Dog friendly. Helpful staff Secure parking Good breakfast, even for a Brit!

Noisy rooms in echoey corridors. Obviously coaches stop here and groups of people congregate in the sitting rooms by the bedrooms, even late at night.

It's a relaxing hotel, quiet room, wide selection of buffet breakfast, and helpful/friendly staff.

Bus is not frequent. We can only take bus number 10 when we head to the Siena bus hub and center downtown.

The beautiful Gardens

The location just on the outskirts of Siena was great, particularly as the hotel has a dedicated bus stop to the town centre. The views across the Siena skyline were marvellous and the hotel's terrace is an excellent place to relax. Food, service, quality of accommodation were all excellent

Excellent hotel on the outskirts of Siena although the centre is easily reached by public transport.Staff very good in all departments with plentiful breakfasts that cater for all tastes.

Breakfast is of very poor quality. Hotel, facilities, furniture, almost everything needs refurbishment. Noise in corridor of casabianca (doors are not soundproof) Mass tourism

Very beautiful place, great rooms, staff very helpful and kind for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was simply perfect. Quite near the historic centre for those who like to walk (10min to Porta Camollia). Best hotel we stayed in Italy

Staff very helpful and friendly

Rooms are in an annex which is noisy, with door slamming and corridor echoes. Difficult to sleep with this constant din. Restaurant ok but meat dishes cold and overcooked.

The friendship with the staff was very gentle. Good food, services and a quiet place at night. Everything was perfect! Recommendable to other business peoples. I travel a lot for business and this was one of the best hotels...Top 3!

This hotel is 4 star, but meanwhile there are no glass for water. Paper cups for tea! Equipment in room was very poor. Being in Chianti region- wine list is also poor...

It was really nice to be close to the Center... once we figured out the driving...but I think it's a given that if you drive in Siena, you are always going to get lost at least once or twice. The Hotel was great and my husband and I appreciated being able to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant after a day of exploring. The food was very good. I especially loved the risotto dish that I had. A summer stay there would probably be nice because of their outdoor patio overlooking Siena, their gardens and one could make use of their tennis court and swimming pool. We would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and clean. we received standard room which was nice and clean. We also ate dinner and it was good.

The room is bit old style and personally, we don't like it. Also, when we entered we felt strong smell of industrial cleaning materials that as been used to clean the room. After opening the window and refreshing the room smell was gone.

The rooms are really peasant. The receptionist was truly wonderful from helping with little tips on where to go what to do and went out of her way to made our stay as relaxing and stress free. The foyer and outside area is very relaxing with plenty of seating and breakfast at the tables outside on a warm morning was fabulous.

It's got nice patio with view of Siena from afar. TV also has English channels including BBC and CNN.

Lovely relaxing patio overlooking Siena and surrounding area. Nice walk into the main city.

Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a nice view from the hotel's location on top of a hill.

It was lovely to be out of the town, away from the crowds. It suited us because we like to walk.

The only hiccup was that we arrived on 29th September to find that the swimming pool closed on 30th September. So much for my 'relax by the pool' week

The hotel had great views, clean and friendly staff with a laundry within a 3 minute walk down the road.
