Easy walk from the train station. From the train station you must walk to the far end of the plaza and turn left. It's 1/2 block away. Also easy to catch a bus to the airport. That is MUCH cheaper than taking a taxi.

Staff very nice! I forgot my iPad in the room and I was sooo happy when I get it back immediately I returned to the hotel. Also the restaurant he recommend is quite good and can get a 10% discount. Location is good too, quite near the station, and has a supermarket just nearby. Change-over plug offered
There're so many trash near the station... Though it's nothing to do with the hotel but living in such a environment is still not so comfortable...
The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is good is walking distance of the station and 15 min to the marina and town centre.
It's too noisy day and night time if you have the windows open.
Friendly staff
Immediate area a bit rough but expected as wanted to be near the station.
You really can't beat the location of this place. It was maybe 10 minutes from the train station, though on first glance I thought it was a really scary neighborhood. Turns out, that's just Naples! We stayed here for 4 nights, and were very happy with our stay. Clean, cool, and we were happy with the cost.
Every day, promptly at 7 a.m., the staff would set up for breakfast and people came in to eat. Unfortunately, this was the loudest thing in the WORLD, as far as this hotel goes, and our sleep was disturbed every single day. We opted not to buy the room package that included breakfast (it was something like 5 Euros extra per person, per day -- what the hell is that?!) and so were punished this way. Actually, the hotel was loud at all hours of the day. I was awoken more times than I care to remember by people running up the stairs and yelling, or people having conversations (seemingly) right outside our door, with people at the other end of the hall. I don't get it. But other than the noise, no complaints.

No fridge Breakfast too basic Breakfast room too small No English speaking tv channel Balcony door seemed little insecure
We found the location to be very central and in walking distance to most visitor sites, the main shopping district, train station etc. The room was a good size and comfortable and a good breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The neighbourhood is dirty but all of Naples is. Wifi didn't work in the room unless you opened the door and stood in the doorway.
The hotel is near the station and the place was nice. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly.
Nice staff who helped us with the suitcases up the stairs, since there is no lift. Beautful cocker spaniel, named Garibaldi, was greeting us in the reception.
Scruffy area lots of garbage in the streets.
Location: We arrived in Naples late at night so the short walk from Napoli Centrale Train Station felt very long and very unsafe. I do not recommend checking-in after dark, although there is someone at the desk 24 hours and they were friendly and spoke English well. On Sundays there is a Flea Market right outside on the street so it is busy and noisy, so you may want to use the air conditioner instead of opening a window. Most importantly it is a 5 minute walk away from the best pizza place in Naples, Da Michele (closed Sundays). There is often a wait and we unfortunately got in too late to go there but there was another pizza place nearby that was decent. The front desk staff can help you with recommendations like these. Price: Somewhere in the mid-range. Too cheap in Naples will get you something gross and unsafe, so this is probably the most comfortable for the most reasonable price. Room: We stayed in room 107, which was up 2 flights of stairs (no lift) and across the hall from the breakfast area. Small, clean, older style furnishings, and Free wifi in room, but you need the password so be sure to get it from the front desk at check-in. Breakfast: Is NOT necessarily included, so be sure to check. It was a typical European breakfast with pastries, yogurt, coffee, cereal, etc. flat fee of 5 euros per person. It was ok.
- very nice service and support - room space is enough if you are focused on sightseeing through the old day (use the room only to refresh and sleep) - very close to train station, bus and tram stop, as well as to subway - Naples is not so dirty as I was warned. There is kind of messy, especially after street market is finished but it's not so bad - and the most important - Naples is the magnificent. The most beautiful city I've ever seen
- there is a street market during morning hours, so there is kind of noisy (not every day, not regularly - at least I haven't noticed any pattern - but often) - you could feel uncomfortable due to these "strange" people hanging around streets. I didn't face any problem because of them so I suppose it was only the feeling
A short walk from the train station, this hotel is good value for money. The rooms are immaculate if a little worn, the staff helpful and the breakfasts abundant (only pastries and coffee though). The location makes this a perfect base for exporing the historical center as well as shopping sprees.
In the late evenings the square in front becomes a local version of Chinatown, loud oriental music and folks doing Tai-Chi included. In the mornings it turns into a bustling marketplace. So if you have a room facing the square but fancy some sleep make sure to bring your earplugs.
friendly staff
neighborhood, unauthorized market around leaves a lot of trash in the afternoon. breakfast is too Italian, no eggs left after 9 a.m.
Friendly and helpful staff (e.g. luggage carried up stairs; taxi pickup, etc); Superb breakfast offering; Easy access to train/subway stations; Comfortable room
Neighborhood a bit dingy
Right next to the Garibaldi train station, helpful staff. The restaurant just down the road, called "La Cantina Dei Mille", is delish! Our change-of-room necessity was quickly and seamlessly organised.
We had to change rooms soon after check in because when it started to rain a troupe of ants came out of the floor!
Handy location, clean rooms informative staff, good breakfast.
Good Location in general as not far from square and train station. Room comfortable enough
The far end of the street was a bit of a dodgey looking area and a bit grubby
The hotel crew was fantastic, and well prepared. The breakfast was excellent and plenty. The hotel is very friendly and feels like home. The staff is very friendly (this also goes to the cleaning staff!!!) they speaks excellent english, and can offert tips on travel and sightseeing. The disctrict seems a bit off at the first, but is its safe and has plenty of good restaurants. And a personal note: Mate says Hi! to all his friends amongst the staff. He really misses all of you!!!!
Nothing.
Staff very nice & waited up on late arrival that was postponed.
It was centrally located and close to train station.
Area was very sketchy and dirty.. But much of naples is... Lots of people hanging around the streets constantly outside the hotel. Kind of makes you uncomfortable, but we never had any issues.. Just keep your bags close and don't dawdle :S
staff
Breakfast There is no teapot or coffeemaker in the room
Everything except the hotel's location. We were particularly grateful for the great cooperation and help from Carmine.
The hotel's locate, some distance from city centre and docks.
Very good position for access to Central Station and Airport Bus. Quiet spacious room. Helpful staff.
Nothing of note.
Location to train station is the only thing going for it. Young guys on reception very obliging, carrying cases as there is no lift.
The rubbish left outside the Hotel every night from the stalls set up & down the street. In the day very hectic with markets, could be intimidating for females, especially if travelling alone.
Front End Staff was great. Help us with directions and restaurants information. Breakfast was great in the morning. Carmine gave us a great tour of Naples. Will go back again.
