had only one 80cm cupboard for 6 people!!!! 1 bathroom combined with toilet for 6 people!!!! breakfast was very poor. |
