Hotel Gardenia  

The family that run this hotel hold it in very high esteem and are very proud of what they have, its more a way of life than a business. they were most helpful with anything we needed.this is a very good location for the whole of Sirmione. Close to all restaurants, bars, shops, less than 10mins walk to lake Garda and approximately 1km to citidel. This place was very friendly, clean and beautiful and we will return.

Good value for money! The room (family room for six people) was large and clean and the garden with a swiming pool was very nice. Decent breakfast compared to other hotels in the same price category. The service was all right, but it wouldn't harm the staff to smile once in a while!

The beds were not very comfortable, and it is not very practical with a reception that closes at 10 pm. The location very close to the main road and quite a long to walk from the centre of Sirmione, isn't ideal, but I suppose you get what yoy pay for.

Our room was on the first floor on second building. The car was possible to park just front of the room. There is enough parking slots available. The room was close to nice swimming pool, where children loved to play. The hotel is on reasonable distance from Gardalandia amusement park and to coast of Garda lake.

Personnel do not speak English. Behavior was not nice, maybe due to language problem or they had a bad day, I do not know.

Que le personnel de réception soit plus aimable et que le ménage ne se fasse pas au moment du petit-déjeuner, où personne ne s'occupe des clients. Nous avons eu l'impression d'une indifférence qui sentait "la fin de saison"

Non è stato possibile utilizzare l'aria condizionata, benché il clima fosse ancora estivo. A Settembre non lo utilizzano.

Domage qu'il n'y ait pas de repas du soir ou bien petit resto dans l'hotel

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Hotel hat eine sehr Gute und zentrale Lage zu den anderen am Gardasee liegenden Orten. Das Hotel hat einen sehr sauberen Pool.

Das Frühstück ist nicht typisch italienisch sonder das Gleiche was wir auch in Deutschland haben. Marmelade und Auffschnitt haben wir alle Tage. Ich habe als Frühstück die typischen Oliven und auch Schafskäse usw. vermisst. Ringsum alles Olivenbäume aber keine Oliven am Frühstückstisch, dass hat so nicht gepasst???

Ho trovato parecchie ragnatele sui muri e finestre, aria condizionata nn regolabile (quindi si gelava abbiamo dovuto spegnerla)
